Got here in time for 5pm appt only to find that they somehow don't have my appointment in system. Tag team with broker for 45 minutes. Then the lady finally says they will work me in. Well I feel asleep waiting so long to be worked in. At 3am I wake up and see no trucks in docks so I go back to office to see what's up. Oh they have a door for me now. Part of me wonders if I didn't wake up and go back in, how much longer I would've been sitting there. Got loaded at 5am.. 2 stars for overnight parking

I arrived the night before my appointment, with 8 pallets. 8 small pallets and i was informed they’re waiting on a late truck and refused to unload me even though they’re waiting on a late truck then going home... UNBELIEVABLE So i had edit my review the information above this line is for everyone other than Deonia & the forklift driver who unloaded me this these 2 people get 10 ⭐️ Thank you

Not a bad place to load. However, it is small and getting into door can be a test if they are really crowded. Turning around is hairy. If someone is parked crazy on the dirt hill - forget it. There is not enuf room to turn around going to the back docks. Daycabs will be in the way. Only other place to turn is blocked by employees cars. They do allow u to park n do ur 10 if u have to.

This place is a joke, had to wait 24 hours to unload, got to my delivery appointment on time but I was informed that they are really behind, then had to pay $200.00 for work in delivery. Just my luck they booked me a reload from the same place for the next morning at 8:00am, checked in and they told me load won't be ready until 13:00. What a bunch B. S.

I Never ever come here again that's all I wanna to say, right here no have option I wanna to give him -5 star, let me tell you i came here yesterday 1:00 pm and right now is 6:00 pm next day evening time 32 hours gone and I'm still here they just give me now dock, i didn't drive tonight i try to find liquor tonight …

Tony has been wonderful to work with. When nobody else would help he gladly helped us out. The fees that were charged were more than reasonable in my opinion. We had such a good experience the first time we have added them to our vendor list. We look forward to doing business with them in the future.

Had a 7pm appointment, arrived at 5pm and checked in. Midnight the next night I finally got loaded. Nice people working here but they were a day and a half behind on loading. They could at least let brokers know to tell the trucks to not be there until the next day. Don’t go here if you can help it.

1 star is way too much for them. Worst place to pick up load. Had a 5 pm appointment. Got there at 4 pm. Took them 21 hours to load me. Companies like these don’t deserve to exist in the 21st century. If you are reading the review don’t waste your time don’t go to this place.

If you end up on 7st just keep STRAIGHT until you go pass the train tracks and under the bridge then make a right to get to the warehouse. Overall the experience was horrible here. I had a 3 o'clock appt. Got here at 2 o'clock and had to wait 14 hours to get a door.

Got here turned in paperwork make sure u take a pen. One driver at a time allowed in the building… COVID-19 safety! Check in pretty quick and a door in 20 minutes. Not bad at all. Got loaded in like 1 hour 30 minutes. Plus side got to see the trains …

I check in for 3pm appointment on Friday today is Saturday 5pm over 3 days still they don’t give me door to load my truck there workers doing BBQ outside and laughing they don’t care about truckers time i will never come here again ⛔️⛔️❌❌ …

For where they are located I think they did great. I checked in at 8 am and was unloaded and drove to the Petro ìn Weatherford by 1030 am. I recommend that if you never been there before come in at night, wait for security to point out parking spots.

I will never come here again my appt was Friday morning at 10am , I check in Thursday night at 8pm I am still here I been here for 30 hours, the lady told me Wal Mart truck get load first it 20 truck still here wait to get load …

Appt at 5 , called to letm kno I would be a lil late "she says how late ?" I say bout 6. Then she says ok that will be $255. Anyway I get here at 5 30 and I'm still waitn to get lded at 8pm. They're not even worth the one star !!!

They do let you check in early but doesn't mean they will get to you early my appointment was at 3pm checked in at 11am put me is a door at 245pm and left around 410pm so they did load me around an hour at least.

Not a whole lot of room for staging to wait for a door. Appointment was at 1 pm checked in at 11 got door close to 12 loading was 7 and a half hours waiting for paperwork about 20 minutes

Very unprofessional people working here. They don’t know the importance of time of truckers. After 14 hrs wait my truck was loaded.
