The decor of the business is quite nice its got the rustic charm with lots of wood in the reception area, that is in tune with nature. I felt like I was in a wood cabin getting ready for relaxing massage to ease all my tensions away. Since they are next to Lafontaine park it complements the space quite well. The owner Isabelle is quite nice and accommodating, I once called for a last minute massage one day in advance but she did not have anyone available for that time that I wanted. Later that day she called me back to let me know she made some changes and was able to find a massage therapist for the time I wanted. I was quite happy to hear back from her that she found someone for me. I worked with Elisa a bunch of times and she knows just what my stiff like cinder block shoulders need. I highly recommend the Thai massage with her this was a surprisingly more relaxing than I thought it was going to be. It felt nice to just lie down on the soft yoga mats and have her work on all my stiff joints and muscles. After our 90 minute session I felt quite relaxed and a lot more looser all over. Its a unique experience that I think everyone should try at least once I am glad I finally tried it.

I came into the spa for the first time for a 60 minute massage (with Freddy) and I was impressed by everything: how clean, relaxing, and well-decorated and cozy the spa itself was, how much bigger it is inside than I imagined, the scope of services offered, the ease of booking as well, but, above all, the massage itself. Freddy was welcoming, attentive, curious, and clearly communicated his plan for dealing with my shoulder and back pain. He explained the techniques he uses, and how he felt this would help, and all throughout the massage he checked in with me to make sure I was at ease and feeling good about everything. He was very professional and made me feel 100% comfortable throughout the whole experience, and worked intuitively. He even sent me home with some exercises that would help me with the remaining tension. I will absolutely be coming back to see him, and to try out other services at this cute little spa :)

This place does not care at all about their clients. First of all, the receptionist categorically refused to speak to my friend in english when she called which is ridiculous: as a person making reservations and dealing with the public, she should be the one accommodating herself to the client's needs, not the other way around. Then when my friend tried the chocolate bath it was way too hot and she fainted from the uncomfortableness. There was NO ONE to help her, good thing I have first aid training and was able to help her regain consciousness, because she would have been lying there for a very long time if it had been up to the staff. Then the same bitchy receptionist made her pay the full amount, even though she was only in the bath for about 10 minutes, and suffered the trauma of losing consciousness. The massages were nice, but please go to another spa, where they are nice to their clients.

First, the location is nice, clean and relaxing. Candles, quiet music and low lighting make a very manicured setting that is comfortable. All rooms are private. Across from the park is nice as well, good place for a nap in the sun once relaxed. However the massage was one of the best I've had. I paid for a 60 min Swedish massage, but Emilie, my therapist, picked up on my shoulder knots from an old injury and mixed in trigger point therapy to relax specific tendons and included craniosacral on my head, neck, face and spine which was great. Right pressure, good balance of time spent on different muscle groups, started and completed on time with a full hour that was never rushed. Overall, one of the best massages I've had in years and I'd highly recommend it. Going back on my next trip. Hesitate to tell everyone about it, but they deserve the accolades.

I tried the Evasion Ritual a few days ago and had a very relaxing time. The place is well-decorated and the receptionist is very friendly. The treatment rooms (including the sauna and bath) were on the basement floor, and I had the whole floor to myself during my appointment time. It was very private and made me feel safe, especially during the Covid time. The sauna room is brand new and very nice. It's the smaller style so you can't lay down flat. The best parts are the body scrub and massage - Josiane did an excellent job!! She listened to my needs before the treatment, and she really hit all the right spots! Although the ritual includes the Swedish massage, Josiane had the strength to perform the deep tissue on some spots, which was great. It was truly a relaxing experience, and I will definitely go back there when I return to Montreal next time!

I had my first massage here two weeks ago with Patricia and it was a beyond amazing experience! It was the first massage I ever had where I knew right away I would definitely return and see the same masseuse, and where I felt amazing right after. I’ve had massages at other spas around Montreal that are more expensive and the quality of the massage was never anything mind-blowing and I never felt the need to return. This place is located on a busy city street however there is parking in the back which was much appreciated, and once you walk in you feel so comfortable and welcomed. I love the private, low-key feel to it. Also, their 90 min massage prices are comparable to 60 min at most other spas! Will definitely be returning for a massage with Patricia and to try other services, I highly recommend!

My wife and I booked a two person therapeutic bath with mud at Central Park Spa. This experience was EXCELLENT. The spa is very clean - quiet and well run. The whole atmosphere is very welcoming and serene. We were shown to a very private but fairly large room with a two person tub already full for us at just the right temperature. The room was peaceful, romantic and beautiful with candles and calming music playing. There is a shower, massage table and a couch as well as the tub in the room. We settled into the bath and just enjoyed each other’s company for a very relaxing 45 minutes. We did this on a warm day in mid September - I can only imagine how fantastic this experience would be in the depths of a cold Montreal winter. We highly recommend Central Park Spa as an escape from daily life.

The massage from Patricia, and the customer service was great! But what wasn't great was the water and salt bath. I wanted to try their mud bath, but apprantly they don't have that option anymore. In their words, "they changed it to something better." Honestly, it's literally water and salt..that's it. They add some lights, music, and the mini "bubbles" that's comes from the mini jacuzzi (air bubbles). I was very disappointed when I realized that "bubbles for them meant the air bubbles that came out of the jacuzzi bath, and not bubble bath as in Foam Anyways, I wasn't too happy to spend soo much for something I could've done at home. (If you want a great massage with relaxing music, they have your back on that one)

Had a great couples massage at this establishment. The appointment was for 12 noon on a Saturday. The setting inside and out was elegant the ambiance peaceful. Everything from the intake form to the introduction was smooth and effortless. The quality and professionalism of the masseuse was top notch. My only feedback was maybe because of the location of our room being closer to the back of the building, I could hear a person walking above periodically throughout my massage. Maybe investigate some better sound barrier / insulation between the floor and ceiling. Other then that we will go back again!

I booked the combo: chocolate bath and 60 minute massage. Although the massage was incredible (Denis), the bath was not worth it. An extra $30 to be soaking into a watered down hot chocolate. Ok, it does sound good but save your money! Another thing is that the stand up shower door did not close, they were missing the screws. I told the attendant but she was unaware of it and said she will have it fixed after the fact. This could have been dangerous as the door is glass and wasn't latching on the frame. I hope you guys fixed it for the next person!

Staff was incredibly sweet. The ladies who worked on us were amazing; very accommodating, and very happy to converse with us. Also, one of them was wearing Pizza socks, and I love that. The perfect little oasis in the middle of the city. We got the Chocolaté Ritual, which included an exfoliation, a chocolate rub, and a massage. I've gone to multiple, different spas, and this is the *ONLY* place that has been able to work out knots in my hips. I absolutely recommend this place.

My husband and I had an excellent experience. He had a Swedish massage while I had a prenatal massage. Both Eleonor and my husband’s massage therapist were highly skilled and very professional. The spa itself is a very calming environment with dim lighting and soft rugs. Complimentary tea and water and offered. We left feeling very relaxed and our aches and pains were relieved. I highly recommend the massage services at this spa to anyone. 5 stars for sure!!

What a lovely place for a massage. The decor has a very “natural” feel with materials made of wood and spun fibers. The receptionist welcomed me with as sense of genuine appreciation that I was there. My massage therapist Nadie was warm and welcoming. I opted for a 90 minute treatment and Nadie was very respectful of my wish to just zone out during the experience. I loved the heated table. The massage was very relaxing and very much appreciated by me.

Lovely service, beautiful facilities. I’ve been here twice over the past 6 months for massages and am planning for a third visit soon. The prices are fair, and they offer a number of other spa treatments in addition to their array of massages. There is live cedar wood hung on all of the walls and ceiling beams creating an intoxicatingly relaxing atmosphere. Would highly recommend!

This is my third visit to Spa Centrale Parc and every time its such a lovely experience. The massage is incredible (highly recommend Patricia) and I leave feeling completely rejuvenated and relaxed. eleanor did my massage and scrub and was so kind! unfortunately i fell asleep during the massage, but the parts i was awake for were great! i shouldve told her to wake me up lol. my partner also had a great time. we did a bath together afterwards. the atmosphere of the spa was so calm and it felt like a very private experience despite there being other people in the spa.

This was my first visit to Spa Centrale Parc. It was easy to make an appointment over the phone. Although the spa is located on a busy street, the ambiance inside was very serene and pleasant. Eleanor was the massage therapist, she was very professional, polite and delivered an excellent massage using a combination of various techniques.

Warm, clean, and quaint spa near parc la fontaine. The space is small but charming and the staff were very thorough and ensured we both enjoyed our sessions. The only minor drawback was the noise from the floorboards above - but that's to be expected of an older building. All around, excellent experience - we'd go again.

This is by far my favourite spa. It reminds me of being in a cozy cottage. The atmosphere is incredible with dim lighting, wooden walls, beautiful scents, and amazing employees. I am a student and the massages alleviate any midterm stress I could accumulate. I've been twice now and can't wait to go back again!

Nice cozy place with a cute look and great decor. The “mud” bath is plain water with powder in it, absolutely no texture... the bath water was steaming hot, we had to pour cold water for 10min to be able to get inside. Massage was “ok”
