I have used this place for a few years. They have always been great. Honest. Friendly. Great service in every way. To prove that point, here is a story. My son was hearing a noise from the front of his car. He got his tires done at another shop, and they looked for the noise. They told him that it was the right ball joint. I emailed Shaun and he gave me 2 quotes. Basically, 2 different part options. Both his quotes were cheaper than the place that quoted my son. So, I emailed to go with the cheaper one, and Shaun booked us in. He also ordered the ball joint in to speed things up. Long story short, the ball joint didn't need replacing. They found the actual problem, and fixed it for under $50. They could have replaced it, as I told them the other shop had already hound the issue. . . As well, there was a light on the dash for some 4-wheel drive issue. Shaun suggested we go to the dealer, as it would take to long for them to find out the issue. And they didn't charge for the ball joint that had to be sent back. I cannot recommend them any higher. This was one story, but I have a few from them. Go there and you will get great, honest service. :)

My Brother recommended me to take my car here, now I am also recommending anyone in the area who does not trust a Mr Lube or Canadian Tire… or other such automotive shops that hire unqualified employees to work on your car with minimal supervision, to instead take your vehicle here! Between the outstanding service and knowledgeable staff, Ryan and his crew fixed the mistakes of another service shop and got me back on the road in record time. Ryan explained everything to me and made this such an easy and positive experience. Also my bill was surprisingly super reasonable as he did not gouge me for a short turn around. I expected the going rate of ‘you need this asap… well ok but you will pay for it!’. Nope… not here! Again I am so GRATEFUL! It is hard to find people and businesses that care but this one does!!! I first started taking my vehicles after I felt my previous mechanic wasn’t being completely honest about the time they were billing me for some work they had done. South Pro came recommended from a close friend, and one thing is most important to me is honesty and integrity. I need to trust that where I am taking my vehicles to isn’t trying to pull one over on me, and that is what I have with South Pro. They will provide their honest opinion on what needs to be done, and back the work that they do. It’s now been about 10 years since I’ve started taking my vehicles here, and even though I now live an hour away I still make the trip to take my vehicles here. Shaun and Ryan go out of their way to remember all their loyal customer’s names, and are very personable and friendly. I highly recommend South Pro to any friends or family.

I have been coming to South Pro for over ten years and the quality and care is unparalleled. They have always been very upfront and honest with their services and recommendations. We recently moved outside of the city and still make a point to bring our vehicles in to be serviced despite the inconvenience to us with where we live. I recently brought in a vehicle for an inspection and right away they determined that there were multiple error codes previously unknown to anyone and saved me the hardship of possibly purchasing a vehicle with mechanical faults. I have never had a reason to doubt the diagnosis or work performed over the years on the several vehicles we have owned. If you're looking for an honest opinion, then this is the place for you. Today they told me my truck wasn't worth fixing, it wasn't what I wanted to hear but it was the truth. They could have easily done the repairs I asked for, but instead they gave me professional advice. My plumbing company has been taking their trucks here for years because instead of selling them new parts they fix it when they can. Example: mass airflow sensor was acting up on my work chevy 1 ton, instead of replacing it they cleaned it for a fraction of the price and it was fine. Everyone I know has positive experiences at this shop. I recommend it to everyone I know... Thanks guys!

These guys are amazing human beings. Professional, honest and so kind. We bought my daughter a used car that came with so many issues. South Pro went above and beyond to get it running safely. That car caused them so many headaches and extra hours of labor, and yet they charged only what they needed to to get the job done. Admittedly, they were probably more relieved than I to finally get it out of their shop, but they were patient throughout. South Pro embodies the meaning of Customer Service. I don’t tell anyone about them ; ) They are a best kept secret. 100% 5 stars. You guys are killing it.

These guys are the absolute best. I’ve been to them multiple times and won’t be going anywhere else. As a woman bringing your car in for maintenance can be daunting because in my personal experience there have been many times I feel my lack of knowledge has been taken advantage of but I have NEVER experienced that with these guys. Not only are they respectful and responsible they are kind and non-judgemental. They answer my questions and explain it in ways I can understand and they always make sure to do their best to stay within your budget. I highly recommend these guys.

South Pro was my favorite for any service my car required for close to a decade - by a long shot. They were always pleasant, reliable and got the job done. Last time we went in however, they ignored what we asked them to service, and instead called me to approve some preventative maintenance (P.M.) work. In the end, they never fixed the issue we originally called them for and I had another garage fix a faulty part installed as part of the approved P.M. work. Perhaps just get a second opinion before letting these guys work on your vehicle.

My family has been going to South Pro Auto for years and have never been disappointed. As a person who doesn't know much about vehicles I know that when I go there they are going to be fair, reasonable and explain everything. They're my go to for yearly tune ups and maintenance. Recently dropped it off after breaking down on the side of the road and they took great care of it, allowed me piece of mind and didn't take advantage of me! These men are great. I've been going here for 5 years for various things. They are knowledgeable and respectful. These guys are really honest and won't charge you for things that don't need fixing. I've even been in a couple times for what turned out to be a simple fix, and they didn't charge me at all. We have been using south pro for over a decade and have never had anything but excellent service. Once they even got my vehicle all the way up on the lift to figure out what was wrong and are so upstanding they called and told me to take it to the dealership because that fix would still be under warranty. Didn’t charge me anything for that. Would recommend them to anyone.

The boys at South Pro are great to deal with and very knowledgeable. I had some issues with faulty parts (which is way too common these days) and they went above and beyond to rectify the issue. My old Dodge can be troublesome and have had it in the shop for numerous issues this past year, but it’s always a pleasure dealing with the Brothers.

I took my car in as I was told the brakes needed to be done by another shop.They had a look at the brakes and determined they did not have to be done, saving me quite a bit of money.
