It’s a shame there are so many negatives because overall the place seems clean and quiet. I was surprised to see the sign stating last load is at 5:45pm when I arrived today. Considering they advertise as “convenient hours” this seems counterintuitive, especially since they don’t open until 10am. It’s a good thing I do my laundry after coming off of nights and don’t have to worry about closing time. I forgot my detergent at home, and I didn’t realize it until I got there. I figured it would be fine since every laundromat I’ve been to has somewhere to purchase a small amount of detergent / softener / whatever… Not this place. Luckily Dollarama is right across the street! I also noticed the previously accessible coffee machine has suddenly disappeared. The machines are a little pricey - $8.50 for a load (on cold) in the jumbo machine. Do yourself a favour and get a personal card - but just know the machine to load it only takes bills or card though, no coins, so come prepared! I would never leave my laundry here to be done. A bunch of it is in sacks, piled in the bathroom and up against the toilet. GROSS.

Small, high prices with inconvenient carding system of an additional cost for the card itself! Staff on hand that literally wants to handle your items for you! Clean, free WiFi and coffee that of course is not self serve! Very tiny! I mean if your claustrophobic, do not even attempt this! Overbearing staff in a small space with very little folding area! Seeings they appeared to want to do my laundry for me, I inquired about cost of wash and fold services. I hope you get a special sprinkle of magic in your laundry on pick up with the cost being double every other laundry mat around! $2 a lb! WOW!!!! Most unsatisfying was the discomfort of the attendant and his inappropriate desire to assist when not required. Know exactly how much to spend... because the card gets loaded and I do not believe you can get the money back off the card! Whereas with most other facilties that use cash systems, you only spend what you need and you don't need to save another card in your wallet! Here your guessing cost and reloading cards and dryers every 15mins.

Worst place ever...my rating is -10...I put my laundry in washer...came home to do cleaning...it's a 2 minute walk...upon my return my laundry was taken out of. Machine and put in buggy...who gives him the right to touch my stuff??? He told me this lady needed the machine... Well one machine was out of order and lots of smaller ones available...I was maybe 5 minutes late after drying my cloths and went home I got thinking how dirty was his hands or what else did he do to my laundry...so I took it to family cleaners to redo it all over...after all said and done got home to fold and sort my laundry my signed ticact Jersey by Danny Mac was missing...I called police and will be calling ministry and city about this...who gives him the right to handle my laundry...it's personal stuff...just stay away

I walked in, it is a nice on the inside but there are only 2 tables to fold laundry as well as only 2 laundry carts. It's very tiny. You cannot use coins or dollar bills here, they have a machine where you load money onto a card. Loading 1 quarter at a time per dryer is annoying. There should be an option to load more than one quarter at a time. 6x load of laundry is $9.00 they claim it costs this amount at other laundry mats. No it doesn't. I have been to 3 other laundry mats in the area. It is not more than 7.25 for a 6 load washing machine. Prices are high here. Even the 5 load dryers are .25 for 3 minutes. You have better luck going to the laundry mat on Sanford and Main as the attendant there won't follow you around the whole time.

Really friendly and helpful staff. Place is always immaculate. Very great covid prevention procedures taking place. They offer a wide range of items to help with your laundry needs. Especially if you rush out and forget your detergent! They offer cool eco friendly options, such as reusable/refillable bottles for your detergents and fabric softeners. As well as easy carry laundry bags. Pricing isn't bad. They have 3 washer load options for small, med, and lrg loads. Ranging from $3.50, $4.50, and $6.50 I believe. Never use the dryer so I am unsure of its price. They use reloadable cards so its easy for me since I never carry money of any kind. Would highly recommend

This is a beautiful laundromat and they are very friendly however I don’t think they want to continue business with the new hours change. The last load during the week is at 4:45, 15 minutes before most people even get off of work. It used to be 5:45 and was always busy in the evenings with people doing laundry after working all day. Now they’re closing earlier now allowing people to do laundry after work anymore, and open later on weekends when most people are off all day? What sense does this make? I’ll have to find somewhere else to bring my laundry now and I’m sure many other people will be doing as well with this inconvenient change.

This is the last time I will be going to this laundromat. They close on certain days but never update their google hours or even have an instagram… should be modernized by now cmon. I wasted many Ubers coming here for it to be closed, the bathroom had a horrific smell the last time I was here. The pile up peoples laundry in the same disgusting bathroom. I barely see them cleaning the washing machines… it should always be a hot cycle run with vinegar which seems to be rare here. Unreliable and the hours are ridiculous considering people tend to work until 6. Wouldn’t waste my time going here again.

“This place is excellent. I went in to do my laundry and was greeted by an attendant who walked me through the laundry card system for the first time. She was helpful and professional. The machines are all brand new. The laundromat itself is spotless. They have a TV for viewing. Finally we have a laundromat in Central Hamilton that is clean and safe. Not to mention, I was able to take care of some shopping I had to do at the Dollarama across the street while my laundry was in the machines. I didn’t worry about leaving my laundry alone as the attendant was happy to watch it for me.”

This laundromat is so clean and beautiful and the owner is so kind. This is my first time using a laundromat myself and Veronica was so helpful and kind . I’ve only been a couple times with friends and they were never nice like this. Honestly I didn’t even want to sit in the other laundromats they were so dirty. This laundromat is so clean and comfortable and even offers free coffee!! Veronica is by far one of the nicest, sweetest, caring, helpful people I’ve ever met. I’ll definitely come back and tell everyone I know this is the place to go if they need laundry done. ♾️

This place was amazing they cleaned over 11 bags of clothes and it was so affordable I didnt even feel bad for not doing it myself. The only thing that would of make it the best ever is when they finished cleaning the clothes and put them in bags for me to take home I wish the clothes were organized but hand towels was in with sweatpants besides that this place is amazing and affordable and if you love coffee you can sit and have a coffee or espresso and relax while watching tv waiting for your laundry to be done. Fantastic experience I will be back time and time again

This Laundromat is beautiful! It's cashless, which is great because it's always a hassle trying to find enough change to do more than one load, and there is an attendant on site who showed me how to load up my card. He also helped me pick the correct machine, which ended up saving me money in the end. It's so CLEAN, there is nothing worse than folding your laundry on a questionably clean table. Finally, there is a bathroom, coffee and wifi, which made sticking around for the cycle to finish comfortable.

This is the 2nd time in a month that we have had splash’s wash fold dry delivery service and it has been nothing short of amazing. I also have to give it to the girls who has to wash 180 pounds of our clothes! They are the real champions! Bob the delivery driver was super friendly and helpful while picking up and delivering. Splash was having technical troubles with their phones but still managed to connect with me! (Thank you Veronica!) We will definitely be using them again!!

Splash looks more like a cafe then a laundromat. I found it a very enjoyable experience doing my laundry here. I had a coffee and got some work done while my laundry washed. The staff is helpful and the store is as clean as I have ver seen a laundromat, including the bathroom. The machines are priced about the same as the other attended laundromats I have been in. They have brand new machines that range all the way from 2 loaders to 6 loaders. Best part ... no more coins !!!!!

Sometimes it's the little things that make one Today I went to do my weekly laundry at SPLASH and while I was loading the machines a staff member handed me my grandson sock I had lost the previous week. I was happy she had found it, the sweetest part of it all was the tag! It wasn't just a "sock" it was that she remembered I had asked about it and took the time to do this..... the little things can bring a smile to one's day! Thank you

Had a great experience here when I needed an emergency wash and fold! Basically half of my closet and it was ready in less than 24 hours. Staff are great, super accommodating to my really sensitive skin! They went out and bought the detergent that I know works with my skin! Plus the place is immaculate. Everything is so clean- very impressed and I will continue to drive from the west end to splash to get a wash/fold services and dry cleaning!!

Tried them out for my first time this week and received great service. I had an issue with pricing after picking up my dry-cleaning, however, the owner responded extremely professional & provided great customer service. The workers are extremely friendly and the entire area is so clean. The dry cleaning ended up being extremely well done & my mom uses Splash for all our bedding needs consistently, will definitely be going back!

Needed to use their washroom….For customers only! I asked what is the cheapest thing to buy , she said no! I said yes I am buying something so I can use your washroom, she still said no! The lady working at 4:20pm on Sunday Dec 5 , I do not wish a merry Christmas , should be fired , I hope the fact she works in a laundry mat leads to a deep depression Merry Christmas to all (except of course you know who) ❤️

Love the pickup, wash and fold service they have available! They come pick up my laundry and it's returned the very next day. For $2 a pound it's totally worth it. I've been using the service since the beginning of the pandemic as my building doesn't have sufficient laundry for the building nor do I want to be spending hours at a laundromat, which makes this a great alternative!

If you are looking for a CLEAN laundry mat this is where you can park your laundry at and enjoy the friendly staff, top notch machines, accessible washroom and free wifi! The staff are very helpful and attentive. They have digital cards that you load your funds in and use to pay for your machines. I only have good and positive things to say from my personal experience.

I enjoyed their service and it help me in a great deal especially it hard for me to get out and do it on my own to my health wise.. Prices is great. Since, they do delivery as it hard to carry my bag on a scooter or walker! I am never in rush to get it back from them as i understand they get very busy with the delivery etc. thanks and keep it up!

This laundromat is fantastic. It is so clean, quick, and easy to use. But the highlight of my visit is always the amazing team of staff that work there. It is such a welcoming environment. The staff go above and beyond to help with absolutely any question you might have. They are so friendly. I just can't say enough about how friendly they are.

Clean and presentable the costumer service is astonishing to say the least. The owner is also very! nice and helped me on my first visit! So glad I started coming here!

The total for doing my laundry was $8.35. They charged me $11.30. Don't borrow one of their cards, buy one for a buck even if you're not from there because the owner will overcharge you by double, the add "tax" on top of the prices listed on the machines to top it off for her own benifit. Total rip off! Don't go there.

Used to be decent value, but prices went up, almost 10 dollars for a load of laundry just to wash, I'll just drive elsewhere, you can try and justify it all you would like, but at the end of the day I'll drive up the mountain and pay 6.00 a load and not need to pay for other peoples wash and fold service

Splash is wonderful, comfy and a great place to do laundry and get some work done! I never carry cash on me so having a laundry card system is absolutely perfect. It's so warm, friendly and the first laundromat that hasn't taken a pep talk to make me comfortable to walk into!

Too expensive! 2.00 a lb for laundry other laundry mats do it for 1.00 a lb. I can't imagine taking 60 lbs of laundry in and paying 120.00. I heard they lowered some of the prices. I suppose that's good. Also they seemed to have had some of the reviews removed which is funny.

The only reason I gave it 3 stars was because the don't have many baskets and folding tables other than that the place was clean, very helpful attendant. The machines are fairly new and in good condition. The price is the same as the others in the area that I have been to.

Really clean, spacious and absolutely friendly staff. Easy load cards and washers are big and work well. Dryers are awesome and take no time at all to dry. Easy automatic doors when entering. Not to mention books to read and a TV with a table and stools. Best in the city!

Just moved to the area & honestly this is 1 of the cleanest laundromats that I've been in. Machines are all new, reloadable cards, I love that I don't have to find change to do my laundry. Staff has been very pleasant & helpful every time I come in.

We switched all our linen services over to Splash Laundry recently and have been really impressed with the level of service, the quality of the linens and the timeliness of deliveries. Very glad we brought our business over to Splash Laundry!!!

Shout out to Splash who are staying open in the pandemic. The owner is sanitizing handles, buttons, carts, tables after every individual use. It's good to know we have places like this - also free WiFi and coffee I mean common it's awesome.

With being an essential service, and working extremely long days. I used the services of Splash Laundry Co for the wash and fold service. They were outstanding and very affordable. I will definitely be using them in the future.

Doing laundry is my least favourite chore. Thankfully, Splash has a wash and fold service that is really great. The lady that was there tonight was prompt and lovely. I will definitely be back!

They have new machines that work great. They also have wifi and a charging station for your phone and a big screen TV to watch while you wait on your load to wash n dry.

First time used them for wash and fold, and all I can say it WOW! Amazing customer service, clean and on time. The laundry was folded nicely and love the bag. 10 stars!

Clean establishment, I actually travel a away from my own area. It's awesome compared to the other 3 locations near me. Hours are early though 7 pm.
