If you are traveling earlier in the day the busses are fine , traveling in the evening is much worse. Either the busses won't arrive on time, or they won't show up at all. The lack of regular busses also leads to an excessive buildup of passengers all fighting to squeeze into a single bus. This is especially frustrating for someone who commutes every day, it'll often take 2 hours to get home because you'll spend an hour waiting for a bus to show up, or you'll hope it'll have enough room to fit all the passengers. Hopefully the train will remedy the consistency and accommodation issues this station currently has, until then I would recommend avoiding this station when possible.

Bus service is inconsistent at best, and unreliable at worst. Bring a book, or something to entertain yourself. You're gonna wait longer than expected. LRT, on the other hand, is solid so far. Edit: September 18th, 2020, dropping from 2 stars to 1: OC Transpo is doing everything wrong with their COVID-19 response to rider safety. Frequently allowing maskless people to come into either the train or the bus is dangerous. Start enforcing the masks being mandatory by denying service.
