I will not be returning to this laundromat! Horrible experience and the first one I've had at a laundromat in the area! Walked into the facility, threw a McDonalds bag in the trash can and was asked by someone (that I later found out was named Sonia) what did I need help with. I told her that I was going to wash my clothes if that was okay. After I got my clothes into the facility and began loading them into the washer, Sonia walks over and offers a less than sincere and fake apology. She states that she didn't mean anything by what she said and then offered a flyer for a free wash the following week. I walked over to the machine on the wall to add money to my app so I could start my washer and Sonia again stopped me and told me that the machine did not take cash and that I was doing it wrong. When she realized the machine did take cash she again offered a phony apology along with a fake smile. My clothes have now finished drying and there are just a few folding tables in the facility. I was told by Sonia again that the table I wanted to use (which was not in use) could not be used because someone else was waiting on it. Once again that fake, phony apology followed. Me and my boyfriend stood up in the back of the facility and folded our clothes. From the moment I walked in I felt as if I was being profiled for being a person of color. It seemed as though every thing I did there as a customer was being scrutinized. I wasn't treated like a paying customer; I was treated like I was about to steal something (or like I had stole something). I felt extremely uncomfortable and uneasy. I would not recommend anyone go there! Clearly this place has a problem with treating all humans equally!

Love this new laundromat! Very fresh modern interior with comfy seating (not that that's why you normally go to the laundromat, but these are definitely pluses.) Kind staff was very helpful in getting us set up with the app so paying was a breeze. We had brought a ton of bedding and they have a good range of sizes including HUGE machines to help us take care of our laundry both cost and time effectively... without hogging a ton of machines. Only visiting to handle the bedding today but we'll be back next time that need arises. --- Lavanderia moderna donde se puede pagar por app. Varios tamaños de maquina a buen precio. Mine and my wife's very first time to visit today. We were really impressed with the laundry overall and the washers and dryers on hand are in mint condition and the store is well taken care of! Unless you're tech savvy though you're not going to get much anywhere with this laundromat. It's entirely automated and app driven. Which is good if you have a child or grandchild that knows computers and cellphone apps, BUT the Clerk on Duty, despite the language barrier, was very helpful to us and got us started and on our way to clean clothes again. Now for a wash behind the ears and we're all set! We'll be back! See y'all there!

This laundromat is AMAZING!!! Brand new and state of the art!!! I love this new way of technology and being able to be coin less!! Sonja was amazing and so was Michelle! Both ladies were very well versed in the use of the app and super patient! They checked on me and made sure my entire experience was amazing!! There were other customers experiencing the same treatment and we all felt so refreshed by the GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! I loved the other location but this one is much closer and definitely easier for my family and I to utilize! Great team and awesome environment!!! You guys never miss the mark!!!

Used to love this place, I travel for 12 min just to come here but the service has gotten horrible here. Looking for a new place to go to now. This place remains super dirty, homeless on the couches without no where to sit. The machines super dirty and when asking employees to help they have an attitude because they’re too busy doing the laundry themselves. Even to simply hand over a wet rag to clean the dirty tables it’s a hassle. Definitely needs a lot of attention it’s going down hill and fast!!!

I enjoy the environment, and I want to think Michelle for all she did. She came in and helped us all in our training. She is a very hard worker who loves her job. Everytime she is in town and comes in she will do a review of what we learned. I enjoy working here, I also enjoy my staff, I enjoy coming to wash here on my days off. I also enjoy working with Sonya as well. These two ladies come in and guide us on what needs to be done and how things go. Love you

Ever since coming to this laundromat never want to switch.Staff very welcoming, cleanliness is 100, also they have entertainment for children which is cool.No more coins but pay with an app which is really easy saving your card or pay cash at the kiosk. Another thing is never have to fight over carts there are plenty. Restrooms are fairly clean I don’t use much of public restrooms. Definitely recommend Currently where I do my laundry

Easily the best laundromat experience!! The app is wonderful. Pay by card! It syncs up great with the machines no problem. It tells you how much time is left, sends reminders, and see what machines are available/in use. Machines also have useful options with descriptions like pre-wash, extra wash, extra rinse, high spin, reversing tumble dry, anti-wrinkle, and add more time from the app Great choice Speed Queen!!

They claim to offer free dryers when using the washers however; they shut off over half of the dryers and put not in service on them which causes people to get in drama or race to the few dryers available! There was also a man there trying to play people at the change machine by offering to help! Lol what a joke!!Plus the Fox gas station that’s attached does not accept EBT! They are not for the people!!

Wow what an amazing experience! Staff were very helpful and attentive to our needs. The place is clean. Restrooms are very clean. The dryers are fast and they actually dry. Hello!! Today 11/12/23 @ 1:30 pm I was washing my clothes the attendant was on the phone with family gossiping when asked a question I don’t know it not my problem the washers were running very slow and someone asked to use the restrooms and was ignored. Also I wanted to buy a bag for my clothes and was told I don’t know I do not speak Spanish so this place has lost mine and my family’s business

Really enjoyed my time here. The employees were very nice and forward with helping out with the new machines and the app. Once I got the hang of it, it was super easy. I really enjoy using the app and not having to carry around change or making sure I have cash in order to do laundry, and they have a very large dryer that I used for my king size bedding, everything dried in one turn.

So my dryer broke down in the process of drying notice it wouldn’t heat up i came here around 11:45pm hoping that the Hispanic lady would let me dry my clothes said straight up No there was still people inside wash or drying then came in the morning early 6am lady was even here till 6:30 Oh the place is always clean tho that’s the good thing about this place

First time ever at speed queen, and Hilda was amazing! She explained the whole process of using the app and is super welcoming. It’s super clean there. They have different size washers and dryers. You get a free wash when u first sign up! They have laundry bags for $12 if needed and bottles of detergent as well. The machines don’t use coins btw!

The attendant was very rude like it was beneath her to be there. I had asked for the restroom code to wash my hands and she rolled her eyes and reluctantly gave me the code. At 2330 she started watching me and following me while I was putting my back in bags to load my car. She sat by the dryer and watched me while the dryer finished.

This place is as clean as can be. It cost a little more than I was expecting but I'll pay the difference to not have to sit in filth. As first time customers in a cashless laundry mat I was a little confused how it would go but Heidi guided is through the process and it was seamless. I couldn't be satisfied with the whole process.

It was so refreshing to walk into a clean and well organized place to do my laundry. Especially when I dread doing it to begin with. This location was by far better than I could have imagined. It's comfortable and not noisy and hot like the typical places. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I'll be back here from now on.

BEST laundry place I've ever been to! The woman working there made us feel welcomed and I loved the promo for new customers! The washers and driers are awesome and look very well kept and maintained. I love the system they have for the washers and driers, it makes everything so much easier! Definitely worth the drive!

Very clean and you don't have to worry about the building getting hot while u do your laundry. The only down fall I would say are the prices. They are quite more expensive compared to other laundry mats in the area. Overall a great place to go though and the staff is super friendly

I love everything about this place. The kid friendly tablet station is a godsend. Unlike a lot of people I really like that everything is done via App. The machines actually all work unlike a lot of the laundry places in the area. I never have to dry my clothes a second time.

This laundry mat is all controlled through technology( phone). You pay through an app you have to download. The machines themselves are clean and have a variety of loads to choose from. The bathrooms are clean and stocked up. Customer service is on-site and ready to assist.

Finally a laundry mat with the times. No need to bring in your changes or singles this place is paid through an app from your phone. Yes the dryers can be stuffed with multiple loads and WILL DRY THEM ALL GUARANTEED! Also they have an AMAZING staff …

Speed Queen Laundry made me feel just like a "Speed Queen". the machines were more than what I expected - clothes were visibly fresh and clean, and time wise - I was in and out in no time. I'll definitely be a returning customer.

We go in there all the time and this time all the dryers were being used by the employee clothes were just setting in The dryers leaving not very may available and the laundromat was full

It looks clean and great. But they aren’t really open till 12am I arrived at 10pm and they had all the lights off and doors locked. I also seen someone in there and they were hiding.
