Nice temple with strong vibes. Unfortunately, its merely a poorly managed "business centre". The girl at the counter not only dismissed us, but gave wrong & confusing instructions for a simple archanai ticket. We ended up buying 2 tickets unnecessarily, with only name written on the tickets, the unfriendly pusari didnt bother getting our raasi/natchatiram, nor bothered reading the name on the ticket. My husband & i travelled overnight from KL to come here. Despite being tired & hungry, we patiently queued up for the anathaanam. After we finally sat down & waited to be served, they lied to us, saying there's no more food..when we clearly could see them packing buckets of rice & curry in front of our eyes. Why the double standard? People are travelling far to get Lord's blessings. Your poor management should improve! Pls treat it like a temple & NOT A BUSINESS !

Annathanum perule kodumai. They are shouting, chassing our random people who wants to eat. Food is only for their member's/family. Very bad management, poor service. They said banana leaves Finnish to serve food. I ask for plain water. The guy ask me to buy outside. Look here I'm coming from KL, do you think we don't have money to eat? We eat here to get blessed. My advice don't eat here makkal. This temple treating us like baggers. I felt very embraced, shy, disappointed. My mood Spoil, I wish to pray from outside the temple next time. It's a beautiful temple and have great divine vibration. Been travelling all from kl to his temple with kids for the blessing... check out the photos of the archanai receipts so well design... unfortunately or sadly the people who working at the selling counter dunno and dun understand abt it... she jus ask name and write it wrongly... we never know that all family names&nachitaram must write on the receipts and pusari won ask when we doing the archanai... when we taken initiative to asking her... she can reply to us very rudely "put your name anywhere"... Dear management people like not only spoiling temple name.. also also our mode to pray... pls take action on this...

Very famous ayya temple located at Jalan Baru , Penang . Build from a small temple to a very big temple now located right beside highway , you won’t miss it . Temple has many Hindu deities in it especially Lord Muniswaran , Lord Murugan , Lord Vinayagar , Lord Madurai Veeran and many more . ✨ Extremely divine and you can feel the positive vibes once you step in the temple . ☺️ Lord Madurai Veeran is the supreme god in the temple and blesses all his devotees by granting wishes they pray for ( My personal experience ) . I am person who rarely goes to temples, i know the temple during childhood, just a few walks away from my home, But whenever i walk in, automaticly i can feel Ayya Himself. Which gives me inner peace and reduced stress from problems of life just like others, when you go to any temple regardless which god or goddess, there is a feeling that cant relate with just words, the feeling cleaning your soul. A fact that most didnt knew was, Lord Munniswarar is the incarnation of Lord Shiva Himself, as said by old folks and according to the priests. Hara Hara Munniswarare Potri, Om Nama Shivaya.

A famous temple in Perai, where we can see busses of people coming from all around the country to get Lord Muniswarar blessings...Usually very packed with people on Sundays as there will be goat offering for the Lord...The place is well developed now with good furnitures, parking lots,a hall, food serving area, toilets and many more...But everyone's concern is about the prices for pooja and hall rent for functions...Hope the temple's association will look into this problem as it wouldn't burden the devotees

The most powerful and well knowned temple in Malaysia; Especially as Muniswarar Temple. All Indians from North to South, from East to West in Malaysia will come to this temple for prayers. The temple has a awesome positive vibration and filled with good thoughts. Has a problem come to this temple pray later the problem will be solved. That's the power of this temple. Now this temple renovated in 2013/14 (if not mistaken) and has a hall.

The toilets in temple was smelling very bad. We as the devotee find it very annoying and uncomfortable. I was surprised that the lady at the counter did not even smell anything or chose to ignore it. Temple is a sacred place and it is so devastating to have such poor management of the toilets in the temple. So unhygienic!

My best part of this temple - if you stick round at 9pm, you would get an opportunity spectating holy shower/ abishegam to muniswar aiya, murugan and vinayagar lords before they close down the nadai/door. It is always a goose bump for me standing there and watching it.
