As we have family in St.Louis we thought it would be nice to try out this new restaurant and get a taste of St.Louis. After reading reviews we thought it would be a good outing, but didn’t turn out to be that good. The staff were super friendly when we got in, but while we were ordering the waiter informed us they were out of 4 options on the menu and out of 7 wing flavors. We ordered the kids cheeseburger which came out with our appetizer which was nice as our little one was pretty hungry. While he was starting to eat you could see the grease dripping off his burger onto his plate. We took the bun off and soaked 3 napkins with grease from the hamburger. Ordered the ribs which was supposed to come with coleslaw but never received it. No one mentioned they were out until we asked the waiter and he said oh yes they were out. Typically other places you would be informed they were out and get something in lieu of the something being out, but wasn’t informed until the end when we asked and wasn’t given an alternative option. Also, when we ordered the ribs we weren’t asked what kind of sauce we wanted. The ribs were moist and fall off the bone, but wish we could’ve got another option for a side and some sauce on for our ribs. Our waiter only came by once to check on us during our meal. Halfway through our meal drinks were empty. We left our empty cups at the end of the table as a hint but didn’t end up getting any refills. Only came by once our meal was finished, asking how things were to which we informed him of the items above. Understandably they are new and still learning, but wasn’t overly happy with the outcome of our lunch. Wishing them luck and hope they can find their footing.

First time dining here and it was a little disappointing. I was very excited to try it but was not happy with the service. First of all, it was above 30 degrees outside and I don’t think they had their air conditioning on. We overheard one of the waitresses saying to another patron that the owner likes it warm and so that’s why it was so hot in there. There were multiple patrons fanning themselves with menus and the waitresses were clearly dying of heat, some of them had sweat beading down their faces as they served customers. The owner should cater to his clients not themselves if they want to be successful. Also, our waitress did the absolute bare minimum, no personality or typical banter, just merely there to serve and collect her tips. The food was mediocre, serving size was acceptable and the pricing was average. However due to the temperature inside the dining room and the poor service we received I would not go back, nor would I recommend. My daughter and I both ordered the garlic dill chicken sandwich and only when my daughter asked for extra garlic dill sauce for dipping she informed us that they are out of that sauce. She should have informed us of that when we ordered the sandwich that has that as a main sauce. Just utter incompetence, we both changed our dinner options to something else due to the fact that signature sauce was not going to be on our sandwiches. It was my wife’s bday dinner out, she’s a huge chicken wing fanatic and we were so looking forward to try your restaurant but were sorrowly disappointed.

This was our first experience at St. Louis. We got there at about 6:00 on a Sunday night. We were looking for a table for two. I know it is a new restaurant so we expected it to be busy. We were told that the wait was 20-30 mins, not a problem we were prepared to wait for a table. They offered us a spot at the bar until our table was ready. that was a cool alternative. We sat down and there was so little space that my iced tea took up all the open space in front of me. We noticed that there were four tables open and clean and two tables just needing to be cleaned which were unoccupied. It was weird we couldn’t get a table. After this we decided we were just gonna sit at the bar and have a drink and get our order to go. We ordered 15 boneless half honey garlic half sweet Asian bbq, 1lb of Mississippi sweet bbq, 1lb of lemon pepper, and garlic sticks. Our server punched in our order and returned to say they had no garlic sticks available. We opted out of the sticks. She returned to punch the rest in and returned saying they had no sweet Asian bbq so we changed to a honey garlic. She returned again to tell us there was no honey garlic. I feel like as one of their “fan favourites” they should have an abundance available. After so many items unavailable, we decided this place wasn’t for us. She gave us the $4 bill for our iced tea, we paid and left. Really unfortunate first impression.

Ive heard some great things about this place so I had to check it out myself. Upon arriving the host made me fell welcomed and were very friendly. I sat down at the bar and had a few drinks, the Bartender knew her stuff and was great at making a suggestion for a starter. I ordered the Garlic Sticks and was told they were made in house. These did not disappoint!!! I then ordered their famous Rib and Wing Combo, with over 20 plus sauces to choose from was amazing. Most places only offer a limited amount if sauces but 20 options was amazing!!! They came out saucy and hot!! I would defintinly recommoned the Louis 92' St.Louis Branded Sauce, and I also got there famous Hotter then Hell Sauce on my wings. As a bonus they have their own Famous Garlic Dill Sauce packs that are to die for. I will definitely check them out on Their Tuesday Wing night or maybe stop by to watch the NFL AND NHL Games as I was told they have specials on!!!! Great work and a great team ! Would highly recommeded checking them out!

Won’t be back. Went there for dinner. Place is small inside and was full and almost a hour wait time for a table. We decided to take out instead. We were told it would be 20-25 minutes to get our food. We waited in our car and went in after 20 minutes to check if the food was ready. It was in a bag on the floor behind the counter. Apparently it was ready in 15 minutes but no one called us to let us know. We got back to our place which is 2 minutes away. Food was cold. Portion sizes were small. My ribs and wings were overdone and tough. My wife’s fish and chips were very greasy and also overdone. I called to complain and was told that the next time I come in to let them know and they will call a manager to work something out. So they don’t even have a manager on duty?!! I went to their website and contacted customer service and told them about our experience. No one followed up on our complaint. I don not recommend this place. And definitely will NOT be back. Update (Sept 21,2023): Owner asked me to contact them by email to make it right and has not replied and ignored me. All for show to make it look like they care.

Don't usually leave reviews but wanted to share. Restaurant not ready Or under prepared not sure which. 1st we are given are seat so far so good then not told of specials no biggie waited 15 min for are drinks (draft beer) now we order are food they don't have the first sandwich I want. I ask if there any thing else they don't have on there menu. She names a couple of things. Says she'll give me a minute..... 10 mins later she returns takes our order once again. Returns 2 mins later to inform me there outta that also. At this point she recommends the chicken and waffles, at this point I'll take it. Also order some mozza sticks to start..... 15 mins later I get half cooked sticks (outside over cooked inside hard) we ate them anyways. The place is packed by then and don't want to be "that person" now the food that comes out is very good, no complaints about the waffles and chicken wife has St Louis wing poutine was very good but fries need to be cooked longer lol. Anyways.... The food they had was good. Just no one knows what's there really slows things down when you only have small amount of seating.

I went for dinner here with my friend and my 3 month old daughter. It was full inside so we got a table outside on the patio. It did start to rain on us and immediately our server Amelia, made sure that my daughter was covered with an umbrella, which was extremely kind. She made sure all other tables had umbrellas too. Once the rain stopped we were able to move inside. Our food was fresh, big portions that we split and was delicious. We had a chicken sandwich (we asked for it to be cut), deep fried pickles and a wing poutine. Very reasonable price too. Great job to the chefs as they clearly know what they are doing! Will definitely be back!

Saw lots of other families there and you can see them all enjoying the food and the waitresses were all kind and patient with the kids (which we all know they can be impatient and loud sometimes). And Amelia was so great for making sure my baby was covered and another waitress helped bring our drinks and my stroller in when we got moved inside.

I went last night with a group of 4 people because the owner dropped off some coupons at our work. I don't see the point of only one person at the table being able to use the promotion, 3 people pay full price and one person gets the deal? Server was very nice and said she would make it work, so we each ordered 2 pounds based on that. Once the food arrived and we were eating, someone else comes to the table to say no we can't do that. Probably not the way that should have been handled if you want people who work in the area to come back. I guess if we all sat at the bar and pretended we didn't know each other we all could have used the promotion?? So silly. TLDR way too expensive for what it is. Nearly $300 with tip for 4 people to have 2 pounds of wings and 2 pints each. When you can go have a steak dinner for nearly the same price, something doesn't add up. For the same price you can go to Smitty's and get double the amount of wings and beer. Zero value at St. Louis

Dined tonight at St. Louis and had a very disappointing experience. Safe to say that unless things change considerably, I won’t be back and won’t recommend it to friends. The only two highlights of our experience were our waitress, Madison, who was very kind and attentive, and our tasty drinks. Would recommend the Tiki Madness, St. Louis Jolly Rancher, and the Berry Smash. One of my friends asked for 3 separate menu items - and each was unavailable. Not a great look for a new restaurant. By the way our waitress spoke, you could tell this was a frequent problem lately. Once we received our food, it was just as disappointing. Overpriced with small portions, dry chicken & waffles and ribs, and some very sad looking coleslaw. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend you visit St. Louis BBQ until they can get their act together. Hopefully these are just growing pains!

Excited to try this new bar & grill establishment but it was a total bust for us. Ordered 2 ribs & chicken wings combo. Ribs tasted boiled in just water and slightly grilled & brushed with sauce…tasteless. I asked for the wings to be cooked longer so they’re crunchy and the sauce to be on the side for dipping and that didn’t happen. Worst wings I’ve ever tasted and they also gave me an option of fries or tacos…I chose tacos but they gave me fries anyway Disappointed & most likely not returning. Yes they just opened but after spending as much as we did and have a plate of food we had no appetite to eat after a couple bites they obviously didn’t do enough tasting of their own food. Someone inappropriately suggested to ignore some negative reviews…well how will the restaurant improve? Bashing SMITTY’s chicken wings??? It’s one of their best seller!. The best wings in town SMITTY’s, Hooters & Leopold’s

Overall did not have a good experience. Had high expectations for this restaurant as the area is developing. However, the restaurant is very small and crowded. Can’t fit two people in the aisles between tables at the same time, if a server is working you will have to wait to get up as you can’t even squish past. Food we ordered took a while to come out, and when it did come out it was very very disappointing. My chicken was very burnt and almost plasticy - like it was a frozen chicken breast microwaved and then thrown on the grill. The ribs and wings dish was just gross. Got the Cajun honey wings, they were not crispy and completely flavourless. The ribs taste like they are boiled. Between the not good food, bad plating, cramped restaurant, and the disappointing service (no napkins, wet wipes, dip etc…) we will not be returning.

Probably the best poutine we have ever had, and that’s saying something ! We had the wings poutine, and wow, just wow, the sauce, the gravy, everything is so great. We also were surprised that they have a lunch menu everyday till 3 pm where they have it on special. Our server Nora was great ! They do get busy and the place is on the smaller side, but great atmosphere and fantastic food. We will be back ! Update : We have been back a few times now, and the service, food and atmosphere has been great at every visit. Wing nights have been fantastic , boneless wings and the regular wings both have been delicious. They have great happy hours and the pints are reasonably priced with good selection.

We went on a Monday for lunch. I had the chicken tenders and fries. Both were above average. The amount of tenders was fair, but the amount of fries was disappointing for the price charged. The the other person in my party has the Philly Cheesesteak. It looked pretty tiny and was missing the peppers and onions that are supposed to come on it. Also portion of fries that came with it were disappointing. Wanted to order tortilla chips a side, but they didn't come with any salsa or any other dipping sauce. Service was extremely slow and felt I had to nurse my soft drink as I wasn't confident I'd get a refill. There are better options with in a 5 minute radius. While not a knock, the climate inside was very chilly. If you get cold easily, I would recommend a sweater or light jacket.

I was very excited to try a new restaurant. Too bad we wasted our money on this one. I did not like the seasonings or taste of the meat, it was fatty and unappetizing. Far too much sauce on my meal leaving it too messy to eat and sliding around on my plate. The restaurant forgot to give me the dressing to go with my salad so it was too dry to eat. We ordered takeout so we didn’t have any recourse but to return to the restaurant to correct their errors, but it wasn’t worth travelling across the street for the second time to receive a replacement meal of the same quality. Most definitely will not be back or recommencing this restaurant to anyone. I am sorry we didn’t just eat at the hotel. The food was far superior at the Hyatt House.

The food was very disappointing, ribs are very processed tasting and wings had that "bad chicken flavour" don't come at me, those who know know! The claim to fame is the spicy dill sauce but it tasted like a bland tartar sauce. The server was very nice, but she kept saying everything was spicy, my husband had a wings and I could eat them no problem and I'm not a spice person. Came for lunch on a Sunday in December at noon, expecting it yo be very busy, being near the mall but there was only one other table in the restaurant. I was very excited for a new place to eat but I'm not sure they will be around for long. I could say more but why, we came we tried, we won't be back.

Honestly just go to Trans Canada Brewery. There’s a Montanas across the street that’s just straight up better. This place is below mid-tier. So disappointing. Server was fine (I guess?), service however? Slower than molasses on a cold day. Music way too loud, could barely have conversation. Very small, and crowded. If you have room for people then you should be able to entertain them. Tried ordering another drink near the end and it just straight up never came. Guessing management is just understaffing. Classic. The 1 star is because I’d honestly never consider going back. Edit: the owners laughable copy/pasted response couldn’t even get my name right. What a clown.

First time going and might be the last. Went there for a birthday and service could use much more improvement. Food was alright, nothing to crave for, aside from that the presentation of the food was not appealing when it arrived to the table. Atmosphere was good but the tight walkways can get pretty annoying when there's traffic between customers and the servers. Assuming the manager was out on the floor, didn't seem like he was a proud owner/manager. Dressed in an under armour tee shirt and jeans, seemed like he just watched his restaurant run on its own with no leadership. Don't think I'd be recommending my friends to come for the hype until there's some kind of all around improvement.

Once the food was made correctly it was OK. But for 6 first timers, getting 5 orders wrong wasn't great. Standard ingredients on the burger and the chicken dill burger were missed, a request for no onion was missed on the St Louis poutine. It took longer than 30 minutes to get our food, only for 3 to be sent back to correct, another 15 minutes for that. Our waitress did a great job trying to manage the situation, she said the manager will discount the meal, and they did. But it would have been better of the manager to actually come out themselves and apologize face to face. Poorly handled on management's part. Kitchen staff need training.

Well. I read the reviews and someone said give them some time. How much time do you need to get operation going smoothly? Well the food was not that good, it seems like they do not change the deep fryer oil often or clean it regularly. They over cook everything so I guess no one gets sick. It’s a pretty small place so I don’t understand why it takes so long to be served. I was looking forward to eat here but save the trip and go somewhere else unless you’re the only in the restaurant. It may be poorly trained staff so it can’t be their fault. Overall it’s a nice place but I guess if you just eat wings and fry’s you’ll be fine.. maybe

Terrible. Ordered the Cajun Honey wings..served in a soup of honey with no Cajun spice taste at all. No plates no napkins no wipes. Our drinks we had to ask for. The fish tacos were inedible..the burger was bland. The staff never cleared any plates. Only came to check on us ince after we placed everything to the side. Will not be back. They are in no way prepared, the manager didn't seem to have a response aside from "o ok". Watching the patio, staff didn't even know thier table numbers for delivery of drinks or food. Many tables waiting to pay with nothing cleared off. I felt bad for the waitress, unfair to be put into this situation.

I ordered wings, onion rings, fries, poutine and deep fried pickles and all of them were great. Their gravy is really good and their fries even on their own are so good. The wings are nice sized portions and their sauces are delicious. The chicken tenders for the kids menu were slightly overcooked and the ranch isnt the best on the market. Otherwise I would definitely visit again and again. I also had exceptional service from the server Liam, he’s very friendly and knowledgeable about menu items and very accommodating of any requests.

Went to St Louis Bar and Grill with my girlfriends for the first time on a Tuesday night. And it was busy! We got sat right away and was greeted with excellent service. And wings were AMAZING! It was so good I went back the next day for lunch! It’s a nice little spot, great for friends hangouts or with your family. I took my son and husband the next day, for my sons 3rd birthday! A.J the manager was super kind! I’ll definitely be back again and again!

First of all, I know it’s a newer restaurant. I hope they improve! Our server (Chloe) was absolutely fantastic!! The downside was that the food was not great. We had nachos and they were tasty, however it was essentially the crumbs and they were too small to hold. The chicken tacos had some green mush which is apparently coleslaw. Do not recommend. The honey Cajun chicken sandwich was okay - the sauce was good, but I don’t know if the chicken was actually fully cooked. The fries came out cold. I had one as soon as they came out, and there was no warmth or crisp to them.

Overall disappointed in our experience. Sitting inside isn’t the best unless you have a booth. The tables are extremely close to each other so I would recommend sitting on their patio. As far as the food, nothing was bad but nothing wowed us. Portions aren’t very big and they were out of selected items on the menu and only told us upon ordering. Would have been nice to mention when we ordered our drinks. (Also can’t believe they charge $5 for chicken on the nachos and I could literally count 12 micro sized pieces) Won’t be coming back!

Tried this place out as it just opened not to long ago and wow are they ever off to a bad start. Ordered Chicken burgers for myself and Girlfriend and after almost 40 minutes they came out... Completely pink inside. Manager came out and apologised and took the food back. Then another 35 minutes later i got the second attempt chicken burger and i couldn't believe it was pink again, so i just left since the meal was already free. I understand new restaurants have kinks to work out but come on raw chicken twice is just ridiculous!

I wanted St.Louis bar & grill to be at least good. I was greatly disappointed. To start the music was way too loud. The service was ok. But the food was the biggest disappointment. It seemed like all the food was straight out of the freezer. We had hamburgers and fries. The hamburgers were your typical frozen garlic patty. We also had soup, and it had to be out of a can. They took the soup off the bill since it arrived significantly after the meal was finished. So I will give them that. Will never go back

Wings were mediocre at best. Some local spots to Winnipeg have them beat, hands-down quite a few actually when it comes to selection of wings and meatiness of wings. Service was terrible there were no Serviettes given with wing baskets. No follow up check on how the meal was tried to flag down several Servers with arms raised completely ignored on four occasions, staff lingering around and chatting amongst themselves . As an FYI, there were only three other tables at the time We had received our meals

Was hoping that this would become a favorite but we were very disappointed. We arrived at 730 pm, the place was busy so we sat on the patio. The waitress was nice and took our drink order immediately then came back for our food order. We waited for an hour and still NO food! We watched another couple arrive and were served their order within 20 minutes! The waitress had no explanation as to what happened to our order....we decided to just leave. So disappointed! The patio, while huge, lacks any appeal. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Went on Tuesday Wing night and it was very full. Had to wait a bit to get a table but I didn't mind. We were told the AC was broken so it was a bit warm. Had the St. Louis Impossible Tacos and 2lbs of wings with a poutine (Breaded Hotter than Hell and Lemon Pepper on original) The wings and tacos were good. The hot wings were fairly spicy especially in the warm atmosphere. Kudos to all the staff and Chloe our waitress for great service and for working through the heat!

We understood they were busy on Tuesday. However, there were a lot of tables emptied on the patio, but still didn’t know why we had to wait for an hour for the patio. And we were skipped on the waitlist, and no explanation was provided. The thing we heard the most at the restaurant from the staff was “I’m not your waitress.” We had to beg for water, plates and forks. The food was alright. The only time the waitress checked with us was while giving us the machine to pay. Thank you for the unique experience. Never return.

Food burnt (2 attempts at wings before we gave up) Fries cold Chicken sandwich didn’t get sauce on it. Staff cannot tell difference on wings Staff doesn’t know what menu is about Website doesn’t have winnipeg on it and you cannot see menu Before we had all our food we were asked if we want our bill. Asked if it would be ok to get our food first and then asked if we wanted anything else or just the bill. We asked for a manager. Overall was a fail. Took a while for a server to come and even see us. It was busy but given how small the restaurant is and the amount of servers they had it should not have taken that long. We ordered the calamari and when it came out it was overcooked. Server didn’t come to check on us until our mains came out. Chicken tenders were hard and fries were soggy. the server was not rude or anythjng but they need to better train the staff. We were never checked on. Will not be returning.

This place opened up close to me so I ordered takeout to bring home yesterday. The person on the phone was very nice and service great. Wings were great with some unique flavours. The calamari however was undercooked. You could see the batter when biting into the larger pieces and didn’t feel too hot after my meal as a result. New place has some kinks to work out but overall a cool atmosphere and great addition to the neighbourhood.

Tasty wings, wide variety of sauces and sides. Try the hottest wings on the menu, you won't be disappointed if you like spicy foods. Service was excellent, atmosphere was lively but I do not recommend the patio until those pesky wasps dissappear.. Isn't a St. Louis Bar & Grill issue, it's just that time of year.

Ordered through skip app. Order was ready on time and hot when picked up. Ordered boneless wings but ended up getting regular which was disappointing. The food was definitely sub par, wings felt "slimey" like powdered flavouring mixed with cream. Had 3 different BBQ sauced wings that all tasted identical. Serving sizes were normal to what you'd expect from a bar food place. The 2lbs of wings doesn't feel like 2lbs. But I never weighed them.

It’s a small restaurant unless you want the patio which is big! 4months of the year. We ordered the wings, found them greasy and salty. Not a fan of the fries. Is there a shortage on the nappies as we had to ask for more! Twice. No local BEER. On tap which we found disappointing given how many great beer we have in the city. Service was ok. Given that they have just opened not sure if we would go back. Wait and see.

Wings were decent. That dill sauce is delicious. I have a “but”, however. I asked for a double rye and coke. She responded with “white rye?”. Which, i think white rye exists but i’ve never had it so I said “sure”. After taking a sip I realize what it actually was. white rum. But I wanted to make sure so i asked “hey, what kinda whiskey is this?” and she responded with “lambs”. I didn’t complain because I felt like at that point, i wouldn’t know how to say it without making her feel R worded.

Terrible service. Was served and then never spoken to again. Never got any refills, had a stack of dishes that no one cleared off the table. Food was sub par. Soggy and small portion of fries and the chicken was raw, like really? The place is very small and it was roasting in there, no AC in plus 30 weather? Definitely won’t be back. Lots of other great restaurants nearby with better everything!

Great place with juicy wings! Had a great time with my family eating wings with a beer! I recently tried St. Louis Wings for the first time and I was pleasantly surprised. The wings had a crispy and flavorful coating, and the sauces were delicious. I tried a variety of sauces and each one was unique and tasty. The portions were generous and I left feeling satisfied. The service was fast and friendly, making for a great overall experience. I would definitely recommend giving St. Louis Wings a try.

Went to eat there, ordered and they were busy. for some reason we were only served our drinks and another table left and 4 sat down they got served and their food before us, when i tried to get waiters attention she walked right past me. we ordered nachos n wings should’ve been quick, we got up and left, never going back there, we went to Mongos Grill and they were great at least we knew when our order was ready

If i could give a 0 i would, take my word for it! Very disgusting food. We had chicken wings( which there supposed to specialize in) taste like rubber, very tough and the few sauces we got was gross, And charge high prices for it. Just an order of fries is 8 bucks.( u get maybe 8 on ur plate) a buck a fry. Yes im sure i will get a response from them sorry bout ur experience hope to improve. If haven't improved after the first bad reviews i dont see it moving forward. Take our word for it. DONT WASTE UR MONEY.

Stopped in here for lunch, wasn’t too busy, was seated right away and service was prompt and friendly. Checked in on us a couple time to make sure everything was ok. Food was good, surprisingly better than I thought. Ordered this chicken dill sandwich and it was a goor portion, cooked to perfection and delicious. Would recommend to check out if in the area and debating where to go.

Love, love, love the taste of the food especially the chicken wings. so many different options for sauce and staff are friendly. They have mistaken my side to coleslaw when I ordered for a Ceasar salad, so they let us have the coleslaw and brought out a Ceasar salad with another cup of coleslaw with it. Flies were flying around the table and were trying to come to our food which is really unpleasant. But overall, the food is really great.

Second time here in the 3 days they’ve been open, don’t judge. They’re still working out kinks but they will get there. Probably the best wings that I’ve ever had and would highly recommend coming just for that. Very nice and friendly people and the other things Will work themselves out. 10/10 service and the food came out in a timely manner and was pretty good too. Had a previous bad experience with St. Louis in Sudbury,ON. But this location/experience restored my faith in the restaurant. Huge shoutout to our Server Taya for being a blast to deal with and super accommodating with anything we asked/needed! Would recommend this location, and our server Taya to anyone.

Really awful - food did not look as pictured. Half rack of Ribs with wings -$24.99 - not worth 1/4 of the price. Sad non grilled (maybe boiled?) pork ribs with sparse sauce and four shrivelled sad chicken wings. Burger very salty, Caesar salad might have been from a box. Sub par, expensive. Tiny space too, tables compressed, unpleasant all around.

It was very yummy food. The hot honey chicken sandwich was awesome, and the angus burger deal on Wednesday’s was great! The sandwiches could have been built a bit better, the onions were cut quite thick and it fell apart a tiny bit. Great quick service, reasonable prices! Staff was awesome.

Our experience was just average. The people were great and so was the service. We had burgers and an order of wings. Our burgers tasted like a frozen patty and didn’t have a lot of flavour. The wings were ok but, again nothing special. It was clean but it was overrun by flies and hornets. We sat inside but they were a real nuisance.

Super busy venue. We were waitlisted on arrival, however the estimated time was pretty spot on for when they would call us in. Chloe was our server and was great! The wings at this place were not good. It seems like they were not fresh and they were very over cooked. Felt like I was eating bark from a tree. My friend also complained to the waiter that his French fries were inedible since they were all stuck together in 1 big clump and the response of the waiter was that she liked it.

Went to celebrate a personal health win, and was lucky enough to meet Taia. She was empathetic, amazing and loving, and made our afternoon/evening amazing. On our way out, AJ ran up to us to say good bye, having heard my story, and gave me the chance to connect to him on a personal level. App won't let me order from the new Winnipeg location that opened this week. Wants me to order from Sherwood Park. I live 5 minutes away. Update October 25, 2023 After 3 months Management replied saying my feedback is very important. If that was true it would not have taken 3 months to have followed up. You can see the same response was given to every bad review since they opened. Cut&Paste, Cut&Paste....

I wanna go since they open and never had a chance until today, place is nice and great customer service but the wings was pretty dry bone in and boneless, the wings didn't taste fresh at all, and the sauce hotter than hell wasn't that spicy as expected by the name.

The best wings and fries in town. This is the only place I eat them. I don’t eat chicken wings and fries unless it’s here. The wing poutine I recommend with hotter than hell sauce. If you’re scared order it medium saucy with extra dill and hotter than hell on the side. You can enjoy a glass of wine or beer. They have tons of beer. Great place to watch the game, pay-per-view fights

I can’t speak to the food… We tried to order but after being told of the five sauces they were out of we were met with “oh yeah… we’re out of ribs”. We were told to go to Montana’s. Rude service. EDITED OCT '23: Unfortunately, it really is just OK. This location pales in comparison to others in Ontario. The food is inconsistent, and sometimes you get a "trapped prisoner" vibe from service. If it was $3-$5 cheaper for wings, and they got more consistent with food, they'd be the best wings in the city. $50 for 2 people to get wings is crazy. Too bad.

My fried dill pickles appetizer was good but I wouldn’t order the chicken waffle dinner again. The chicken breading was too hard and very dark color close to burn like they weren’t deep fried in fresh clean. However my coworkers liked the plant base and boneless wings so maybe I will try that next time. I really like the atmosphere and the restaurant looks clean.

Missing a couple sauce options and the wait for a table was 45 minutes but it was their second day so its probably why. Kind of small venue so it feels a little cramped.
