I went to get some non alcoholic gifts and Diana was so nice helped me and was very patient with me . Great customer service helped me even take my things to the cashier where Mekailah rang me up and was super nice and sweet as well . They got me in and out with a friendly smile and everything would recommend coming here !

I always go to this location. The staff is pretty helpful for the most part. I pretty much know what I'm looking for when I'm going in. Location is pretty clean for all of the times I've gone. Location stays stocked pretty good unless the brand is popular. The holiday gift sets are a plus!

If you can manage to find an employee who isn’t mid conversation with another employee, I’ll change my rating. It straight up feels like a kick back that you’re interrupting to get help. Sounds like a cool place to work but an annoying place to shop if you need help finding something.

I stopped by for a friend and waited in the car. I've never been inside of SPECS. But, as I was waiting, the parking lot was busy, and my rider was in and out quickly. So I'm guessing it's a well operated business with the employees we'll organized and efficient for their customers.

This is a nice store but hard to find an employee to help you, and if you do they "have to check in the computer" and are never to be seen again. They do have a nice selection and variety. If you want great customer service go to the Spec's on Sage and Westheimer or a Total Wine.
