If you want a quick estimate online, you have to give them your phone number. Do not do that! They'll start calling you and if you block one number...they'll use another one to keep harassing you. When I told them to stop calling me, they asked if it was ok to send me an email. I'm going to book my space storage somewhere else.

Used the website for a quick online quote, never regretted giving a company my number as much as i do right now… spammed with incessant calls and texts, just got 6 calls in the span of 5 minutes on a sunday morning… I’m sure you mean well, but harassing customers isn’t the way to go about it…

The staff are great people . Very professional and are very accommodating if you come upon a problem ....very decent and compassionate people when solving problems ...definately 5 star rating

The place is fine & the staff pleasant but was totally put off by the incessant sales calls & emails. Totally put us off using them.
