I have never dealt with such an unprofessional group before in my life. When the time came that I was vacating the property I was renting, everyone one was rude, aggressive, dishonest and uncooperative. Leisia was particularly unpleasant. Despite the fact that I left the house in immaculate condition, and any issues that were present were well documented with the landlord and had been looked over and resolved, the agency still are holding my entire bond and have not provided any photos or any invoices no matter how much I had asked and this is still an ongoing issue I am experiencing with them that they have still not attempted to resolve in a professional manner.I still object to the fact that they have held my bond because of what they described as “dust, bugs in the light fittings, three small dents on the outside fence” I would strongly advise against anyone renting property through this agency, as they will prioritise taking your bond under any circumstance they can find even if you have been an excellent tenant.

I have had my investment property for over 20 years now and I would have to say that this would have to be the best property management team I have encountered since I have had the property. For many years The Professional St Marys property management team have been taking care of my property, but last year when my property had some storm damage, JODY RYAN was EXCEPTIONAL. Jody took care of everything, liaising with the insurance company, trades people and the tenant. I basically didn’t have to do a thing. Jody continues to do a great job looking after the property and I absolutely would have no hesitation to recommend JODY to look after your property and also the property management team when Jody is on days off and/or on leave. Thanks for everything Jody and of course the rest of the team. You guys truly are Professionals.

I can highly recommend the St Marys Professionals. They have looked after my rental property over many years, and I have always had a very friendly and helpful service from the staff. Property issues are always solved quickly and to my benefit. Communication has also been exceptionally good.
