As the year is coming to a close, I wanted to let Connie and Viviana at Spa Olivia know how much they mean to me. I looked into laser treatment many years ago. Information was not readily available and it was not within my financial means at that time. Over the years technology improved and gratefully so did the pricing. Planning for a special event, wearing a dress, shorts or a swimsuit was an event in itself. A hot summer day or last minute invitation either was met with pants or not participating in an activity. I have waxed for many years and even then, that was only a temporary fix. It was a topic I felt uncomfortable talking about and thought I was the pretty well the only person that was going through what I have my whole life. Their kind words and understanding made me feel that I was not alone. I finally took the leap, did my research and started where many start, the underarms. Right away the results showed me the potential and couldn’t wait to start with the ultimate goal of my legs. Although I’m only half way through the sessions on my legs, the excitement when going away and deciding at the last minute to go for a swim was tremendous for me last month. I must say that I was reluctant to go anywhere for this treatment, but based on a recommendation by a relative, I decided to go to Spa Olivia. I am so glad I did. Connie is very professional, knowledgeable about all the services she provides. She is kind and friendly throughout the appointment and makes you feel comfortable. She was able to recommend a numbing cream that is very helpful and I am pleased with the product as well. Very happy with the results I get after every visit.
