DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE!!! They charged me $120 before I stepped foot through the door, wasting precious time whilst I had my rabbit in my arms in urgent need of attention. When they finally took her in the awful Vet could not have been more obvious about the fact that he did not care about trying to save my rabbit. He instantly said euthanasia. I bawled my eyes out begging him for other options, I asked if we could do xrays and this man had the nerve to say to me, “I don’t have time”. What did I just pay $120 for? For you to tell me you’re just going to kill my baby and don’t have time for anything else? When I was crying he grew obviously frustrated at me and it was so clear this vet did not want a bar of me or my rabbit. Absolutely no compassion at all in this man’s eyes. I had just wasted so much time coming to this vet first (because they were closest to home), and had to leave to go to my usual vet for a second opinion. My girl died in my lap on the way to the second vet. This vet had the ability to atleast TRY and save my baby and all he did was tell me he didn’t have time. He is the most disgusting human and I hope no one ever takes their pet here after reading this. He does not care about anything but the money he makes before you even walk through the door. PUTRID!

WASTE OF MONEY, TIME AND ROCHELLE IS INCOMPITENT AT CUSTOMER SERVICE, BEING NICE, HAVING COURTESY OR CARING ABOUT DOGS WHY WORK AT A VET - DO BETTER FOR YOUR LOCAL PENRITH PETS THEY DESERVE BETTER Attempted to charge us a consult for an ear solution and when we questioned why pay for a consult she raised her voice and threatened to cancel us then became NASTY and unbearable so it’s a blessing to never see their faces, give them money or let my dog near them again. I will choose my words carefully but please do better for your pets and take them to one of the other vets with RECEPTION AND A VET who gives a damn, we have wasted too much time and money based on convince of having a regular vet, do better for your pets and find a well trained vet and staff

Dr Satoshi and all his staff have been very attentive and understanding to our little fur baby Tricky. Tricky was a resue dog with very bad anxiety her ears were constantly infected while seeing other vets. Fortunately we switched to Dr Satoshi and after a few attempts we saw his colleague (sorry forgot her name) recommended for Trick to go under for a full ear flush and investigation. it was a complete success.

This vet is an unprofessional c**t. Their lack of empathy is just the start. They would also rather euthanise a poor little bunny than do their actual job that they get paid for. Vet needs to be euthanised themselves. Sounds like they get off on the pain of others. …

I know for those who live in Sydney this is a far way to drive but I take my turtles here and have never been disappointed. I am always impressed by how much knowledge they have on a wide range of animals and they are thorough which I something I appreciate.

I always come here, they are very good with me and my dogs... I came here after I went to another vet and wasn't happy with what they did and this vet reassured me by doing things the other vet didn't. I will always come here im always happy when I leave

Absolutely horrendous service. Charged $120 for nothing but to be told they don’t have time to X-ray my daughters rabbit and she should just put her down. The rabbit then died in her arms e route to another vet. No compassion and a total rip off.

Really good with my buns, Dr Satoshi has always had my buns health in his best interest, gives amazing advice and can answer any questions or concerns you have. Nurses are always so lovely and caring towards my pets. Would 100% recommend

I’ve visited South Penrith Veterinary clinic for 11yrs so far. I can’t recommend them enough. All of the staff there are amazing, kind and always went over and above for my pet and family.

Vet does’t care about the animals well-being cares more about getting paid before you even walk in the door. Quick to say to put the animal down would not recommend this vet

Staff are lovely, friendly and genuine. More timely than other vets I've visited. Our dog is always taken care of and the vet is amazing and understanding.
