We are tenants in a commercial space and needed our service upgraded to 3 phase for a very expensive piece of CNC equipment we purchased. I was completely overwhelmed and stressed at the thought of having to get quotes and go through this. In stepped Eric, Bryan, and the guys at Spectrum. Communication was spot on and responsive all the way through. They guided me to what I needed without over-doing it and killing my budget, the install was started and completed 2 days ahead of schedule (this is unheard of), and we sailed through inspection. When the inspector was there, he said, and I quote, "Man, this is a clean looking install." Needless to say, I can't recommend them enough. We already have plans in the works to have them add a service disconnect for another piece of equipment in a couple of months, and even my landlord has gotten in on the action and is using them next door in his building. This company is both refreshing and amazing! I'd give 37 stars if it was an option.

Spectrum Wireworks we highly recommend them for any electrical work you may need no matter how big or small. They did several upgrades to our house from simple tasks like changing outlets to partial rewire and complete panel switch out. Spectrum installed an interlock circuit and outlet for our generator and added a surge protector in the new panel. Our home was built in the 1920's so it needed a few more upgrades to bring everything up to current codes. Aaron and Nick were able to do everything we asked and were professional, super friendly, and a real pleasure to have working in our home. They cleaned up at the end of their day every day always leaving everything in better condition than they found it. We are also remodeling a bathroom and ran into some issues that needed electrical work and Spectrum Wireworks sent the team we had worked with previously out the same day so that we did not have to delay any of the work. We won't use any other electrical company.

I’ve used a hand full of electricians in Jacksonville through my business (Battalion Airsoft) over the eight years in an old building that needs expertise and I’ve not received the kind of expertise and responsiveness and professionalism that I have through Fred and his team at Spectrum WireWorks. Cost is always a huge factor in dealing with any contractor in a small business and Spectrum is a non union shop but moreover they are quick and accurate in their diagnosis and work. Time on the job isn’t drawn out. They are trustworthy. The owner is a Master electrician so I have confidence in his ability to handle anything and I’ve thrown them some real “anything’s” and it’s like butter to them. I’ve referred them to friends for small jobs at home as well. They loved their service and price. These guys are really good.

I interviewed 3 electrical contractors for a job consisting of adding 2 GFI outlets to a brick outdoor porch wall. Spectrum arrived on time and gave me a quote. Their bid was 42% lower than the first bid and $4 less than the second bid. They were the more professional of the group. I agreed to the price and they said they'd be back in a week to do the job. Soon thereafter I received an email confirmation of both the bid price and the appointment date and time. The next week two guys showed up right on time and commenced the work. Two hours later they were done. I paid them and they emailed me my receipt on the spot. A seamless transaction with the work done right at a reasonable price. I will use them again.

Fred and company have completely rewired and done various electrical projects in my home and family’s homes with 100% satisfaction for over a decade now. The most recent project was an extensive, complete renovation in a 1929 bungalow that still had nob and tooth wiring! Fred is honest, dependable, knowledgeable and upfront about pricing and timing. He often comes up with cost saving ideas, long term solutions and is thorough from the beginning of any project until completion. Fred is easily able to explain what is needed and why. His team is respectful and hard working. You can have total confidence your work will be done right and done safely. Can’t recommend them enough!

Fantastic experience. Seeing dimming lights etc. throughout the house is certainly a very disconcerting experience. I thought I knew what the problem was but their tech Fred set me straight. It turned out he found the problem to be with the neutral connection on the JEA pole. Who knew (lol)? Fred kindly called JEA for me to report it and they were here in short order. The JEA guy concurred with Fred's diagnosis and fixed the issue. All is now fine and I can sleep peacefully tonight. I highly recommend these guys. They are prompt (actually a little early), very competent and very professional and I will certainly call them for any future electrical issues.

We have owned three houses and never really found an electrician we love. The whole experience with Spectrum was fantastic! Matt and the whole crew were awesome. I called and Matt was able to come out same day to provide a quote. We have been in our home for a year so had a laundry list of items that needed to be fixed and we also had our whole carport turned into an outdoor living space with TV, ceiling fan, lights, etc. It was a two day job and we had two crews and as mentioned above they were all great. They were on time, very friendly and knowledgable. I would definitely recommend Spectrum for any of your electrical needs!

Fred and Matt were amazing. They were punctual, professional, affordable and just really nice people. After having my previous electricians go out of business, Spectrum Wireworks took over the job flawlessly. I don't know if you have experience with contractors, but most of the ones I worked with were never on time. These guys were at my house every day at 8am sharp! We recently had to have our home completely rewired and owning an older home presented a lot of challenges. Fred and Matt came up with a great plan with very minimal impact on the home's walls and floors; minimizing the amount of drywall work that needed to be done after they were finished. Very flexible in dealing with sudden changes in the original estimate and made some suggestions that greatly improved and updated our entire electrical system. The end result was amazing and we HIGHLY recommend them for any electrical issues!!!!!!!!!!!!

Spectrum recently performed work in our newer home: relocated ceiling can lights, installed multiple new interior outlets, installed exterior motion detector utility lighting, relocated a ceiling fan to a different room. Pricing was reasonable, add-Ins day of work were priced time/materials in 15 minute increments. Estimating and installation appointments were promptly on time. All staff were professional and courteous, and did great job cleaning up as they worked and before they left. Very happy with Spectrum.

Very impressed by the work Spectrum did at my home! Highly recommend this company for any electrical work. Super professional. I had half of my house with cloth wiring and they came out and replaced all of it. They even found more than was expected in the crawl space of the house. Even the way they cut my drywall was impressive. Minimal cutting and was able to reuse the piece they cut out. They definitely went above and beyond and I will use them again in any future projects. Had an intermittent problem in my meter box which caused lots of screwy problems. They were working with me to troubleshoot the problem when JEA found it (the second JEA guy, the first one said everything in the meter box was fine).They installed a new meter box for me the very next day. Very good and honest company. Needed some rewiring behind my panel box for insurance purposes and they did a quick a perfect job. Their pricing was also fair. After wall the work was done, they even cleaned up after themselves and made sure everything was back to the way it was. Hired Spectrum to run 4 new circuits for me. 1940's bungalow in Avondale. Spectrum did everything to code, didn't "cut corners", professional, high level of workmanship, and did everything I asked. They also have a lot of experience with older homes, which often need extra TLC to make right. Will definitely hire them for future projects.
