Sen Spa(38 Hang Hanh)に行ったらいっぱいで、アオザイの受付女性に連れられてこちらに案内されました‍♀️ その方が終始笑顔で愛想が良くて、癒されました☺️ 着いたら靴を履き替え、お茶とクッキーが出てきて、メニューを選んだりアンケートに答えたりして、(ここで気になってる部位、強さなど書きます)部屋に通されます。 友達と2人で行って同じ部屋でした。 アロママッサージ60分を選ぶと、オイルの香りをラベンダー、ローズ、レモングラスの3種類から選択します。 部屋に着いたらショートパンツに着替えて施術開始。 女性のセラピストの方がまずは背中に乗っかって肘や膝でゴリゴリマッサージ！ その後オイルで全身を揉みほぐしてもらいました。 足も表裏しっかりアロマでほぐしてもらい、ヘッドも軽く揉んで、最後には座って肩や背中もトントンしてくれました。 アロママッサージはlight(軽め)と書いてありましたが、結構強めにしてもらい、友達はmediumと書いてあったベトナムマッサージを選択しましたが、そちらもオイルは多少使っていたようで、後で聞くと違いがよくわかりませんでした それでも心地よい空間で施術も上手で、とても素晴らしかったです 終わったら着替えてまたロビーでお茶とクッキーが出てきました お会計はいつ言われるかと待っていたら自分達で勝手に受付に行くスタイルでした 私たちは日曜の16時頃行きましたが、ディスカウントで420k→390kでした！ 10時〜12時はハッピーアワーでさらに安いみたいです！ カードも使えます‍♀️ 旅の疲れを癒すにはぜひオススメします

We went here 3 times during our weeklong stay in Hanoi.. Because it was that good. The facilities are clean, comfortable, relaxing. They give you tea when you enter and leave. When you fill out the form before your massage, the massage therapists actually pay attention to what you write down (strength levels, body areas of focus, etc). Our masseuses were Phuong, Tam, and Hoa. We asked for these ladies again each time we went. They are incredible at what they do - so attentive, perfect strength level, etc. Great value for price. My partner had certain areas of pain, and without even telling them, they knew exactly where to apply pressure and how much to apply. 10/10 recommend!

it was my first time visit to Vietnam. I brought very great experience and memory of massage in Spas Hanoi Boutique. To be honest, famous massage shop from Korean is Sen Spa, that's why I also visited there at first. but I couldn't take massage because of crowed of people and already full booked. Alternatively We knew the "Spas Hanoi" it was perfect choice ever...first day, I had a Thai massage that is crazy... great place and perfect hand skill ... !! I was high... and very excited really...!! and second day, I had a Spas Hanoi Signature 4 in 1... it is also never doubted ... I can say just go and experience If I had a chance to go, I'll definitely go!! see you!!!

Very nice and relaxing massage in a clean and stress-free environment. Did 60min foot massage for VND310k and it came with hot compresses for the neck and eyes which was heavenly! The masseur also started with a short arm massage and ended with a back/neck crack. Tea & cookies were served before and after massage and wifi also provided. Would say it's the best value at this price point and highly recommended. Compliments to receptionist Linh and Mai who gave a warm welcome and were very friendly and made us feel at ease even as we stayed for a bit after the massage to figure out where to go next. Our masseurs Ha and Chi were also good.

Average massage. We were a bit disappointed as the spa facilities are great, very clean and elegant, nice private rooms for couples, refreshments upon start and finish. But the massage itself was not the best, they use too much knuckles and elbows and not enough palms and fingers in their massage. This results in a non-relaxing and not refreshing massage, and hence the disappointment. We wouldn’t write this if we thought it was a one-off but both of us had the same experience, so believe it was more the style of massage provided here rather than individual practitioners.

Somos una pareja de españoles y hemos contratado un masaje de pies, y ha sido maravilloso, pero además nos han dado masaje de piernas, incluso un poco de brazos, manos y espalda, y todo estando en la misma sala a la vez. Se han portado de maravilla con nosotros. Un ambiente muy agradable y relajante. Volveremos a probar otro masaje en los días que nos quedan por Ha Noi. Muy recomendable su visita.

Therapists are well trained and skilled. The spa menu is very well curated - you'll most certainly be able to find something that suits your needs. They have two branches conveniently located in the Old Quarter. Do call or book ahead as they can get quite busy. I've always told myself to try another spa next time but I never do because I keep coming back here!

Had a 60 min aroma massage 420k. I picked medium pressure and a focus on back/shoulders; there was choice of 3 oils to pick from. She cracked my back/neck so maybe ask to avoid this if you won't like it! Finished with a head massage at the end. Definitely less relaxing than anticipated (I'm used to Swedish massage), but it was excellent! Can ask for change in pressure throughout. Felt very invigorating and my muscles felt well worked the next day. Tea and little biscuits offered at the beginning.

Got the hot stone massage and it was incredible! The customer service was out of this world. We were served tea and mini cookies. My partner asked where he could buy the mini cookies because he liked them so much (and he wanted some to take on our long plane ride home the next day) and the employee said you cannot get them in store because they come from a mass supplier. The employee then brought him out a bag of the cookies for him to enjoy on our ride home. We were so surprised and so happy!!

Best service you can get in Hanoi! Was initially visiting the other branch but it was fully booked, and so the staff offered a free motorbike transfer to this branch - I actually find the ride quite fun and thrilling! This branch is much spacious and less crowded. And the staffs are very polite, attentive and thoughtful. The entire 1 hour of spa session has been relaxing. Highly recommended to anyone who's looking for a place to relax after a long day in Old Quarter!

Booked in for a 30 Minute Coffee Body Scrub and 60 minute facial whilst my partner booked a 90 minute Vietnamese Massage. This was honestly the best experience we have had at a spa! The scrub was incredibly relaxing and my skin felt so soft afterwards! The facial just kept getting better and better, with gentle massages and stretches around the neck and shoulders. My partner loved his massage and we immediately said we will be back! Would highly recommend!

I had a session today. Shoulders and back massage while it was good, the masseuse actually sprained my ankle while she was starting with my feet. She went full and sudden force on my ankles. A Loud pop was heard and now my ankle is swollen. I didn’t realise it was that bad until now when I saw the swell and unable to put weight my foot. Omg this is the first time I experienced this. I paid to get my ankle sprained. Omg omg.

Originally walked in Sen Spa, but it was fully booked and they referred me to this branch. The staff take me here by motorbike! The receptionist is nice and helpful. I tried 90mins hot stone massage. Although the therapist cannot speak English, she keeps on asking me if I am happy with the temperature of the stone. She is so experienced and skillful. A nice experience! And the cookies provided were very delicious also!

I am only in Hanoi for 4 days but this is the best massage experience I have ever had. Visiting from Melbourne Australia I have had many massages at home and Thailand but this was the most professional warm and friendly staff I have ever encountered..I had a 60 minute aroma massage which you can request light or medium pressure and it was great. Best massage in the area. Been to a few places around old quarter and they were no where near this standard. Receptionist were friendly and able to communicate fluently in English. I requested the masseuse to apply as much pressure as possible to relief the tension on my back and it was on point. Place was easy to find and facility is clean. Do book an appointment before heading down as they are quite busy.

The strength was perfect for me and I'm happy that the 60mins foot massage has some arm, neck and back massage to round it up! The place is clean and quiet, new deco with retro vibes. I’ve gotten four massages in Vietnam before this one, and I regret every single one before this one. It’s worth ALL the money and then some. Amazing throughout the whole experience!! 6/5 stars!

Best message in my life. I got a head message, eye message, and back and neck massage. 10% deal because of the time (not when I booked online, they surprised me with 10% off). In total it was 1 hr 45 mins and I was treated like royalty. Maybe it's expensive for Hanoi but 100% worth it! In America it would have been hundreds.

Very good. The Vietnamese massage is good strength. The deep tissue was a little strong for me. Good service and we walked straight in both times. 420k for 60 minutes is very reasonable in the area. 550k for 75 minutes and takes card. Clean and serviceable.
