I just ordered a Spix Aurora 2 days ago with a bunch of upgrades after chatting with the staff their on their website for about an hour. The customer service was incredible and the deal was cheaper than I could get the components on partpicker. I've been looking for value and was close to pulling the trigger with 6 different builds from different American and Canadian companies and even with my workplace's 25% off a particular computer manufacturer Spix had a better deal and has been the best in terms of sales and service too. Arrived today well packaged and in pristine shape. Delivered within 2 days of ordering. Looks great inside with a very clean build and cable management done well. All my component boxes came with it too which was a nice touch. I got a call and an email after delivery just to check in which was also great. Works great and the entire process from sales to delivery and post delivery contact has been probably the best post-Covid shopping experience I have had. I'm very happy and impressed with Spix. Sales, service, price, delivery and quality all were top notch. I'm so glad I went with them!
