I never write google reviews but this place has absolutely rude service from the woman working, I went in some time last year during Covid and I didn’t know I was supposed to make an appointment, when I walked in the lady pointed at a piece of paper saying “ appointment only” I am not sure if she is mute or not but she didn’t say a single word when I walked in no hi no hello she was just pointing her finger at the sign without saying anything as if I am her pet dog or something. I then apologized to the lady and told her that I didn’t know I was supposed to make an appointment (mind you the salon was empty) which makes sense why it was empty in the first place.. the lady then rolls her eyes and goes like “ ok fine I will take you” and then disappears. I left the salon after this because I’m sorry you’re not doing me a favour on me the only reason why I walked into your dirty looking salon was that the salon down the block sourcil au fil was closed and that is the salon I normally go to. Moral of this story avoid this place unless you want to feel belittled.

Very unprofessional My friend and I came Monday evening. The lady there said that she’s closed but the website clearly says she closes at 6pm. Then tells my friend that it’s only by appointment which we understood and was about to leave. She offered to take my friend to do her eyebrows and my friend agreed. She was giving my friend attitude and shouting at her. I even have a video to prove this. She even shouted at another customer who came in by appointment and was very very rude to her. The poor customer was confused. This is very unprofessional and I am not coming there ever again nor recommending this place to anyone. The other beauty store near this store has better customer service than here.

Pathetic service// rude behavior// I went to get eyebrows and upper lips but as soon she came to know upper lips are to be done she said ohhh my gosh!!! Is this the way to treat customers ??? I understand you are alone and busy but there is a way to treat your clients. She should have said i am busy and can you come some other time i would have accepted and appreciated it but this was really unacceptable and arrogant attitude. I wont recommend this salon to anybody even if her work is good cos if you cant treat your clients in a good way you not worth it..... TOTALLY DISAPPOINTING !!!

The services from Anjali beauty salon are amazing. Owner of this salon Pinky very experienced, clean, professional, honest and respectful. One time I forget my wallet at her salon , I thought I lost or misplaced but Pinky kept my wallet and she gave me back on my next visit after verifying all things to make sure it’s mine Such a honest girl. Thankfull to her . Another example one time I did not have cash and card but she said “it’s ok you can pay later” I got busy and I gave her money after one month. She is kind and professional lady.

I have been to this salon maybe 5 times and got my full face threading done from Simran and now Anjali herself. They are very nice and professional in their approach. I appreciate that they keep their salon clean and hygienic, especially for someone like me who is pregnant. It's better to call to confirm if they are taking appointments because of the constant covid changing rules. I highly recommend and will definitely go back. Thank you for being so kind and wish you all the best during these unprecedented times.

The owner is soo good at threading. I’ve been going here for the last 4 years and am always impressed with how good my eyebrows look. Best threading and waxing salon in the West Island! I wouldn’t let anyone touch my eyebrows besides her. Was also pleased with my eyelash lift, it lasted for a long time and looked so good!

Prepare to be yelled at, also the same thing happened to my daughter she didn’t have enough money the esthetician told her to leave her health card. So sad there’s no trust.
