I made an appointment but when I arrived on time the woman who did my hair was the only one there talking on the phone and pointed to a chair for me to sit without greeting me. She then continued talking on the phone for a couple of min standing next to me not doing anything but talking on speaker. She proceeded to cut my hair but it was a dry cut since it should be simple 1 inch off the bottom& she used a thin toothed comb breaking my dry curly hair as she pulled knots and she went for the straightener to “help” but I had to ask her to wet my hair rather than apply heat. She then made the left side shorter than the right & told me I came in like that hahaha. I asked her to fix and it and she was confused. I then seriously started feeling upset and concerned about my hair and having to pay for another hair appointment elsewhere to fix it while ending up with shorter hair than I wanted. Definitely will not be returning, it’s not worth $40 for a bad haircut with no washing and no styling! Did not try the nail section but I noticed it has outdated sun bleached posters hanging from the walls, no music, no ambiance to relax the guest. It was a bad experience for sure and I was the only one there expect for another worker who came in and watched.

The haircut was fine but it was the transparency of the pricing that threw me off. I called the owner for an inquiry and she told me that it would be $30 to cut and style. When I went to the salon afterwards, it turned out to be $45. I was fine with it of what I saw on the board, so I went and did a wash cut and style package. I should have clarified, but I ended up getting charged over $60 for a very basic haircut. The environment is also not very clean, and I am picky about that. Will not come back again. For that price, you can enjoy service in high-end boutiques at the Domain.

Great place to get a hair cut and color. Le is super sweet . I have been coming here for about 10 years . Since her old location.I don’t go anywhere else because I don’t want them to mess up my hair. Le does a great job here. She always did it right. For the nails is hit and miss. They always have different people working over there for nails. Sometimes is good and sometimes is not good. But I highly recommend to get your haircut here. Amazing ! I love Le. Thank you.

I've used Le (mom/owner) for about 15 years and she is amazing! I decided to let her daughter take care of me today. Young Ly did an amazing job on my hair! She is my age and knew how to make me pretty again and feel young. I'm 34, have dirty blonde hair with a lot of gray and she gave me almost platinum highlights that worked perfectly. Everything was amazing, cut and color. Thank you SO much Ly!

I had my haircut which was not satisfied. Also Li did my eyebrows and upper lip by waxing where my skin got burn and cuts with bleeding...Which was the worst experience in my life and the marks are still there my face looks awkward now. I felt quality of wax they use was not good. That’s my first visit and last visit too. Prices are pretty high too for hair cut and waxing they charged 135$.

I took my 9 year old daughter to get her hair washed and braided, and for our first experience at this hair salon, I was very impressed. Jasmin did my daughter's hair and she was very friendly and professional; she did a wonderful job with my daughter's hair.The salon was clean and comfortable, with plenty of parking. I highly recommend this hair salon to everyone.

Asked her not to cut the length off my hair, proceeded to do so anyway and completely messed up my hairstyle. Going to need 3 months to get back to the length I was now. Asked her 8 times not to cut off any length from the top she just said I have to and did it anyway despite me asking several times. 0/10 would not recommend

I've been happy with this Salon. It's great that they are in my neighborhood so it's convenient and their service has always been good. Whenever Icall Lee for hair color and cut she is available and makes an appointment for me. I get regular manicure, pedicure hair coloring and cuts there. I recommend you give them a try.

I saw the negative reviews but decided to give his local business a try. The pedicurist was inexperienced and scratched me with her nails. But that is not why I am leaving this review. The fraudulent credit card charges on a credit card I rarely use, after I visited this salon are why I am posting this. Be aware.

I've went to Mrs. Lee since I've moved here and she's exceptional at understanding and making sure she meets your needs. I've never had a hairstylist take such attention to detail and go above and beyond like she has. She is also very polite and fun to talk to!

Miss Le is my favorite hair stylist. I got my hair cut, colored, shampooed and style with a very decent price that you can’t get anywhere else for the same service. I loved the new look of my new haircut and color. I definitely come back as a regular customer.
