i went in with my elderly grandmother for her meds and kindly asked the man to get us what we needed and he came bake with something totally different and told us it did the same ting and was better we said no sir we just need exactly what my elderly grandmother takes and he screamed in our faces saying get out of my store we said no sir we are sorry we just need to get exactly what she needs but still continued to scream saying get out. will never be going back there again and defiantly do not recommend

It is refreshing to visit a pharmacy that is friendly and happy to help you. They really take the time to listen to you and give you there expert advise. I have been here a few times now and wouldn't bother going anywhere else. You can really tell that they care about there customers. Its not all about taking your money here for products that probably wont work, you can just tell its more about helping people which is a real rare find in the city. Today I visited St.James Pharmacy in regards to an urgent health issue. I explained the issue to the Pharmacist who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in identifying the issue and suggesting the appropriate course of action. Sandra and Steven are very professional and easy going. I have used this pharmacy for several years as my office is close by. They have a genuine interest in their patients, i have seen many times how they treat homeless , drug addled people and the elderly with dignity and respect, a lot of places do not.

I always love dropping into this place. The owners are always so happy and bubbly and make you feel very welcome. They are also both very knowledgeable. Looking forward to my next visit. Edit after response from owner: LOL - thank you for your reply! I shall identify myself next time I come in :)
