Diego was very knowledgeable and super helpful. He definitely deserves a promotion or raise. I came in to return a pair of shoes I bought online and ended up walking out with two new pairs from the store with a buy one get one half off sale. It was a better deal than the current online offering. Diego even cleaned my new pairs of shoes before I left the store. Definitely 5 star service. He was very patience as I was taking a while figuring out what I wanted. Will definitely be back because of him when I am ready to purchase new Sperrys.

The GM is great and most of his employees are as well. I feel like we just bothered the older lady by asking for simple things like do you have a shoe in a size or width bigger also wanted to kinda argue about a return and credits the GM said he would make sure if were going to be taken care of in we ended up just paying but the GM should ask his employees to make sure they honor what he says he will do instead of being rude and making people feel unwelcome.

Maybe inflation is high. Maybe I am just a tightwad. I thought the pricing is just a bit high here. I am also used to having a tool to measure the length and width of my foot. Such a device is absent at this store. I did find employees friendly and willing to provide good service here. Sperry shoes, well, they always seem comfortable and resilient as Sperry always are.

Customer Service is horrible! An associate looked my mother & I in the eye as we walked in and refused to speak! Another associate was so caught up in her own personal conversation, she neither spoke nor asked if we needed any assistance. I refuse to spend any money in any establishment that does not acknowledge my presence! And I came ready to shop! Their loss!

Went to get some new sperrys but was struggling to find a pair I liked. The manager Sierra came by and assisted me, I asked her to bring me her favorite pair and HOLY TOLEDO they were some nice shoes. I haven’t taken them off since. Thanks Sierra. You’ve earned a life time customer.

Love going to this location. Husband is a larger hard to find size, and the staff are always super helpful with looking in the back or helping us locate what we are looking for.
