Estuvimos en Barcelona y fuimos a probar la bicicleta eléctrica Elwing para dos personas, pensando en llevar a mi hijo conmigo porque tiene miedo de ir solo. Tomas nos asesoró y nos tuvo la paciencia necesaria para que podamos probarla y agregar los accesorios para que sea más cómoda para el pasajero de atrás. Funciona muy bien!! They provide support in orther for me and my son to test the bike, lot of patience!! We recommend Spring Bikes and we will return !

Spring Bikes will convert your old bike to a rain-proof, electric version with a custom paint job that will make it literally better than new. You can even choose how powerful a battery you need with great advice from Thomas and his team. They even helped me mount a bike seat so I can chauffeur my daughter around town. I couldn't recommend them more. If you're considering an electric bike, skip the faux-premium stores that are popping up around town and up-cycle.

En un día tan lluvioso como hoy, volviendo a casa del trabajo y con la rueda pinchada de mi bici, buscaba una tienda dónde poder repararla... y el destino me llevó a esta empresa en Arc de Triomf. La necesitaba con urgencia para ir al trabajo y me la han reparado en una tarde. Es más, me han revisado los frenos y engrasado la cadena, sin yo pedirlo. La recepcionista muy simpática. Hace un par de meses abrió esta tienda/taller de bicis electricas en el barrio. Los dueños y empleados son super amables y profesionales. Escuchan lo que necesitas y no intentan venderte siempre más cosas. Si estas pensando en aprovechar todos los nuevos carriles bici de la cuidad con una bici electrica o si ya tienes una bici y te gustaría"electrizarla" recomiendo Spring Bike. Estoy encantada con mi bici y con el servicio post venta también. Gracias chicos!

Excelente atención y servicio. Los chicos que me atendieron fueron muy amables y se tomaron el tiempo de explicarme con detalles todo lo que se le debía hacer a La bici. Hasta me regalaron una cesta de bici que les sobraba y sólo me cobraron la instalación! Tienen garantía para volver si algo falla y están muy bien ubicados. Es el primer taller de bici con el cual siento confianza y que realmente quieren ayudar. Super recomendado!

El equipo de Spring Bikes es genial! En primer lugar por su trato personal y en segundo lugar por su profesionalidad a la hora de trabajar. Tuve que realizar unos arreglos en mi bicicleta para irme de viaje y fueron súper atentos conmigo. Trataron mi bicicleta con mucho cariño e incluso me la dejaron mejor que nueva!!! I can highly recommend Spring Bikes! I was on a bike trip through Spain and needed some help at the end of my trip. I called a week in advance and everything worked out really well when i was there. The guys were really nice and supportive! If you need to get your bike fixed, want to buy a new or refurbished bike or convert your own bike into an E-Bike this is the place to look for. I am very sorry to do this - but the service shop now twice was a total disaster. The last straw was when my partner's handlebar started falling off right after repair here, and half of the bolts on the bike were not properly tightened. The shop is very friendly, and it seemed good in the beginning, but now twice totally irresponsible things happened during repair. We won't be coming back.

Best customer service in town --> you won a customer My bicycle was ready in no time + prices are good Plus, I like the concept : Young start-up with great ambition --> they give a second life to your bicycle and electrify it if you want (Less expensive than buying a new one + more responsible !) Empresa de 10! No pongo más estrellas por que no hay. Quería electrificar y pintar una bici para hacerle una sorpresa a mi pareja. Comenté mi idea y en tan solo 3 días estaba pintada color burdeos y electrificada. Tmb puedo decir que funciona estupendamente y mi pareja súper encantada! Nous nous posions beaucoup de questions sur l'électrification de notre vélo, Thomas et ses équipes ont répondu à nos doutes, pris le temps de tout expliquer. Sandra, in particular, was very friendly and went out of her way to assist me with some repairs. She also speaks french wich was very helpful.This is a shop you can absolutely trust. Die Jungs haben wirklich Ahnung von E-Bikes. Die Beratung war sehr gut auch die Auswahl von gebrauchten Fahrrädern. Ich finde das Konzept gebraucht zu kaufen grundsätzlich richtig. Außerdem sind das top Mechaniker, die auch normale Fahrräder elektrifizieren können. Sehr empfehlenswert, hier mal vorbei zu schauen.

Una gran sala d'exposició / taller amb un equip genial que es pren el temps per explicar (se sent bé). Hi vaig anar seguint el consell d'un company per electrificar la meva bicicleta. Es va fer en 3 hores (bàsicament a l'hora de dinar). Ho recomano molt. Moltes gràcies equip ❤️

Spring Bikes hizo la revisión de mi bici : fue super rápido, el trato un 100% y son muy honestos ya que no te dicen que hay que hacer reparaciones no necesarias. En mi caso la bici estaba en buenas condiciones. Sin duda volveré allí para mi próxima revisión.
