Urgently needed flowers and was thinking of buying from a supermarket at the station. But decided to help a small business. A huge regret! BIG MISTAKE. Definitely will go elsewhere next time to get flowers, even if it’s emergency. ❌ Very little choice of flowers. ❌ Staff doesn’t know how to wrap. Her hands squeeze orchid leaves many times. She needs our help to hold the flower so she can wrap ‍‍ ❌ Wrapping papers / plastic has very cheap/ bad quality. No colour option. ❌ Ribbon colours are very dull and depressing. $80 plus for an orchid, low quality pot, depressing colour of ribbon. Tips: Do yourself a favour, you can buy better flowers at Woollies (take the escalator up) or Coles (around 3 mins walk from this shop). More variety and CHEAPER.

Very poor customer service! Bought me some flowers today for my birthday/new year. Was taking time to choose which bouquet because some of the flower stalks aren’t in good condition. However, the lady seller was clearly frustrated and impatient to grab the bouquet I wanted. I was kind enough to just get whatever’s convenient to her reach but it kinda ruined my day! Tip: just buy to woolies upstairs instead, they have better quality flowers and won’t make you upset on your birthday getting home with sick blossoms.

Not much left at 7pm the day after Valentine’s Day but the lady was still very happy to help me. I can’t speak much to flower quality since I don’t buy them often, but the customer service was good.

Purchased a bunch of carnations for my wife and paid full price. Unfortunately when she unwrapped them half of them were brown and dead . The stems were also slimy, very disappointed!

Expect to pay top dollar for cold storage flowers that don’t even last the time it takes for the moody old lady to wrap them for you.

Flower quality is very bad, and the owner has no taste , no patient and unfriendly. Ruin my mood, will never go again.

Does not update their open hours on google. This is also not an out of the ordinary weekend.
