I have been going to Space City Smiles for almost 2 years and highly recommend them! Staff: Dr. Pham and his staff are polite, friendly, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Dr. Pham is quick and through with his exam and is very nice to talk with. Ease of access and atmosphere: It is easy to get in and out of the office parking lot as it is not crowded, (just pull into and out of the lot slowly at an angle if you have a car as the entrance is steep). There is little to no wait when I have been (mornings and afternoon). The office is bright and clean throughout. They offer water and a play area for small children in the waiting area. The exam rooms have TVs on the wall and ceiling ,which is a nice touch during a routine cleaning, with comfortable exam room chairs. Scheduling: The first time I went for a routine cleaning I booked online and had an appointment within the week. They always answer the phone when I call the office and helpfully send reminders of upcoming appointments via text. I usually schedule my next appointment when checking out so haven't used the online scheduling since my first appointment. Services: I have had routine cleanings, dental x-rays, Invisalign, and have purchased teeth whitening strips at the office. Insurance covered the routine visits and x-rays. The Invisalign treatment and whitening trays were affordable and effective. Dr. Pham offered financing to manage the cost of Invisalign which was very helpful.

I have a great fear for dentist. I've had scary and bad experiences in the past. I had a bad toothache and walked in. The staff were very nice and attentive. I've had dentists be very rude or mean but Dr. Phan was very nice, informative and did not pressure me into anything I did not want done. He gave me my options and did not try to lean me into anything I didn't want done. Through the whole procedure he made sure I wasn't in pain and I was comfortable. The nurse helping him did the same. Both are very professional and considerate. I'm sorry I can't remember the nurses name, I was too nervous to ask. I know I need more work done and Dr. Phan politely asked me to come back and try to get the work done, which I will. Keep up the great work you guys. Thanks to you all I don't dread going to the dentist anymore.

Space City Smiles is great! Dr. Phan has great bedside manner - he took the time explaining to me time frame and cost expectations for the Invisalign I wanted. He was open to questions and answered them without hesitation. He is polite to his staff, the office is clean, bright, modern decor and with new fancy equipment. There’s two TVs in the rooms to watch in a seated or reclined position. His assistants were constantly checking in with me about discomfort or pain during X-rays and molding. I felt very taken care of. There was even a small sectioned off area in the waiting room for kids to play! First time paperwork wasn’t overwhelming and took about 10 minutes to complete so don’t forget to show up a little early! If you’re considering dental work here, don’t even bother looking anywhere else!!

The two main factors in my 5-star rating were cost-awareness and comfort. They made sure I was covered by my insurance before they even started any work, and they re-assured me I would have no surprise bills. While we waited for insurance to confirm coverage, they gave me estimates of what I would pay if I was not covered. The pricing was very reasonable, and I did not feel at all pressured to get any services or treatments I did not need or want. Then to top it all off, Dr. Phan has amazing bedside manner. He makes sure you are as comfortable and happy as one can be during dental work. He explains everything to whatever level of detail you like, and their office has a TV you can watch while your mouth is being worked on. Very friendly people and amazing service. I cannot recommend them enough.

I was flossing a couple days ago and one of my permanent crowns came off (initially placed on at a different practice, not by Dr. Phan). I don't have a go-to dentist in Houston yet but stumbled across Dr. Phan at Space City Dental while driving by. He was able to book me in within the next two days and re-cemented my crown on. He was very thorough, light with his hands, and always made sure I felt comfortable. The entire visit was very fast. Also, his staff are very nice and the office is exceptionally clean. I will definitely be coming back for future dental work as well as referring to him to all my friends an family.

I love this dentist. :) My friend referred to me here because she has said that Dr.Phan is very good for dentist anxiety. I have not gone to the dentist in years and needed I finally but the bullet and went in. The office is clean and very aesthetically pleasing. There’s a small waiting room with clean restrooms and the patient rooms are also very nice. There’s TV screens to keep you occupied. I have done a routine cleaning and teeth whitening here and have been very happy with the results. :) Dr.Phan was incredibly helpful and kind. I plan to always come here to maintain my teeth health! :)

OK so I am the kind that usually reads reviews but never does reviews but the doctor was so great and professional that I could not not leave a tremendous review probably the most complete doctor in the field wouldn’t let you spend an unnecessary dime other than treatment that you need was able to do a filling for the front chipped veneer tooth I had which lots of doctors refused to do I definitely recommend him to anybody. That’s been overpaying and has had some untruthful treatment.!!

Dr. Phan takes the time to listen to your concerns and even goes out of his way to recommend better, more pocket-friendly alternatives to achieve the results you want. Highly recommend, I cannot say enough good things.. I always leave feeling like a million bucks, haha. My whole family also goes to him.. he did an amazing job with my mom's veneers as well. I've never seen her cry happy tears before.. he really goes above and beyond for all of his patients and it shows!

Dr. Phan and his staff were wonderful! They were very reassuring and made sure that I experienced no pain throughout my procedure. Whenever I called several days later with questions, I was able to speak directly to Dr. Phan and he answered all of my questions and told me that if I felt that I needed to come in to see him, just to call and I would be worked into the appointment schedule. A wonderful office and the right place to go to take care of your dental needs.

Dr. Phan was very professional and personal! He went above and beyond to ensure I received the most out of my visit and that I was comfortable throughout. Even though I came late for my appointment and stayed past closing, him and his staff did not rush the process and still provided quality care. The office was also welcoming and clean. I use to dread going to the dentist, but he made this a very pleasant experience and I am completely satisfied and would go back.

Dr. Phan and his team have always been the best. They've given me the best care, the best recommendations and I always feel like they do care about my dental hygiene. The best dentist ever. He fixed a chipped front tooth I had from being sucker punched in the mouth. The cost was low and happy with my smile again... the staff in the front is friendly and welcoming too...five stars all around will definitely be back in the future!
