Great rate and customer service! I recently received my tenant renewal policy from my insurance company and was shocked that the premium had increased by 34%! I called my insurance company to inquire why my policy had increased and was advised that I would no longer receive a multi discount for tenant and car insurance. I called around to get quotes for car and tenant insurance. The Square One agent was patient and friendly when assisting me with a quote. Their quote was also the cheapest for tenant insurance. Of course I cancelled my policy and purchased the one with Square One! Unfortunately they were not competitive with the car insurance. I hope that changes soon. I look forward to also switching my car insurance to Square One!

I chose Square One Insurance for my Tenant's Insurance and have had a great experience the 2x I've called. Firstly, I did an online quote and it was super easy to sign up from there! When I called to change my payment frequency it was another quick process. Today, I called because I caused a leak from changing my shower head, I spoke with Anjali and she was kind, helpful, understanding and reassuring! She also educated me on deductibles and helped me the update my plan accordingly as I've begun to start doing my own cooking at home. Now I have more peace of mind that weather I'm my own handyman/woman/person, or my own cook, I've get the coverage that suits me best, THANK YOU ANJALI

The customer service here is amazing. I needed to update my policy but needed some advice in interpreting my Strata Corporation's plan. I love that you can set up a call-back on their website so there's no waiting on the line - I got called by Ashlee almost immediately. I sent her the documents I was looking at and we were able to go through them together. She explained all of the changes that I needed to make and was able to quickly adjust things. I've been with SQ One for almost five years now, but I had to cancel my rental policy for some personal reasons. When I reached back to restart the policy, I was helped by an agent Arash Kaur. She was prompt, professional and simply a wonderful human, who listened and suggested an affordable solution for my current situation.
