Dreaded going in to SARS to change my details for efiling and put it off for months. Finally bit the bullet and went in to SARS Pinetown. Extremely efficient service and I was in and out in under an hour. Got there just before opening at 08:00, branch starts working on time and there are enough staff to assist and let you know what is going on. The only reason for 4 stars is the lack of adequate parking but everything else was a breeze

While I was assisted in uploading documentation. It was a little stressful because of time slots to get it all done. So I am hoping that everything goes smoothly now. Would actually like to see if SARS provides a quite resolution on this.

Although overwhelmed by the queue at 15:00 on 20/11/17, we were dealt with professionally from entry to exit. An hour later two returns completed and we were pleasantly surprised. Well done Pinetown SARS.
