This is a great place to have your child's birthday party. The bowling alley looks new & fun with black lighting. We loved that on the console, you can play a variety of bowling games that are interactive. You can determine which game you would like to play based on the length of time. This is a great feature. We also played in the arcade. There are a lot of claw machine games. The nice part if you win on almost all of them. We did not participate on laser tag because it was full. So, I would suggest reserving a space to ensure you can play. The online booking for the party was easy and they called a few days before to confirm. We received pizza, fries and drinks with our 2 hour bowling, shoe rental & gift cards for laser tag. This was $200 + tax. We had a lovely sever who brought out our food. When paying the balance, I was prompted for tipping. Sort of caught me off guard because I have never paid a tip while bowling. Take that tip into account on top of your $200 + tax for the party package. The only part that put me off was when we left the bowling and went to the front counter and arcade area. When I went to ask about laser tag, there was an employee who seemed possibly like a manager who ignored me and went to a different customer, without acknowledgment or an apology. It was clearly rude & a simple acknowledgment would have sufficed but instead it put me off. Then the same employee ignored my son & friends when they went to exchange tickets for prizes. She walked away from the counter to deal with something. Again, not unreasonable but a simple acknowledgment goes a long way. This was how our party experience ended. I would still rate our experience as excellent and would highly recommend the venue. We will also return. It was disappointing to be treated this way at a birthday party.

Splitsville Burlington is a fantastic family entertainment center located in Burlington. They offer a wide variety of fun activities that appeal to both kids and adults. The bowling is very enjoyable. They have a total of 12ish lanes that are glow-in-the-dark which makes for a unique bowling experience. In addition to bowling, they have a neat laser tag arena. The arcade is also huge with classic games to keep kids and adults entertained for hours. There is a spacious sports bar that seats over 50+ people. It's the perfect place to relax with friends and watch the games on their medium-sized TVs. The bar serves basic bar food and drinks Check the website for the full menu online. Whether you are looking for a fun night out or a place to host a birthday party, Splitsville Burlington has you covered. The environment is clean, spacious, and energetic. It looks like it is enjoyed by people of all ages. If you have time on a rainy day, I recommend checking it out.

Beautiful facility with tons of arcade options. Had issues with the restaurant though. Our table wasn’t cleaned and we had to ask three times. Our food order wasn’t taken at all. Then a lady came in with perfume on and I started gagging and had to go outside to breathe. We moved tables and were told that the table we were at was for a party. I felt like I was treated like a lower class person. We ended up leaving and not eating dinner at all. I had to make dinner at home. Not what I was expecting for my evening. Wish we just went to QB Sports Restaurant instead. I asked the manager if they would consider becoming a scent free facility and I got a lot of resistance because the “Corporate head office” Would have to approve becoming a scent free place for ALL of their locations. ‍♀️ The manager was very kind and empathetic and the staff were very kind. I just don’t really want to go back because of the scent issues.

I would not recommend this place for a large event. Especially, corporate or adult social..etc.. DO NOT order food packages. For examples, on the day we came for our event, they told us we didn't have a reservation after we paid a deposit. We didn't get our lane started on time and then they didn't tell us they started it. Alcohol drink tasted like water. The price is ridiculous and people don't get the service that they paid. This place is very unorganized. Staff are very unfriendly and not helpful at all. Everything, "I don't know" . The ONLY person was friendly and helpful was our server. But we had to go look for her. Not once she came by to ask if everyone enjoy themselves or if we need something. They sent us a survey to complete in return for few free games. But then they never sent the coupons. The management never follow up with me after the event. Our experience was not a good one from the beginning to the end.

This place has gone soooo downhill! Had family come from South America and wanted to take them here. Got reservations for 11:00, showed up early, but due to a line didn’t get into the lane until 11:15. I ASKED before we started if we would have time to finish a game, they said if we go a bit passed closing time (12:00) they would let us finish. Sure enough at 12:05 we were on our 8th round and they shut everything off manager didn’t care when I brought it to their attention and pretty much told us to get out. Thanks for taking our money and a worthless night, won’t be coming back again!

We have not been out bowling in over a year and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised with how they have adapted to this crazy world we live in! When you arrive they have the lane preloaded with sanitized balls of all sizes to suit almost everyone’s needs . The bar staff are good about coming by to check on you as they do table/lane side service which helps keep foot traffic down i would definitely recommend going here if you’re looking for a nice safe (as long as people follow the rules) for the family or friends.

Good environment and the staff was nice. Came on a Friday around 8pm and had about an hour wait time before our lanes were ready. The food was alright but the meats were fairly dry, essentially the sliders. It's also more of an order at the bar rather than a restaurant sort of experience. I wouldn't say food is the highlight but the bowling was a good time. 3 stars for food and 4 for the bowling lanes. Haven't tried their arcade or laser tag.

Bowling was okay. Nothing fancy. The shoes we were given were extremely worn and still wet with disinfectant when we got them. The game center was extremely abused with many games not functioning properly: - Ring toss never counted more than a single hoop. - 1 of the two basketball machines didn't count 40% of baskets. - 1 of the air hockey paddles was so damaged it couldn't ricochet any puck unless you held it at a specific angle

I come here for bowling practice every Monday with Special Olympics Burlington and the staff are always friendly even though sometimes they forget what I ordered and I have had my coach remind them an few times and bring it to me really nice bowling alley and has accessible equipment for the athletes in wheelchairs I am looking forward for the new season can't wait to be back with my friends

Lovely time at splitsville. Came in as a group on a Friday night and had no wait times for lanes to be free. All of the staff was friendly and attentive, asides from the rude and unpleasant worker at the front desk (only reason this isn’t a 5 star review). As the first person in contact with customers, it made me question my decision of coming as the one employee was not welcoming at all.

Taylor the bartender on Wednesday night on July 26 2023 was beyond amazing she should get a raise, she was beyond amazing nothing went wrong with her, all good drinks and a good time!!! Never have I ever had a better bowling experience! Extremely professional and yet still fun to talk too. Parker was great as-well when I got my ball stuck

Friendly staff, fun seasonal decorations, lively atmosphere. My shoes were a little worn out, but otherwise it was great fun to bowl. The weekday daytime rate is very reasonable. And they're open 365 days a year! Easy to find and lots of parking. Tempting menu in the restaurant. The parmesan fries were excellent. I can't wait to go back!

came here for the 9-close special on a weekday and it was pretty empty. all of the appetizers were 50% off as well which was a pleasant surprise! the service for the food and drinks was very quick and all the staff were really helpful. overall, it was a great experience to bowl and eat during this time of day.

Brought my son and a bunch of his friends for his birthday and had an excellent experience. The staff is so courteous and did everything to make it a frictionless experience. Special thanks to John for accommodating our last minute changes. You all helped make a special day even better. Thank you!

Staff is super friendly. Place was very clean. Service was great amd served with smile, even though wearing a mask. Bowling Alley was nice, Arcade was fun and the Laser tag was a success. Like how you can save tokens on card, until have enough for what you want. Will definitely be going back

This place is aweful and the worst alley I’ve been to in the Hamilton/Burlington area. Staff with attitude, lanes breaking every other turn without compensation or adding time, and balls shattering down the lane. DONT FALL FOR THE BRIGHT LIGHTS, THIS PLACE IS OVERPRICED AND A SCAM!!

Fun night for friends or family. Clean bowling area. Food not great especially the pizza. For the price they should improve taste and quality. Save your money on food and eat at home first. Fun but pricey drink options for kids. Great games area with prizes. Fun for whole family.

The staff at Splitsville went above and beyond to give us some sense of normal on my son's birthday. We loved it! The place is big, very clean and we felt very safe from Covid19 perspective. Thanks Splitsville Burlington! You made an 8 yr old very happy on his birthday!!

The advertised VIP private area was anything but what was promised. Spent well over 200$ and won't be returning as we were told to move our belongings over off the table for other guests. I want my VIP additional charge back. False advertising not impressed

This is a great bowling alley which also has an arcade and laser tag. Really great for group events and there is a bar for adults. Great atmosphere and lightning. Does not feel like your typical dungeony bowling alley.

Nice place to spend time with friends and colleagues. Loved it and the food was great too. Our line did malfunction a couple of times and didn't record the scores or got stuck, but the staff were very friendly.

We had my sons birthday party here this past weekend. Everything went really well! Kids loved the place , adults loved the place. Had a great time. Super friendly staff/management. Fries were the best around

It was my second time here. It’s really well maintained and nice friendly staff. In terms of plays enough lanes along with kids laser tag games. They also have some good eat & drink options.

Great place to have fun with friends and family. Has activities for all age groups. Could see many kids birthday parties happening simultaneously across lanes over the weekend.

Atmosphere is nice, service was very good but for the price they can definitely afford to oil the lanes. Only good for house balls.
