Let me start by saying that I normally do not review a bad experience with a business. If the service was not good or if my meal was not up to par, I simply do not visit that place again. Because this concerns the skin and you will wear any damage for the rest of your life, I feel obligated to leave this review. Do NOT have electrolysis done at this place. There is a high risk that you will get permanent scarring. I was lucky that my scarring was minimal, however I saw a photo of someone who had terrible permanent scarring all over their face. The response from the owners was appallingly inadequate. I am sure there is no ill-will from them, they are simply not qualified at this point to offer electrolysis and should not be doing so until they receive further training. Even when the electrolysis is happening, you can feel the therapist puncturing the skin and it is not a pleasant experience. I have not had any spa, waxing or makeup service here so this review is only about the electrolysis service. Edit: I'd like to add a few things. I can see that some of the reviews written after I posted mine were clearly written as some sort of counter-reply to mine. It is very unusual to refer to yourself as 'we' when giving a review. Notice that the review she gave has little resemblance to the writing style in their other reviews. For example "Food was good, but not a family venue. No high chairs, and no small meals for children or the elderly" or "Service was shocking, the food we were served was great but we waited for almost 30 min after the main and couldn’t get a staff members attention so was never offered the dessert or tea and coffee that was part of the banquet. When we went to pay they didn’t reduce the price for their mistake. Would have to think twice seriously before going back again" It is wonderful that they may have had positive experiences, but their review should stand on its own and should never be written as a clapback towards another review.

I have been a client of Naomi's for many years and I have always walked out of her salon feeling refreshed and happy, not to mention having eyebrows to die for! I have recently tried her eyelash extensions and wow! Fantastic. The Luzern moisturizer that was recommended for my skin is amazing. Naomi is always so very professional and so friendly and makes you feel comfortable and confident in her work. Highly recommend Naomi and her team for all your beauty needs.
