I was a regular customer but the lady doesnt respect loyalty of the customers.She ripped me of with 8$ sparkles for just 1 pack for diwali.I bought 5 packs & got to know this that i have been charged 40$ for this after getting my billing done.I asked for return to which the lady said its expensive only because the sparkles are from india & mentioned that she cant return festival stuff.I checked the indian sparkles at the other indian groceries nearby.The prices were 2.5$ for each sparkle which we bought for 8$ each and 7.5$ each for the triple in size of the one i bought.Had a similar experience in the past as well from this shop.Won't go again ever. Also,like other shops they don't display price on items & on thr billing counter we cant see the prices when they scan something which is but unusual as when i went to other shops i could see the prices on the second display straightaway when the item is getting scanned but they dont follow this practice & by the time you realise you have been overcharged they will simply say sorry we dont return this & that with a smiling face.Very cheap tactics.Worst experience ever.Won't go again!!

Prachjiand her team are very nice and careful.Located at very covenient place the shop generally has whatever they need . Prices are displayed and they dont sell expired stuff as mentioned by others . Loyalty has its rewards with them and they are flexible and considerate when required. They have branch in truganina too and i wish them have more. Very happy and satisfied customer .
