I stumbled upon this gem a few months ago. I went in just for a wash which included a vacuum. I have a dog that sheds a lot so I was impressed when they managed to get most of the fur. As I waited inside, the owner struck conversation. We talked about random topics and I was on my way. I left out feeling satisfied with the service and with the hospitality. Fast forward to last week...I wanted and needed my car detailed. Splash #2 was the only car wash that came to mind. I give 4 stars only because I don’t like the way the way they handle their calls. I tried calling that Friday night but it was after hours. There was no voicemail. I called a half hour before they opened, no answer no voicemail. I called exactly at opening time and off & on until about 12:00 p.m., still with no luck. Finally just after 12:30 or so, the owner picks up. I tell him I’m wanting to bring my car in for a detail and he tells me they’re full for the day. He says I can drop off at 8:30 a.m, any day. I was a little upset because I knew that meant I’d have to miss church on Sunday all because I was a first time client and didn’t know this until he finally answered the phone. It’s not posted on the website and no one picks up the phone, nor is there a voicemail to leave a message for someone to call you back to answer your questions or provide you with details. There’s got to be a better way that’s a little more customer friendly. The other thing that I didn’t know about until I got there was that I had to remove every single item from my car, including the glovebox. This information would’ve been helpful to know prior to going. I dropped my car off at 8:30 a.m. that Sunday and picked it up around 4:00 p.m.. It was spotless! From top to bottom. Every piece of dog fur was gone. The carpets and seats were shampoo’d so well, It looked like a brand new car. I was impressed. At the end of the day, I’m almost positive that I’ll be returning . They are detailed and not too pricey.

Gonna go ahead and say these 3 stars are justified because it’s ”Ladies Day” (Wednesdays) and I was told as soon as I approached the window (where the owner takes payment) that all they’re doing are basic washes because they’re busy. And they certainly were because I had already waited in line about 25 mins before getting to the window. I specifically came on a Wednesday so I could get a discounted wax. I questioned Sammy as to why and he gave me a response along the lines of “my customers know to get here by 430 to be able to take advantage”. Well guess I’ll need to take off work in the future! Nope. And I actually was there about then but had been waiting in line. I find this to be unacceptable customer service. No apology and no consideration of people that don’t know this unwritten practice. Also, this essentially means homeboy changes the services he provides on any given day depending on busyness or other factors. The last time I went he was also “only doing basic washes” for a reason I can’t even remember. He’s a nice, personable guy as other reviewers have shared but annoying as a business owner. Pretty sure most people are going here because they’ve been customers for a long time. Not ideal for a newbie. I’d give 5 stars to all the employees that wash my car so well there, though!

Splash will definitely be my go-to for car washes/details. Excellent job all around. Got the Deluxe Detail and I couldn't be happier. My car looks and smells amazing. It somehow feels better than new (which is no small feat, considering we have two dogs and I managed to spill some Chinese food in the backseat a few days ago). Additional pros: - The manager and his team are so nice! Talk about service with a smile. - They're flexible. I dropped my car off thinking I'd want the Express Detail, but changed my mind about an hour later. I called them up and asked if it'd be OK to change to the Deluxe, and he said no problem at all (and let me know it would take longer). - If you're getting an intensive detail that could take a few hours, there's no need to hang around on site. They'll give you a call to let you know when your car is ready. On a related note - they're within walking distance from River Oaks Shopping Center and a few bars (for example, Kenneally's and the Red Lion, both of which are literally 20 seconds away), so there's plenty of stuff to do nearby while you wait.

I took my boyfriend's car here in 2018 to get it surprise detailed for his birthday. It had never been done before and desperately needed it, and when we got it back it looked like it did the day he drove it off the lot in 2016. In 2019 we got it done again before we went on a road trip to Vancouver, Canada in order to have things be nice and clean on the drive, and again it was perfect. This week (March 2021) we bought an older truck, and it came to us DISGUSTING. How that much pollen can accumulate INSIDE a vehicle is beyond me. We took it to Sammy and I tried to apologize beforehand at how absolutely terrible this was going to be for them, and when I got it back I literally didn't even know it was the same car. Everything was perfect, spotless, cleaner than I even anticipated it would be, and at this point I expect them to do a good job based on previous experiences. I will always recommend this place to everyone. 10/10.

Tl;dr: I was amazed at how my car turned out! Longer version: I’m not overly obsessed with car cleanliness. I’ve had my car detailed elsewhere once before. It was fine, didn’t blow my mind or anything. Anyway, over the course of several years, my car was gross (still didn’t really bother me), but here I am, 8 months pregnant, and I thought, “well, let me just have my car cleaned before it’ll never, ever be clean again!” Took it to Splash for a Deluxe Detail, and when I picked it up, I almost didn’t believe it was the same car! Stains in my seats that I thought would be there until the sun explodes (primarily because I didn’t address them years ago when they occurred), were magically gone! It’s the cleanest my car has ever been, or will ever be, and I’m absolutely thrilled that I decided to get it done at Splash. Incredible work—they might actually be wizards. Unclear. 10/10 will use again and would recommend!

There’s a reason why this place is usually busy —they do a very good job. I try to keep my car relatively clean; no one else really rides in it other than me, if I have to bring my dogs there’s a cover, etc. With that being said, I try to have my car washed every two weeks by these guys. My car almost looks like it’s been detailed whenever it leaves this place and for the price of their basic wash ($18) only! Sometimes I’ll pay $5 extra for them to wash the mats but if you have just some light dust in there, their vacuuming really does the job. For the basic wash they also apply Armor All on your tires. I have been to this place countless times and they are also very consistent. I’ve been to places where they dry the body then go down to the tires and back up (big no no!!!!) but never with these guys. There’s so many car washes to try in this area alone but don’t bother and go straight to Splash!

I am very happy with my interior detail that I had done here at Splash Hand Car Wash on Shepherd. After comparing the prices of several auto detail businesses, Splash had the most reasonable pricing for the services I was needing, which was the shampoo and complete interior detail of my Tacoma. I dropped it off at around noon and was informed it would be ready by close of business on a busy saturday, which I was happy to know that they take their time with their interior detailing. They even cleared out all of my belongings into bags so that they could clean the glove compartment, middle console, etc. It was SPOTLESS, and I honestly feel like i'm driving a brand new car. For $115 for a truck, and the cleaning of my truck bed as well, I was more than satisfied and would definitely bring my car back here the next time I need a wash or detail. Thanks Splash!

BEWARE. At one time I left a 5-Star Review for this company. I have changed it to the appropriate review rating. Advertised price for basic hand wash of SUV/Van is $35. Recently, we sent employees to have company vehicles washed. One was charged $45 for the $35 wash, and the other was charged $55 for the identical vehicle three days later. I called and spoke to the manager/owner to inquire about the charges (we always tip, and this wasn't part of the fee) and he dryly stated that he increased their prices. Unfortunately, he failed to inform the public and took a sleezy approach by charging more and hoping no one noticed. Employees did not notice. The one paying the bills did. There's another hand wash company a block away from this one. I would recommend using them rather than someone using sleezy, dishonest methods to earn a few extra dollars.

I can’t believe how rude and unprofessional these guys are and still exist. I came to get basic car wash. The women at front was extremely rude and so obvious that she doesn’t want to be there. Well it is not my fault that they don’t pay her enough. They just vacuumed the car and outside wash and told me it is ready :) I asked how it is ready that quick. And I wanted her to follow me to the car. Of course the car was not cleaned properly as I suspected. When I comforted the women she said “it is what it is” I asked a corporate number she ignored first than she gave me piece of paper with a number on it. No answer of course. I am speechless. I don’t care about the money and bad service but the way they are is incredible. Like we don’t have any other alternative and they are the only ones. I will never step into this business ever.

Just to be clear this was my first full detail job on any of my vehicles but my jaw dropped when I saw my wife's 2010 Honda pilot. I had recently put alot of work into it mechanically and a couple of aesthetic pieces so i was looking for the cherry on top. I went with the top of the line option wich I believe was called the executive. Shampoo carpets, complete detail inside and clay bar and wax on outside and it was beautiful and I hate that vehicle.... I would give 5 stars but at $230 dollars is a bit pricey and armor all was a bit excessive, it was 2 days ago and I'm still slipping and sliding especially on running boards. But overall a great crew manager was very hands on and very informative. Here's a tip, get there early

For only $155 I got a full interior and exterior detail. I didn’t know what to expect because it is about $40 cheaper than competitors in the area. However, they removed every piece of dog hair from my dog and made it look like a brand new truck. After shampooing the seats and floors I’m convinced it’s brand new. The wax job on the outside was phenomenal and the tire coating very luxurious. I couldn’t have asked for a better job. Not to mention the care and attention to detail. After the seats and floors had dried I went to put my things back and found small scent packets hidden throughout to privately keep my truck smelling great! Excellent job! I wish I could give a 100 star review!

I have gone to this car wash multiple times and honestly, I've been very pleased with the service. They are really detailed and will make sure you are happy with the results. The reason I stopped going is because I drive an SUV and in an attempt to get to the roof, the guys would climb on the sides with the doors open and put so much weight on the doors that the hinges started to make an awful squeaky noise. Also, while doing this they would grab onto the inside panels of the roof and sides and leave stains. If they find a better method of doing this I would go back, otherwise never again. My 2016 Jeep ended sounding like a 1986 car whenever I opened the door. Very unhappy about that.

Thank you thank you for helping me today. Recently you detailed my SUV and you did a great job. My husband was so impressed, he got his done the following week. So today I show up, in tears, cause my SUV was broken into and there was glass all over it. I didn’t know what to do, so I came to you. You didn’t know that I recently spent $300+ with you. It didn’t matter, cause you wanted to help me. Your front line staff spent at LEAST 25 minutes vacuuming my car! I asked what I owed, and they said nothing. Omg!! THANK YOU!!! That was so much appreciated and so nice. A company that helps like this has my business forever. Thank you, thank you.

When I moved to Houston, I was in search of an affordable, detailed, and speedy car wash. After a few years of searching (automated washes included), I found Splash and I'm so glad I did! The attention to detail amazes me every time. The Basic wash for $18 is anything but basic. If you're there during busy periods like evenings and weekends, quality isn't sacrificed. They treat each car with the same respect whether it's an older Toyota or a brand new luxury car. I know this from experience. Sammy and his crew know you by name. That's saying something in a town with millions of people. I'll be a customer as long as they're around.

Splash did a great job on my black car with very dirty alloy wheels. I purchased the Wash and Wax special for $45 on Wednesday. They hand wax and hand buff the wax off of my car. My car is black so it shows every swirl and scratch if you don't do it well. My car looks perfect just like when it was brand new. Also, my alloy wheels were so dirty with brake dust and dirt. They clean it so that you can eat off of it. I've tried Soap Hand Car Wash (they used a buffing machine for waxing) and Upper Kirby Car Wash (they used a liquid spray on wax). Both of them doesn't compare to Splash IMHO. Just come here and you won't regret it.

These guys have been hand washing and waxing my Lotus for about 18 months now... Not 1 scratch or swirl mark. These guys pay attention to the details. Their regular wash soap doesn't strip my wax off... clean sponges and towels, etc...They understand that just one grain of dirt stuck in a sponge or towel can scratch paint. I still hand wash it myself sometimes so I have my own hands on the car quite a bit and have found no damage. Car comes back clean and my wheels are a huge pain to get clean. Fair price too. Shout out to Sammy the manager for always having a great, friendly attitude... even when I get all nitpicky on him!

It's not often I have the opportunity leave a review addressing not only the work product and service, but the integrity of a business as well. The splash hand car wash team did an excellent job on my vehicle! Supposed to picture would not do it justice, but I will say that my vehicle looked amazing. Additionally, I felt compelled to make a review because of the fact that the team (and management) went above and beyond to make better a situation that was no fault of their own. I can 100% vouch for the integrity and quality of service at this establishment! It also helps that the rates are beyond reasonable.

I'm not a new customer here, but this time I'm really disappointed about the service. I saw the crew had been working on my car but it seemed like they did not do the good job. All dirty spots still in on the inner-doors & cup holders, carpet wasnt vacuumed completely, so the food was still under my seat. Talked to them and have been told that it was because I paid for basic wash, not detail, that's why they didnt include cleaning dirty spots inside the car, only vacuuming and outside wash. Ok fine, my car didnt get a well vacuum then. Not worth for 18 bucks. Not thinking about coming back at this moment.

Took my vehicle on wash and wax Wednesday, 3 vehicles in line. Took them 3 hrs to wash, wax, and shampoo the front floor mats. Vehicle was washed quickly but then sat for over an hour untouched. Had to ask for them to even start the wax after 2 hrs had passed. Lady at front stated they were busy. Doesn't seem right that cars coming after me were quickly washed and on their way while my vehicle sat parked for over an hour untouched after being washed. My vehicle was not prioritized in with the washed cars and completed. I have come here for many years but this experience does make me wish to return.

I got the deluxe detail package and my car has never been as clean as when I went to pick it up. They definitely pay attention to detail and get every nook and cranny they can. My girlfriend saw how amazing it looked and now wants to get hers done too! Definitely would recommend to anyone looking to get their car washed, cleaned, or detailed! It smelled absolutely amazing after as well. Everyone there was also very friendly. I even asked if they could take off unnecessary stickers attached to my front windshield and they didn't no problem!! Will be coming here every time I need my car done!

I've been a patron of Mr Carwash on Kirby for more than a decade & they have recently fallen in quality to a point that drove me to look elsewhere to get my car washed. I had not visited Splash out of a long-held bruise about the location; it is where one of my favorite Mexican restaurants waa located & I've been holding a mis-guided grudge ever since. Silly, I know, but I loved Leo's. I've now gotten over it & happily use Splash for my car wash needs. Their pricing is quite reasonable, the process is quick, & they are easy to use. It's even worth braving the Shepherd Construction tangle.

I had a carwash on yesterday, my car still has dirt on it the wheels were not cleaned at all!! I went back to let them know the guy starts to clean the wheel with something that wasn’t for the wheels.In the mist of doing so another gentle man step in to let him know that wasn’t the correct formula for the wheels in all a poor job done for 20.80. Never have to worry about me coming back again, forgot to mention they put dirty mats that they have used in prior cars over and over I had to drive my car around since I told them do not put it in my car!!The manger was very rude as well !!

We tried to call three times to make an appointment day before and could not get ahold of anyone. So we drove our car to this location the next day to get a detail and see if they had openings. My husband waited in line for 45 min and finally was helped and was told they didn’t have any openings left for that day that we had to call and make an appointment. The worker also said someone should have asked him while waiting in line what service he needed and no one came up to him. Then he had to wait 20 min to get out of line after not being serviced. I would absolutely not come here.

I have been going here for a few years and no issue. This time was not the usual amazing experience. I was running a little late to an event and they seemed busy and didn’t look over my car due to amazing experiences in the past. 1 the car still had dirt in certain sections. 2 I asked for my rubber matts to be cleaned and it’s an extra charge and it was not done. 3 the chrome handles in my car have scratches now . It’s as if the the dirty sponge scratched my handles. They are usually amazing but due to the scratches on my handles now, I am not sure if I would go back.

Been going here for years and have always been happy with the service until this morning. I have a 2013 Toyota Tacoma and for those who don’t know the truck falls into a mid-size truck class. The young lady at the counter wasn’t having it this morning and wasn’t in a friendly mood so she decided to charge me $32.00 for a basic wash. I’ve always been charged $28.00 and I told her it’s not a full size truck. Still nothing. “You can go down the street” is what I got. So tell me, what do you think? I guess I’ll be going down the street from now on.

Very reasonably priced. The executive wash for my large SUV is only $47 which would costs a lot more at other car wash places. They are very detailed, took time ( about an hour ) and did an excellent job. I feel my car got a detailed job without the wax. Not only vacuumed my mats but took it out to wash it I watched them took out every bottle and things out of the side pockets on car door and even unfolded my third row seats to clean. Raised headrests to clean crevices . I would not go anywhere else again for my car wash!

I went to Splash Hand Car Wash & Detail at Shepherd location for my car interior detail wash because it has 4.6+ rating, and it surely did awesome job! I dropped off my car on the busy Sunday afternoon and picked up the next day. They explained to me how they are going to do the detailing and the pricing was very reasonable. All the carpets and the floors were steamed and shampooed like brand new. They also wipe and treat the interior very well. Would highly recommend this business.

I used to come here regularly. This place used to offer a good value combined with good quality until recently when they decided to jack up their prices by 40% overnight!! I was shocked to see the price for a basic wash has gone up to $25 from $18 all of a sudden. All other prices have increased as well. To top it up their wash quality has gone down unfortunately. They are under staffed and did a poor job with my car. This will be the last time I visit this place. What a shame

My car deeply needed some TLC when I brought it to Splash. They did an excellent job - I had the standard interior car detailing and they were able to remove stains I did not think would be humanly possible to get out. Ambiance of the place is nice - they have a comfortable area inside and a outside porch seating area to wait while they clean your car. Customer service was friendly, timely, and professional. This will definitely be my go-to spot for detailing in the future.

Their prices are very cost effective and they do a really great job. Their basic wash is less than twenty dollars and that in itself is a good value for what they do. They can be very packed the day after it rained or on a sunny day or on the weekend but they are typically able to get you in and out fairly quickly all things considered. There's a unisex restroom and an inside fully at condition waiting area in addition to the outdoor waiting area.

We’ve been trusting Splash with our car washes and details for years. I can’t say enough good things about this place!! They get the job done fast and are always great about explaining the different options. They have helped us through some pretty dirty road trip returns and some really gross pet mishaps. We give our kids and family Splash gift certificates for Christmas. My only regret is taking so long to give them a review. They’re awesome!!

Took Tacoma in to get detailed before trading it in, opted for the Detail Deluxe. I knew the truck was going to come back clean but these guys went WAY passed my expectations! Highly impressed with the end results, the cleanliness of my vehicle afterward and they wiped down the engine bay; making it look amazing. Traded the truck in for the value I wanted. Highly recommend these guys and definitely bringing in my new truck when the time comes!

This is my first time here. My job is 10mins from this location. It was very convenient. I was on my lunch break. The time to get this done was seamless, approximately 30mins. It didn't take long at all. The staff was friendly and professional. They did an awesome job cleaning the inside and outside of my care. It was FILTHY!! A special thanks to everyone for making this experience a great one!! I will definitely be back.

Had such a great experience here! It was my first time using this business and it could not have gone better. The interior of my car was an absolute disaster after having my kiddo spill drinks and crumbs everywhere. I got an interior wipe down, vacuum, and (most importantly) seat shampoo. The car looks brand new on the inside now! It was a job very well done and for a reasonable price. I will definitely be back.

Water pooled into the floor of my car during a flash flood on July 4th, so I brought my car here the following day. The whole carpet was very well vacuumed, shampooed, and sterilized for an affordable cost. I actually think I saved money using their service rather than renting the materials somewhere and vacuuming/sterilizing the car myself. Excellent customer service as well. Thanks for your help!

The detailing service was Okay but I dont low the fact that the Manager approach if you don't have an expensive car or seem as if more money he is dismissive I have been there about 4 times and every time I request the executive wash he say,"Well It will be a 1 to 2 hour wait but others approach after and he states differently Not the most welcoming by far!!!Felt treated less than valued customer

I highly suggest the executive wash if you need the inside of your car cleaned. I’ve gotten it twice so far. The first time my dog got the seats super dirty. The second time was after a road trip where my friends sat in the seats while wet so everything started to smell. Both times they cleaned the car super well. The seats were spotless and the smell was gone. Extremely satisfied

Would give six stars if I could! My car was super dirty after a long time of outdoor work and not taking great care of it. The team at Splash did an incredible job- way beyond my expectations. It looks like a whole new car! The pricing was very competitive for other places in the area. The guy I spoke with was very nice, and it was done in a few hours. Will return for sure.

Great prices and great service! Brought my truck here for a hand car wash, it took less than an hour to do. I had glass inside the truck due to my windows being smashed in Houston (surprise surprise) so I needed extra cleaning from dog hair and they detailed some of the inside while getting all of the extra glass out that I couldn’t. I found my new car wash place! Thanks!

Job well done on cleaning my car. However, when I asked about the time for a wax they said it would be 1.5 hour wait. I said ok, no thank you, I don’t have that much time. I’m now at the 2 hour mark and my car still isn’t done…and that’s without a wax job. Very bad at communicating what to expect of your time commitment when you go to the window to purchase your services.

CAN NO LONGER RECOMMEND. I used to bring my old truck here all the time and they used to do a good job at a reasonable price. Brought a NEW car here and it wasn’t dried properly and worse…swirl marks everywhere and a huge superficial scratch on the driver’s side. Older cars are probably fine but STAY AWAY if you have a newer car or anything you care about.

The service was great! I had dried grass stains to the right side of my car and they were able to remove it using a clay bar treatment, all by hand! Sam was extremely attentive and professional throughout the entire experience. He even suggested less expensive alternatives for me to try on my own before committing to their services. Highly recommend!

I got a deluxe detail on a SUPER dirty work truck. Wasn’t expecting much out of the truck because the carpet was filled with stains, mud & such. Spoke to the manager and he told me they would do their best and they really did! They did a PHENOMENAL job on the truck bringing it back to life. Super happy with the job. Would come back here 100x again!

I was a bit skeptical on visiting this car wash due to the mixed reviews. My car was in major need of a detail and wash. I went on a Friday afternoon, they were quite busy. I paid $65 for executive wash, and leather conditioning. I felt that was very reasonable considering my car was pretty dirty. The wait was a bit long but they did a good job.

I have been coming here since they first started this business many years ago. And i have never been disappointed. The service is second to none and they pay great attention to detail. If you find anything wrong with the wash or detailing all you have to do is let them know and they go out of their way to fix the problem and make you happy.

We started going to Splash because it was close to the house. Once we moved away, we kept going back because of the excellent service and quality wash. We've had them do everything from the basic wash to a detailed cleaning, and the work is always great. The owner always remembers us, too, which makes every visit that much more enjoyable.

I brought my car in that was stolen and recently recovered. I wanted all smell and evidence of someone else in my car gone. The price and location are great. I got the executive wash, so waited a little longer than some. The car looks good, but there was still dirt in the middle console. I should’ve checked better when I was still there.

The lady said “ I clearly explained u the packages” when she didn’t explain anything at all. Said it would take 3-4 hours if I wanted the interior wiped down, they had like 3 people working on all the vehicles by themselves, understaffed poor management poor customer service bad attitude had to go down the street to finish job on vehicle

Very satisfied with Splash. Used to pay $35 at Mister car wash, but I had to get in there myself to get it cleaned to a level I liked (I am very picky about my car). Splash charged $40 and cleaned it as good as I like. The manager walked out and asked me if I was satisfied or needed anything else. I hope you guys keep up the great work!

i'm Looking for work and consider this pLace somewhat appropriate if i get the right position for my mechanicaL-maneuver diLigence and it wouLd be Like a chiLdhood regression for me with a LittLe bit of hick yet accLimation in cuLture ambiance because i remember attending an mature-rated stageshow caLLed "SpLash" in my adoLescence.

WHAT IN THE WOROD IS THIS $30.00 hard earned dollars for this??? Y’all should be shamed y’all selves. Calling this a car wash because clearly presentation and decency don’t matter. This is robbery! I won’t EVER be returning and don’t recommend anyone to waste their hard earned money or time. Go somewhere better.

INCREDIBLE!! My car was FILTHY! I had no expectations of anyone being able to clean it. Sam and Anthony at Splash #2 exceeded my expectations. My car looks brand new after they shampooed seats, detailed, and vacuumed!! The service was excellent!! I will never go anywhere else— and AFFORDABLE!! Highly recommend !!

I have been here 3times all of them I have had to ask them to come back and wipe this or clean that or pls guys you forgot to put the wax or the armor all on the seats and on the bottom or the tires. It's extremely frustrating specially after an hour and a half of waiting definitely won't be coming back. …

I spliied an entire venti latte on my passenger seat and it is hot outside. The smell and the stain were unbearable! I took my car to Splash and found the price to be reasonable and the service and quality of the work was exceptional! My car interior looked like new! I was so incredibly happy with the results.

Great job with express detail. Interior had a LOT of dog hair and it is all gone. Very happy with entire experience. Was there at 9 AM opening and bit of a line but was still out in an hour. Take a coffee, newspaper and sit in their outside chairs if weather is nice. Great start to Labor Day Weekend.

Consistent quality on hand washing. They throughly clean the car down to the door jambs and dont leave dirt anywhere. Compared to a drive through carwash that uses machines and leaves dirt on the back bumper etc this is a better choice especially if you are already spending 10-15$ on a drive through.

Check card statement a few days after going here. Got a standard car wash which is about 23$. Left a 4$ tip on the card. Later that week I see I was charged $63.00. Not sure if they lady hit an extra 0 on the tip or what, but definitely got over charged. Other than that it was a decent 23$ car wash.

This is probably one of the best car detailing places in town. The owner is amazing and will be honest about what you need and not try to up-sell you. They do a great job with the car. The car always comes out pristine and perfect. Like I said, I don't think anyone could do any better. Great place.

For a quick wash it was fast and clean tires were shined. I could still see water on some spots my truck wasn’t fired all the way. But for the most part the location, atmosphere, customer service, to interactions with others, was very pleasant. Thank for being part of a great day with my family!

They did an absolutely great wash on my car!! There very detailed about there job. I had concrete fall on my car and didn’t think they would be able to take it off but they sure did. They left my car even better than what I expected it. I would definitely recommend it! Great and fast service!

I took my new car here for the first time last week. The line was long on a Friday afternoon (as expected) but I had my car cleaned in less than an hour. As you wait, there is both indoor and outdoor seating. Best deal for a car wash in the loop - $18 for a compact is a steal!

I took my (large) truck over to these guys on a Sunday afternoon in extremely filthy condition on the outside. They not only made my truck look damn near brand new outside, but also took out my WeatherTech floor mats and pressure washed them! Super service, highly recommend!!

Great place I keep coming back to and bringing family. They do a great job outside but especially with the interior detailing. The price is great for everything they do--better that Groupon prices, I've checked-- plus they are really friendly and have a nice waiting patio.

The guy behind the counter thinks Facebook is more important than picking up the business phone. Literally just saw him continuously acknowledging that the phone was ringing and then pressing silent. No wonder my calls were never answered. The wash was not worth the price.

We have come back again and again. Love a hand wash along with the care they give to each vehicle. They even dry (as much as possible) the cars at the end. Everyone is always friendly and genuinely seems to care about the work! That definitely insures returning customers!

I went there and they said they’re only doing basic $20 washes today so I did it. They did a horrible job then when I called to tell them they said I need the executive and a basic wash won’t help my car. Why didn’t they tell me before I got the wash? Don’t recommend.

I have been coming to Splash for 8 years. They have cut staff dramatically and to get the exec takes over an hour. They try to push you towards the regular wash which is way over priced. I am going elsewhere with my steady business. Don't forget the customer. Sorry...

Incredible! Took my very smelly, very filthy truck in for a Deluxe Detail. Customer service from the general manager was hands down the best I've experienced. When I came to pick my truck up, it looked brand new inside and out. I will be returning in the future.

Usually at car washes, I expect there to be some stuff left over for this cheap of a price. But here they did everything perfectly! My car looked like new and I work at an animal shelter... so just imagine the dog hair. Thank you Splash for a great experience.

Best value for a car wash I've experienced in Houston. They take their time compared to larger chains to make sure that they do a great job. Manager even took the time to call me later in the day asking how my car was. Could not recommend this place more.

Went on a "Wash and Wax Wednesday" for $55. Coming from someone who details automotive interiors as a hobby, they pay good attention to detail. Front desk was very kind. Even get a coupon for a free side of fried potato chips from the Irish Pub next door.

Have been a regular customer for nearly a decade. Their management (Sammy), quality, friendliness and attention to detail is beyond reproach! In my opinion, this is the absolute BEST car wash in Houston! Please give them a try. You won't be disappointed!

IMHO hands down the best car wash in town. I have been coming here for several years to get an express detail which is always perfect. Today, the manager brought my car over to me, where I was waiting, at Red Lion. Exceptional customer service.

Staff was nice and polite. Said they could only do a basic clean for $20 (more than regular price) on Sunday. As you can see, they didn't clean anything stuck on the car, just a quick wash and wipe. Not worth $20 when Eagle is less

I have a newer model pickup truck and with my line of work it gets dirty very fast but I always turn to Splash for an excellent job of getting it to look like new again. They work fast and I am never disappointed with the results.

Friendly staff. Results are excellent. We have used it since it first opened. Waxing and detailing is very good. There's a large outside waiting area and a large clean Inside waiting room with beverage dispensers. Free fast Wi-Fi.

This is the ONLY place that I go to for my vehicle detail. Excellent customer service. Sammy is a great manager and inspects each car before you are given back the keys. I’ve been going for over two years with perfect results.

This place used to be my fav place to take my car , the price was pretty reasonable , and they did a great job , but now it’s just horrible , I had to go back home and do the details that they didn’t do !!! Waste of money !!

Had my car detailed here and he told me it’s was going to be brand new, he meant it. My car looks cleaner than I bought it. They were all very professional and friendly. Would definitely be returning. 10/10 would recommend.

Amazing! After going down the street, and being sorely disappointed about money spent I have found a place that truly takes pride in their work. They dont try to swindle you into upgrades, and still does top notch work.

overall they do a good job and reasonable price. but i hate it when all emplyees slam the doors really bad. i mean nothing but luxury cars and trucks....theres no reason to slam the door. DO NOT SLAM THE DOORS!!!!!!!!

Super bad services in front and expensive don’t waste your time they did not clean my car well it is all dirty it was raining and they do not wash for free or return the money in this case/ scam and fake.

These guys did an amazing deluxe detail on my F350 after it sat for three years. More than I ever expected. We also take our Camaro there all the time and they do great work. Highly recommend.
