If I could give no star I would. Bad customer service, what I took back a day after (I read the reviews) that I received because nothing came with a receipt it was just 10-15minutes standing to try for a refund. Will not be shopping there again, if I'd known beforehand how they treat customers I wouldn't have purchased from the store. Having said that, I noticed how customers were treated who were slightly bigger....at the end of the day, they're only working in customer service, is being nice too hard?

Always coming here to accompany my girlfriend. Large selection of clothes with a great range with sizes, types of clothes and designs. Many accessories and other small items which are lovely to go through. Staff was absolutely friendly and ready to help whenever. Takes your clothes to a fitting room for you and asks if you need any help. 10/10

Disgusting behavior from staff who racially profile and stereotype our first nations people!!! Unacceptable treatment of an Indigenous woman who did absolutely nothing wrong. How are we almost entering 2022 and there are still people treating Indigenous people this way?

I was freaking out about finding a last minute (literally) wedding outfit and I had the most lovely girl help me with all my different options. She picked out things I never would and now I love my outfit!!! Thanks so much! Super friendly staff xx

the workers made me and my friends feel really uncomfortable by stalking us around the store and not letting us browse their items comfortably.

Entered the store, looked around at clothes for 20 minutes waiting for a welcome and nothing! Went to the change rooms to try it on, nothing!

The customer service needs to be improved. Genuine smiles will make customers have a more enjoyable shopping experience:)

Best to avoid this Sportsgirl if you are a woman of colour, it's extremely likely that you will be racially profiled.

Do not support, the staff are racist. Plenty of other stores that will not racially profile their customers !!

The only Sport Girls in hobart. Of course it is the place to shop for girl.

Staff are always friendly and eager to assist me when needed.
