I have been very pleased with Dr. Pacheco and the lobby and tech staff. The lobby is immaculate an staff are friendly and greet you immediately! The exam rooms are right off the lobby and you are ushered into one of these rooms within minutes of your arrival time. I have visited for 2 dogs initial well check/vaccines and one cat for initial visit with illness and both visits so far have been wonderful. Dr. Pacheco explains everything and works with you to formulate a plan together for your pet. Pricing is fair and they accept Care Credit, for those of you who use it. The initial paperwork was easy and they use PetDesk APP schedule appointments, message the Vet, see lab results or request prescriptions too. I was promised a call the next day with lab results and that happened too! I am very pleased with the care at Spring Creek Animal Hospital.

Since moving to San Antonio 4 years ago I have taken my dogs to four different veterinary hospitals. My search ended with Spring Creek Veterinary Hospital. The entire staff at SC is kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable. Client services is extremely important to me. More importantly, the doctors at SC are kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. I have presented multiple issues with my dogs and the doctors have been spot on with their diagnoses and treatments. Both doctors are amazing but I would like to give a special shout out to my dogs’ doctor, Dr. Pacheco. She is AMAZING. I worked at a veterinary hospital for twelve years and I give this hospital and the entire staff a well earned 5 stars. That’s rare these days and I don’t give it lightly.

My kitten developed an abscess and I was unable to take her to my usual vets on a Friday morning. I really wanted to get her in somewhere before the weekend, which would have surely led to an Emergency Vet Hospital visit. I was so relieved when the front desk made arrangements for me to drop her off, and have her seen during the day between scheduled visits. Dr. Pacheco called me almost immediately to discuss her diagnosis and plan of care. My kitty was taken care of quickly and professionally, and has had a great outcome. I was so impressed with all the staff that were so helpful that day. The curbside service during this Covid crisis is streamlined and easy. Thanks to Dr. Pacheco, Hollie and all the girls! You are appreciated~

Even though I moved to a different part of town, I now know more than ever, I should of never left. When it comes to your Loved one, it’s not about convenience. I took my cats Bo and Mirri to the Spring Creek Animal Hospital at different times and all my visits were phenomenal! Mirri had a flare up for his FHV-1 issues and was given the right medication for it. Bo had a fever and was not himself, but the Vet and staff at this hospital treated him and he is back to his normal, fun, loving cat self! I thought it was very sweet they would call the next day to check on how Bo was doing, it was very helpful to get advice to help treat him. I was so scared I was going to lose him, but thankfully he has more time to spend with us. ❤️ I would definitely recommend this location to my friends and family!! I can’t thank this Animal Hospital enough!

This vet is absolutely amazing! My normal vet who I’ve been going to for over 15 years could not see my dog in a pinch when he was in truly bad shape. She saw me immediately the next morning. She completely fixed my boy up! I have now switched my dog and my elderly cat over to her practice. They also have an app which is amazing! Today I was able to request an appointment for my cat and refill medication’s through the app without having to make a phone call. If you are considering trying this practice out, make the jump. Even the front desk ladies baby talk and love on your your fur babies, and everyone there seems to actually love animals. Thank you from me and Trip dog!

Dr. Pacheco and Dr. Marbach are extremely knowledgeable and detail oriented, they are always willing to answer any question I have (even if there are several), they are extremely caring and I always feel comfortable with my dogs in their hands. They truly go above and beyond for their patients and I can’t say enough good things about them. The entire staff, especially Zach and Emily, are also extremely helpful, knowledgeable and caring and I always feel better knowing my boys have them there. It’s so important to find a veterinary office you trust for your companions and you’ll definitely have that at Spring Creek.

From my phone call with Megan initially, to my greetings when we arrived… they made my boys and I feel so welcomed and cared for! Dr. Marbach and her technician with her that day Cori could not have been more thorough, organized and knowledgeable on our visit. Our two boys loved their extra time and pets they shared to make them feel comfortable-felt like the clinic was immaculate and great team all around! My partner and I have been taking our furbabies for years and honestly have not been disappointed with the treatment. From the doctors straight down to the staff they all have been wonderful. If we've had an emergency Sarah and Holly have been able to get us an appointment in right away for the babies to be seen. Some of the prices have gone up for a few things but with their pet rewards, it had really helped us save money with our kiddos. Chise, Lewis, and Victor will continue seeking care here and I would recommend it too for any pet parent in need for the best care. Great job guys

I started using Spring Creek Animal Hospital in 2002. I loved Dr Youngblood and Dr Pacheco. Dr Y sold the practice but Dr Pacheco is still there. Dr Marbach has been our main vet the last couple of years. Both are great! What keeps me coming back is their concern for me as well as my pets. Also, I love how much they love animals! Great staff! Love how much SCAH is using social media and updated their systems. I can make appointments and get my pups monthly flea and tivk online. Love it!

We absolutely love Spring Creek! We moved to San Antonio August 2019 and they were very kind to take on our dog Mason as a new client. We are always able to book appointments easily and even make changes when they arise. The staff has always been friendly and very accommodating before and through this entire pandemic. We have since moved to New Braunfels but we will still make the drive because that is how amazing everyone is!! Thank you for taking care of our fur baby!

Chose this vet place for our new puppy and wasn’t disappointed. Dr. Belvins and staff are all great. I was a little nervous not being able to go in with my pup but I definitely appreciate their COVID-19 measures. The visit didn’t last long and my pup was loved on the whole time. Dr. Belvins called and answered all my questions and was very enthusiastic and patient. I definitely felt the love this team has for animals. I will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Our first visit to this clinic went very well. The staff is very knowledgeable, informative, and ensured we were at ease with the treatments our puppy needed. They laid out some short and long term plans for us and took the time to explain the purpose of each, and it didn't feel like they were pushing us onto anything we weren't comfortable with. We will be bringing the fur baby back, and I foresee it to be for a very long time.

Just moved to San Antonio and needed to find a new Veterinarian for our little buddy. I jumped online and searched for closest Vets to us and starting reading the reviews for Spring Creek Animal Hospital. The reviews were good so my pup, Floydd and I thought we'd give them a try. I was not disappointed. They were extremely friendly, caring and took the time to make Floydd feel comfortable. So glad we chose them.

We received great care for our little yorkie, Muffin. She was not feeling well. After appointments with Dr Youngblood and Dr Marbach, she received medication and a new diet. She is feeling much better. I want to thank all the wonderful staff who are so kind and professional. The doctors are very attentive and show that they really care. Yesterday I did not go for any animal to be treated or boarded at Spring Creek Animal Hospital. All three of my dogs were in good hands from 2004 until the last one, Nomie, died at age 18. Inquired on possibiliy of obtaining a pet thru them. Learned of their new ownership & staffing, status of the two resident cats & committed to resume using their services when I acquire another dog.

This place is awesome!! The staff is great !! They really friendly and caring! The facility is really clean .. They took great care of my family dog Yukine they kept me up to date on Everything and the Veterinarian even called to checked on her after hours to make she sure my dog was doing well after her surgery … Thank you & I recommend this place to anyone who has a pet.

We just moved to the town, and just got a new kitten. So we went to this place to take care of my baby. They had a welcome board for my baby!!! That was super sweet. We will definitely bring our other two cats here. The staff are very friendly. They take good care of my kitten, seems like they adore my kitten so much. The place is very clean.
