Such a shame as I always considered this the most reliable cab company in Twickenham. I booked a cab online to arrive at 0830, no sign of them by 0840, rang the office who said they’d be here in 6 minutes (which isn’t great but I was ok to wait slightly longer). I wait the 6 minutes and get a call from the driver saying he’ll be 25-30 minutes. I politely explained this wasn’t good enough as I booked it in advance and needed to catch a train to get to a charity event, and he just told me to ring the office. The office now won’t answer the phone to me. I would have been stuck completely if I hadn’t been taken by a neighbour at the very last minute. I won’t be using this company ever again.

I found this cab service southside hospital from Queen Mary's hospital in Roehampton. I can truly say ,they are professional, efficient, on time ,always 10 ro 15 mins earlier than the actual time , and I have to say their prices are the best .
