I had my first visit to the St George family practice on Monday 28th October 2019. I was diagnosed with symptoms of pneumonia / trachea infection...(so I wasn't in a great way).. prior to his diagnosis he performed an ECG to rule out any cardiac problems, which I thought was extremely thorough. Dr Michail was one of the best doctors that I have ever seen. It is hard nowadays to find a doctor that is thorough, patient, kind and caring he was all of these things. He genuinely wanted to help. I ended up leaving the clinic with 4 scripts, I wasn't told to just "rest up"... he contributed to my prompt healing. I would highly recommend seeing Dr Michail if you live in the east Keilor or surrounding suburbs area. I will definitely be seeing him as my main doctor from now on. Thank you. Kate Brown

Dr Michail a fine example of what a doctor should be. He is amazing!!! He has been my General Practitioner since 2015 and cannot praise him enough . He will go way and beyond anyones expectations. A General Practitioner that carries values, ethics and humility. Something that lacks in today’s society. He is far more than just a General Practitioner. After years of looking for a good doctor. This is the place to be! After going to a large medical clinic, and getting very little info outta the doc I seen there, I went looking for a new place, and st.george family practice, did not disappoint, not only did I feel comfortable talking about my issues I also felt the sympathy and compassion that the doctors had to give and the right advice and the best treatments, to them you are NOT a number BUT patient they care for. Would recommend highly to anyone!

Went to this practice for assistance to just get a finger stitched up after a deep cut after my regular doctor was not available. Was told that I had to go to hospital( which wasnt necessary btw) in the to get it stitched as the doctor was busy. It was a pretty deep cut and needed attention. You would expect a practice to be a lot bit more empathic towards its patients. I wouldnt recommend anyone going to this practice.

Actually listens and shows empathy. No rush - hence the wait. It well worth it. I always feel welcomed and comfortable.

Dr Michail is an amazing doctor who really cares and takes the time to listen and be thorough.
