I could speak to how great Transcend has been to work with for hours. They assisted our company in our office move early this year. They were great at helping us find a space, negotiate terms, find architects and contractors, and it was amazing to have Kristi manage the entire process. She went above and beyond even coming to construction meetings. Kristi was amazing during the build-out keeping everything running smoothly and ironing out issues before we realized they could have become larger issues down the road as well as keeping vendors and contractors on scope and schedule. Another very pleasant surprise was the IT team at Transcend. We got quotes from several low voltage vendors and Transcend not only was the most competitive but they were extremely professional and flexible. They were great to work with and Ben and Chuck were always great in their communication regardless of how busy they were. They went above and beyond to help keep our costs extremely low while providing exceptional service.

Transcend has been a good partner for us, helping Juice Analytics work through the issues a small company has when putting together a lease for space. It’s clear that Patrick understands the Atlanta commercial real estate environment, and because of his background, he also understands the factors that drive a tech company. I have been looking for a new office for my team and went through probably 3 or 4 different companies within a month. It felt like people didn't take me seriously due to my age(20), but then I got in contact with Alan. Immediately Alan was very professional and educated. He then provided me with loads of options(I was looking to get an office in Gwinnett) and we scheduled multiple visits basically within the first week. We finally found THE ONE probably 2 weeks in with Alan. Alan went straight to work and got us the exact terms we wanted. We accepted the terms and signed the lease(was extremely smooth). Alan is now my go to guy with anything commercial real estate.

I have been responsible for locating multiple commercial spaces over the years and have dealt with a lot of agents. Patrick and Jordan with Transcend were by far the easiest I have dealt with. I did not know either of them before this transaction but always felt that they truly cared about our needs. Their process does a great job of finding out exactly what type of space and environment you are looking for and only showing you properties that meet those needs. Bonus was they handled the IT wiring of the space in house .

My Company had a great experience with Transcend in our recent relocation project. Transcend provided excellent insight into the market and available space. They were especially responsive and communicated great. The weekly summary we received was a really nice feature of the relationship we had with them. They also provide other relocation services (other than leasing) and all of the personnel were great to work with. If they do not offer a particular item (furniture for example) they are well-connected in the community and provide great referrals. Use Transcend CRE - they are great.
