On a scale from 1 - 10, this place gets a 12! They completely changed the way I react to life and they did it with such cheerful compassion that I barely noticed it happening. Tony made me feel like a champion every day. Even on my own I hear his voice, cheerleading me on. He's remarkably intelligent in every aspect of physical therapy. I have a lot of other health issues, but he easily understood and adapted - and some of those other issues improved as well! I could easily sit here and tell you about every other individual there. They each have something special to offer to the team and they each helped me in their own unique ways. If I listed them all though, this would get too long and no one read it. So let me just say that no matter who becomes your therapist, you are lucky. Do the exercises they give you, and you'll be amazed at how good you feel in no time at all.

This place is so good! Not only did I heal my repetitive motion shoulder/rotator cuff injury and regain my previous strength and mobility, I learned so much! I now have a solid routine I can do 3 times a week to maintain, progress, and avoid future injury. It’s a routine that feels manageable and I’m more mobile and stronger than before my injury. They stuck with me and kept me motivated for as long as it took to get better. The staff are friendly, organized, timely and SO knowledgeable. Thank you Tony, Tiff, Tyler, Mar, Joe and the rest too! Also no amount of questions were too many. Good people. Solid practice. I’ve experienced less than helpful physical therapy at other places in the past. But I’d recommend Sportscare to anyone, even if you don’t think of yourself as an athlete.

SportsCare Physical Therapy Gateway is the only place I will go for physical therapy. I have been going there for several years for treatment of various issues; two shoulder surgeries, broken ribs, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome and Raynaud's Syndrome. If you want the best in treatment this is THE place to go! Everyone there, from the office staff to all of the pts and the ot, are masters of their trades. They are all so caring, giving and concerned, and have helped me over and over to full recovery. Always I leave in better shape than I was even before needing treatment! I always refer them to anyone seeking exceptional treatment. Thank you all for taking such great care of me. I am forever grateful. Love you guys! :)

Had my shoulder worked on at this facility for several weeks and highly recommend it to anyone with any injuries. Every staff member I worked with were total pros. I feel recovered and can return to living a lifestyle without pain and loss of mobility. Tony is extremely smart and attentive and lets you work at your own pace, customizing a treatment plan that’s effective and realistic without being grueling. I was treated with respect and care at every level, which I think is notable as physical therapy can be extremely humbling. Tiffany is incredibly sweet, thoughtful and skilled, she made every session I had a pleasure. I don’t know what they’re getting paid but it can’t possibly be enough.

I absolutely LOVE these guys! I found myself with a severed & torn achilles tendon, so had a dual repair, which is it's own set of interesting issues. My PT was Tony R. He listened to me and never once left me feeling like I didn't know my own body. The staff here pushed me when I needed it, but never made me feel like a recalcitrant child when I hit a rough spot during my recovery and couldn't maintain the exercise schedule. My healing still isn't finished, but they gave me the tools and confidence to move forward on my own, while making sure I feel welcome to come back if I run into any more obstacles. If you are facing any sort of Physical Therapy needs, I highly recommend the team here.

I went in to physical therapy in so much pain following a total knee replacement. Tony the physical therapist put me through my paces, but he got me to reach my goals and in some cases far exceed my goals. My surgeon wasn't even expecting that, especially at two weeks. I graduated from PT today and I couldn't have made it through without all the staff. The physical therapist, his assistants nor the front office staff. Everyone assists in your care from the moment you walk in their door. This is one of the best physical therapy offices I've ever worked with, and I've worked with a lot. This is a damn good facility with kind & compassionate staff.

Sports Care Physical Therapy.. I was referred by my surgeon after my total knee replacement.. I was lucky to get Tony Rossi.. He was fantastic and he helped me to regain my knee in a short amount of time. I had my surgery March 12,2019 an today I was released from his wonderful care. He is very good with his knowledge, an also very compassionate in what he does. I would highly recommend him for anyone needing physical therapy, or any one that works there.. I will go back to them anytime I need them in the future. They do many kinds of Physical Therapy.. This clinic is very relaxing to your needs..

The team at SportCare NE is absolutely phenomenal and they truly care about your recovery. They insure that your experience is positive, progressive and that you have all the tools for success. The receptionist welcomes you with a warm greeting and is so helpful with scheduling. DPT Tony is knowledgeable, friendly and a great motivator. Jana and Doris are also wonderful as well as Skyler, who is always there to assist. Every time I enjoyed coming in and I couldn’t be more grateful or happy with my experience and recovery. Came in after comp!eye shoulder replacement thinking my shoulder would never be normal again.Met with Tony R and after consultation began a regiment to restore movement and strength. Now ,less than four months later, l have what I feel is better movement and superior strength than preop. My sincere appreciation goes out to Jana,Kira,Will ,and Nelson but mostly Tony who have all given me back an arm. Also, they keep in friendly and mostly fun.More like friends than employees. I was very pleased with the service I received at Sportscare at the end of 2018. A big shout out goes to P.T. Tony Rosati who was able to go beyond the doctor's original referral to address several other issues I was having. In a few weeks, I was able to get up enough courage to join a gym. Joe Fricke and his staff are consummate professionals. Because of their work, I've been able to maintain a decent lifestyle the past 10 years as this now 71-year-old body stumbles along. They helped me with a torn ankle ligament 10 years ago that enabled me to walk again, and in recent monoliths have helped an ailing hip back to almost normal. They are thorough, engaging, personable and recognize that healing takes time and patience. They are the very best.

I’ve been to see Joe Fricke at Sportscare PT for two separate issues, a shoulder and numbness in my leg. On both occasions I walked in frustrated and in substantial pain. I left the clinic on both occasions feeling great and with a positive outlook. The care I received from Joe and his staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and top notch. Hopefully I don’t have to go back but if I do I feel confident they will help me work through any issue I encounter.

After breaking my leg, I was mentally and physically in a bad place, but coming into PT at this location made me leave strong. I worked here as an aide for a little over a year and I absolutely loved it! Everyone is super nice and helps out around the clinic where they can. The therapists are super knowledgeable, informative and supportive. The office staff is helpful and friendly. It is truly a family feel here. The staff at SportsCare are the best! I have been a patient here several times over the years, I keep coming back because 1) They'll take the time to help me understand and participate in the healing process. 2) The PT's are very knowledgeable, able to more accurately diagnose and treat problems my doctor might struggle with. 3) Create a convivial easygoing vibe throughout their practice.

Bad customer service. I called to schedule an appointment talked with "Mar" her behavior on the phone seemed like she didn't want to schedule me. I explained why I was calling twice but her attitude was off putting and sound like she just didn't want to help schedule me. I even asked are you wanted me to call somewhere else based off her responses. Just a bad customer service experience.

Tony Rosati DPT was attentive to my problems of hip muscle pain, gait stability and a tennis elbow. His approach was direct and pragmatic. He sent me home with exercises and online and paper referral materials to the exercises. He was encouraging, professional, and positive. As a result, I am feeling much more confident with my gait and stability and my hip pain is gone. Thanks so much!

Joe has taken great care of my lower back and provided useful tools to maintain it. After surgery Tony lead the rehab of my left shoulder. Once again due to the correct path to recovery my shoulder is 100%. Now I am bringing an Achilles rupture to “the table” and things are moving along on schedule. Joe has assembled a first class team. I had a severe Lisfranc injury, with two fractures. In only one month of working with Kristen, Jana, Doris and Tiffany I was back in my regular shoes. In only seven weeks after my first visit, I was ready to go back to work, doing labor intensive heavy construction. The whole team is knowledgeable professional and compassion.

Found this place through my insurance and have been incredibly fortunate to find a place that focuses on physical therapy for active folks like me. Great care from Tony! I’ve also been fortunate to have my primary care physician here as well. Dr. Kale asks questions other drs haven’t asked me before and has done an incredible job at taking care of my health.

I just got a knee surgery and surgery was fine but I was unable to walk and lost my flexibility and motion but Sport Care made all difference in the world. Joe and his team Jana and Tyler have worked magic. My knee feels much better and now I walk much better. I do recommend this PT place to everyone because they stand up for their name CARE!

I've been to quite a few different Physical Therapy and this is by far one of my favorites. Tony is so knowledgeable and always answers all my questions, putting me at ease. While I don't know the other therapists as well, they always say hi to me, and ask me how I am doing. Everyone is so friendly and it makes me look forward to going.

I'm not getting any younger, but I still want to stay active. I've seen Joe for a knee issue and recovery from a clavicle fracture. In each case, Joe got me back up to speed and back on my mountain bike quickly and with no lingering effects. And did I mention that I avoided surgery in each case? I can't recommend him strongly enough!

Tony has been a tremendous help to me both times I have gone to him with rather severe back pain. He explained what was causing the issue and then put together a plan to get me better. I've been coming to SportsCare Physical Therapy for more than 5 years for back and hip problems. My primary therapist, Tony, is knowledgeable, caring, and encouraging. The entire staff is very helpful. Communication with my primary physician, specialists, and insurance company is excellent. I recommend this practice highly.

Joe is a miracle worker - I came in with a lingering issue with my shoulder. He quickly diagnosed it, gave me a PT regime to do at home (instructions with videos on my phone, how easy is that?!?), and within 2 weeks I am totally fixed. Great and flexible office - they have my highest recommendation!

Always awesome! Been coming here since March 2023. All the PTs admin staff and PTAs are top drawer. Making progress on my shoulder fracture rehab. Have used PT at 4 other clinics previously for other injuries. Though all were good experiences, I have felt more supported here than anywhere else.

A number of my co-workers recommended Joe when I hurt my hip at work. He got me in right away for treatment. Joe is super friendly and professional. His staff are all very accommodating and wonderful as well. If I ever need physical therapy again, I'll definitely come back!
