This Sri Tanjong Bookstore located in Tmn Megah, Kelana Jaya is in a place where you can hardly find a proper parking place. The parking spaces right in front of this Sri Tanjong Bookstore have been rented to private car owners to park their vehicles. Parking is an issue if you intend to go and buy what you want from this Bookstore. The cashiering staff wasn't too friendly during the specific day or a moment when I decided to check out our chosen books.

Yesterday early morning I went to buy cartridge from your staff.I had asked her how much is it..she answered me in a soft voice ,I could not heard clearly then I asked again..Then she raised up her voice in quite rude manner with unhappy expression..then I questioned her is this the way you served her customer no replies from her..I just paid and go off because I felt unwelcome..

Felt cheated when my son started form 1 and book list given by them included many unnecessary items which were marked under "optional" but many parents still purchased everything on the list. Bookstore owner has played on first year's parents psychological thinking and many had been tricked into spending unnecessarily. Had avoided buying from them as much as I could since then.

The prices for stationery were slightly above average. There are cheaper options nearby. Quite good selection of workbooks. The skinny female cashier is permanently sulky which puts me off. She needs to be sent for a course in courtesy. The most courteous, helpful and hardworking employee I see there is the young Chinese gentleman with glasses. The two stars are for him

Variety of book & stationary available. However, the foreigner staff service is very poor. Asked for a file, without looking (or give a little effort to look for it) they just simply said “no”. i have to find myself, dig & move things around & finally find it. When i want to prove to the staff tht there is the file they already went away. Please do not hire foreigners

The worst bookshop service I have ever experienced in my life. Poor customer service (not sure if it is a family business). Spoke to a young lad (well, she is the only person at the counter), who was not helpful at all, gave me a blank stare for all the questions I asked about reference book. May be she was just a stand in .

Okay lah ,not that bad. Food taste so so only. Just that their tom yam seafood doesnt looks like seafood one probably tom yam sayur one For the price well i would say kinda pricey since those foodies doesnt taste so good,tak sesuai lah sorry not sorry. Harap dapat fix apa yg patut in future …

We sent a last minute request to pick up some books from them, must say, best service ever. Very prompt, spot on and friendly was their staff, Yean. Could not have done it without her help. She was busy but practically amazingly managed our order. Thanks again! Highly recommended!

前几天我去你们店要买书，问了位男员工他应该是听不懂我要的是什么，还带错了不是我要找的书、我在跟他说第二次他还是不知道我要的是什么。。我就跟他说没关系我自己看了......后来有位瘦瘦戴眼睛的女员工就问了我要找什么，她就帮我找了还拿了各种不同的书、拿了将多书给我我也挺不好意思的 最后只买了3本也麻烦了她要放回去 很感谢她帮我找书、记得之前也是她帮我找的。 她应该也认得我吧 真的很感谢你 ！ 只是一开始问了位男的那时就觉得很可惜，希望你能更进一步知道和了解

They have books for all your children's primary and secondary education needs including stationery. Well staffed and helpful especially when looking for books that are needed when children are going to a new standard/form.

One stop for all school books. This place can get very chaotic frm Dec till Jan. Staffs are helpful. Price reasonable. The major problem there is parking. Avoid going there during lunch hour. U can hardly find parking.

Variety of workbooks n exercises, reference books. Stationery got more choices, not very congested n ok of the organising the books rather than you cannot walk at all. Some cleaning n rearrangement is appreciated.

This place is ok to me but hopefully they would improved the system to provide the proper receipt stating what items are sold n not as example item #1, item #2, etc...easier for us to know what has been purchased.

The young lady at the store was downright rude. I was politely asking for some books if they have it. Hah! She answered like I owed her $10m! No eye contact as she was too busy on her phone! Horrible service!

I've been buying stationeries in Sri Tanjong for a few years already. The service is great and friendly but sometimes it get too crowded when they were restocking.Overall, I really reccomend this place(:

Miss Boey was helpful assisting me with my son's school books. Did it via Whatsapp and having it delivered to me (for a fee) by late afternoon. Save me the trouble of driving there and queuing for it.

Experienced rude answers when asked for books, faced this scenario twice...we don't owe anything from the bookstore, basic communication etiquette should be learnt perhaps handling customers.

I ordered book from the ST bookstore at their shopee. The service was quick and the books arrived safely in two days time. Thank you and all the best ! Keep up the good service.

你们的服务真的是一级棒，礼貌-/服务-，真的绝了，顾客虽然说不是上帝，但是这种态度，是不允许的，请不要带着你的不愉快心情来面对顾客，毕竟顾客也是来购买东西的，也没必要一定要有好的服务，但是最基本的礼貌还是要有的，所谓不懂就问，你的回答话语带了点不耐烦，很没礼貌你懂吗？工作不开心别勉强，换个开心的工作地方就好了，何必呢？

I have called for many times and no one answered. Things have many choices but they are quite expensive. And also staff not understand what I need. Really bad service.

Excellent service. Wide range of books for primary and secondary schools. Stock books for my daughters’ schools i.e. SK Taman Megah and SMK Damansara Jaya.

Well it has everything n open till 10pm which is excellent but cant rate it 5* because not very accomodating. They cant scan n email/watsap to customer.
