St. John's Presbyterian church has a wonderful community. They encourage people to join lifegroups, which are groups of people who meet together, typically once a week, to discuss the bible and pray for each other. After getting divorced I found myself to be very isolated. St. John's is a place where I have been able to build community. If I have a problem, there are so many that would swoop in to help. I also love the diversity of the congregation. Pastor Steve is a wonderful pastor. His sermons are very inspiring and informative, and he truly cares. He is not only a biblical scholar of the highest rank, he is also a kind and encouraging person.
I, as a foreigner, have been here for one year and half. This was my first church in U.S. and it became the last one for my staying. I went there because it was close to my UCLA apartment and I just wanted to check it out. However, I did not have to find others. I have had such a good fellowship with many friends there. I will miss them and try not to forget the Love and the Word. If you are looking for true friends, Go find them here!

St John’s has an extremely engaging staff that knows how to connect with each of their students based on their needs. They are extremely communicative and have taken every precaution to ensure that their students, staff and families are protected to the best of their ability during this pandemic.
Friendly staff and community, contemporary worship music. On the range, this church is middle -of-the-road to conservative. Many small groups for bible study, group retreats. Many options for kids.
My church is JOST Presbyterian Church of Ghana at Ejisu Ashanti. I like Presbyterian Church hymns . …
A beautiful church. Easy to get to and a great, peaceful setting for worship.
