I usually don’t write reviews but after what happened to me today I wouldn’t mind to write a paragraph just because I don’t want other to go thru what I went thru. So last time I went they messed my eyebrows which I was really mad but I was like whatever. So today I went to get them done because there’s one girl that know how and her name is JES(she’s really good) but the other are very disappointing. I got my nails removed today after a lot of cuts and not done work. The girl couldn’t do my nails cuz she never done nails before. They stayed in one hand for over50min just to remove them. She cuts me and I had to leave cuz they were taking tooo long and can’t even do them probably. And after all that tgey charged me 21$( 11 for eyebrows and 10 for just five finger nails which one done yet) I had to go to a different salon and spend more to get them removed. Just don’t go there if u are planning to do your nails.

I chose this spa because it was just 5 min from my in-laws' house. The location wasn't very appealing but "don't judge a book by its cover"! I was accommodated right away after arriving even though it was Christmas eve. I was lucky because I got the owner herself to do my nails. She was very gentle with treating cuticle as per request. The hand massage she did was to die for. I felt like my whole body got massaged! The ultimate footspa I got was also good. Tracey gave it a good moisturizing, scrubing, and massaging. I just wish the spa chair adjust to my tiny size though (maybe it does but I didn't ask). I also enjoy the little friendly conversation I had during the treatment. Specially with the owner's little girl. Overall it was a good visit. I think I paid just right for the kind of service I received. I'd definitely visit there again the next time I'm here in Winnipeg.

About a week i got a facial and extraction procedure done. I’ve always dealt with these little irritable bumps around my chin area , they made me self conscious specially when they’d flare up. Preet insisted to come in for a facial and I was completely nervous about it. Few months later I grew the courage to do so. Won’t know if it works for you unless you try it for yourself. Well Jaspreet did the procedure. She was very patient, welcoming and made me feel relaxed as it was a first time for me. Her recommendations for after care and skin care routine have made tremendous progress within the healing process and the new skin cleaner. I’m very happy I found the courage to do this! I initially purchased an underarm laser removal and I loved their service that I ended up purchasing a bikini laser removal and both underarm and bikini whitening peel. I got results right away and Sarbjit has been very informative and kind every time I visit her clinic. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an amazing service with amazing results! I even bring my mom with me to show her the process and she herself is very satisfied. 5 stars for Sarbjit and Spa Natural. Back in July I got a shellac manicure and it lasted through a music festival and so much more for like 1.5 months and I was impressed and very happy. Last week I went back for a shellac manicure and once I got home and looked closer, I could tell the top coat didn't completely reach the edge of some of my nails but I was leaving for a trip so I couldn't do anything and I just hoped for the best. But now it's only been a week and my manicure is already chipping and all I've done is a bit of sightseeing, no music festival or anything intense like in July. Sad times

I would not recommend this place. I waited for over 20min which was fine, but I waited to get my cuticle cut & all of my nails cut all different lengths. I just wanted to get the shellac set I had on removed & then a new set of shellac nails, and this new set is peeling & bumpy. Plus I paid $50 and it said in the pamphlet it was only $10 for the removal so all together it should have only been $40. I never have any problems going to other nail salons, never going here again.

I was amazing experience with spa natural team. They did a great job on all my pre and post wedding functions. On my big day, I felt comfortable all the day with my heavy wedding dress and make-up. Next day on reception, Sarbjeet did great job and gave me beautiful look. I can't believe on my wedding and receptions photographs, which I received recently. A big thank you to Sarbjeet, Harleen, Preet and the whole team to make my days special and unforgettable. ❤️❤️

First time going there for a walk-in massage on a sunday. I'm super grateful that they are available almost right away. It's not therapeutic but I feel more than relaxed. Best way to end the day is to go for her massage and sleep after - don't fall asleep during the massage, enjoy the soothing skill. Sukh did a really great job and I had to ask her for threading too. It was a pleasant experience overall! I will definitely come back!

Preet is honestly the best. She is so warm and welcoming. I’ve been going to her for months and my eyebrows have never looked better. She is my new sugaring lady and is so gentle. She does sugaring, waxing, nails, threading and more. If you’re looking for a great spa experience please book with her! You will not be disappointed. All of the ladies working in this spa are kind & welcoming as well! Such a relaxing atmosphere.

I go here to get laser done for my face, their service is exceptional. The entire staff is very friendly, they follow all covid protocols. I have had my sessions done with Rylin and Sarab and they have been superb;made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole process and gave me great tips for aftercare. I had to move my appointment up at the last minute and they were very understanding about it. Great service!!

First time coming here, and by far the BESTTT & MOST amazing service Preet, took such good care of me and didn’t rush anything! I got a pedicure and it was so relaxing, and she paid attention to detail! Also got my eyebrows threaded and she did exactly the way I liked, also with a tint & I LOVEE THEM!! Definitely will be coming back again!

Preet does all my sugaring for my legs under arms and threading for my brows. She is honestly amazing at what she does. I had ingrown hairs all over and she fixed me right up! I NO LONGER HAVE INGROWNS!! she is now my go to lady to come too. She is very talented and amazing at what she does, trust in her ladies you'll never be disappointed!

She is Excellent! If you want a relaxing massage, ask for Jaspri. You will come away feeling like a million dollars, whatever you choose!

I always go to Spa Naturals for my manicure & pedicure just recently i am done with my 6 sessions underarm laser (Laser treatment) and i am satisfied with the results. I've been going here for years for threading. Recently I started getting facials. My last facial was with Preet and she was amazing! She analyzed my skin and gave the most relaxing and effective facial I've had in a long time! I am not scheduling monthly facials with Preet from now on!

Went to go get my nails done here 6 days ago and two of them already fell off and one just started to break at the tip of the nail just now. For 72$ you'd think they'd last a couple of weeks.. went and got french tip done for 45$ somewhere else and they lasted almost a whole month..

This place charges $15 to remove the shellac that they put on I order to do another pedicure with shellac! What a rip off! This place will do anything for a $. I have never in all my life has a nail salon charge me to remove the polish the applied in order to do another pedicure!

I love getting my eyebrows threaded by Preet! She’s the absolute best. I recently got a facial done by Preet and Preet was absolutely amazing. She did a wonderful job making me feel relaxed and comfortable. I would most definitely recommend booking an appointment with Preet!
