The lady named Connie is the most nasty person you could ever meet. Witnessed her being extremely rude to 2 little girls (aged around 5-7). She kept telling them off for trying shoes. When I intervened, she told us to leave the store and called the security. We felt discriminated by her behaviour. When requested for cctv footage to prove her discrimination, she dismissed our request and refused to sell her products. We will be taking this matter forward so actions can be taken. I urge if anyone had similar experience, please come forward and speak out. SPENDLESS SHOES -SHAME ON YOU!

Customer service lady was very rude. Me and my sister were looking for boots, we were just looking and haven’t started trying any shoes yet and she came to us and started whinging saying WE TOOK HER SHOES OUT AND MADE MORE WORK FOR HER. We told her that we haven’t even started trying yet and she was just ignoring us. The shoes were taken out by previous customers probably. Would never visit this shop again.

Customer service was an unenjoyable experience. The lady serving me was extremely rude and seemed uninterested. When I told her I didn’t have a paper receipt and instead I had an email with my order details and invoice, she dismissed and ignored me. I got what I came for in the end but the customer service was horrible. Will not be returning back here.

Absolutely appalling behaviour from lady named “Connie.” Incredibly rude and insolent I was shocked. Upon asking for sizing help she was genuinely unimpressed that I had interrupted her. I will be making a formal complaint to management about her. Do not do business here.

Worst customer service I had ever experienced. Staff came to me started mumbling and was fixing the shoe racks in front of me. May be upset because I tried few shoes? If I don’t try how I am gonna buy? Never going back again

We went to the store Thursday 29th odd Sep about 12.45 pm lady concetta was very rude and customer service standard was very disgusting I will don't recommend to go there

Staffs are not friendly and not happy to serve customers.Not friendly when trying the size asked us to put it back after trying the shoes.very disappointing service

Rude behaviour, went to store 15 minutes before closing time and enquired about the shoe price, the lady rudly said that store is closed.
