This is my first time sitting down and having a meal in this establishment. I was there once a couple of years ago just for a quick beer with a friend. The food was quite good. I had a burger with fries with gravy. The burger was decently thick and was quite tasty. The fries were what I believe to be wavy cut and were not over or under cooked. And the gravy was the standard restaurant gravy made from a bag, although who ever made it did it just right. Even though I enjoyed the meal, I gave the food 4 out of 5 simply because they were stingy with the fries (fries are cheap enough to include a decent helping) and it wouldn't have killed them to include some coleslaw or a small salad with the meal. The fact that the beer was nice and cold almost swayed me to give the meal a 5 rating, but the whole fries thing kind of erked me. The service was top notch. And my server/bartender (Kyle I believe) was extremely helpful in my food choice (he did say they are known for their wings but I wasn't in the mood for wings, maybe next time) and he did manage to get me a few more fries, so kudos to him. So 5 out of 5 for the service. The place was somewhat empty when I went there, probably around 7 pm or so. But still the atmosphere was inviting and friendly with different sports on the tv's. So 5 out of 5 for atmosphere. All in all, a good experience. I give an overall rating of 4 out of 5 because of the food part. Still erks me. For what it's worth, my opinion of St Loui's on Fortune Crescent in Kingston, Ontario is quite high. If you're looking to meet up with friends or go solo and you want an ice cold beer and some good food, this would be a good place to start.

We came there at evening when we were on our way home from Toronto to Montreal and decided to take a brake from a long driving with kids. The humburgers were very good, for kids too and the kids were entertained with stuff to draw they received when the food was being prepared. The cocktails there are very good, you should try some! And of course their propriety fries are very tasty and authentic (they are proud of it and well deserved). My wife loved the salad she ordered. The all portions were big. We were lucky to get a last place as at the time there was a hockey game and we enjoyed watching it on all screens around in the good canadian atmosphere. So this is good bar and restaurant and definitely place to go. I guess I should recommend to reserve a place in advance.

There are kids meals in the menu. Humburgers/cheeseburgers are kids friendly (without vegetables stuff exactly as kids like and making troubles otherwise). Kids receive some stuff to draw and color with Crayola pencils.

Went for lunch and we were overall happy with the food and service. The only issue that came up was when i asked about gluten-free items to which they indicated they had none. That's fine. It was the mess up afterwards. I asked if the gravy was gluten free, they said no, same as the fries. They do have the option for a lettuce wrap though. The food all came out and my lettuce wrapped burger had both gravy and fries on it. (It was supposed to but i had requested they be left off). They sent it back to the kitchen to be remade and still came out with fries on it. My side salad also had croutons on it. In this day and age, servers need to know their menus and what items can affect vegans, celiac disease and lactose intolerance people. This is important.

Ordered Nachos and Calamari. Nachos was just melted cheese diced green onion and tomato on top. Some of the Nachos were burnt black at the edge of the plate. Would have thought that some ground beef would have been sprinkled on top. But it was a nice snack. Calamari was served heaped in a paper cone with two wood skewers through a lemon wedge on top. The Calamari was good. But was disappointed to find that the bottom of the paper cone was stuffed with shredded lettuce. So the heaping Calamari wasn't so 'heaping' after all. But what was there was well done. Nice coating. Enjoyed it. Service was great. Background music was from 70s & 80s and really liked that. Music volume wasn't crazy loud so normal conversations were had. No need to yell at each other. I would go here again and recommended others to go as well.

Restaurant was clean. Server was friendly. We joined our party late, so ordered without menus. My son ordered a poutine, which he enjoyed and was average size. I ordered a small Caesar salad... with emphasis being on SMALL. It was maybe one leaf of lettuce in a super tiny cup. Apparently they charge $6.49 for it. I asked the server if that was the correct price and she said she would go talk to the manager. Server came back and said yes, the price is correct. The manager would come out and see me if I wanted... It would have been nice if the manager just came out in the first place to acknowledge my inquiry. It was 8:30 at night and the restaurant was less than half full... Experience was fine, nothing exceptional and portions for some items does not equal the price paid.

My family and I have sort of made this our go-to for eating out. The atmosphere is great, there are always lots of people there but service is always fast regardless of the crowd. My wife gets mad because I pay too much attention to hockey games on the big screen TVs, but that's her complaint, not mine! Karlee has been our server the last few times, and she's a rockstar. She's great with our kids and makes sure we have an excellent experience every time we stop in. Thanks for the great service! Oh wait. Tell corporate to get green crayons, please.

Avoid this restaurant at all costs says open to 11 we went at 930ish. I ordered 2 lbs of medium wings. I thought I was ordering sauce but when my wings with fries side came the wings were burnt black. The fries were hard. My wife oreder The beef dip sandwich the meat was slimy and the roll was rock hard. We ordered not your mom's cauliflower the only thing that was good. They charged $88 for food that my dog would eat so I threw it in the garbage. When Informed the waitress I didn't know the cost and didn't have my glasses to see the bill she snarkily grabbed the bill and shoved it in my face. Well I wl end review there because I wouldn't give this place a 1 but u have to. I will inform every one I know don't go here ever

I used to come here all the time but after today I will never go to this location. The waitress was absolutely terrible and rude. I didn’t receive my full order. And when my 7 wings came out they were severely over cooked and apparently they don’t serve the dill sauce anymore with them. My order came to $23 and I left hungry. Not once did the server come by after I got my meal. She only came by to throw a check on the table. I have never had service or food this bad. The washrooms were so disgusting I could not use them. I highly suggest going to a different restaurant if you want to be respected or have a decent meal.

Chicken strips on the chicken and waffles were a little burnt but otherwise the food was fantastic. Loved the garlic dill sauce. Prices won't break your bank and the portion sizes are generous. Packed house but the hostess still greeted us, sat us and watered us in less than 5 minutes. Even with 3 12+ people parties the serving staff and kitchen were still on the ball. Ordered: Bacon wrapped mac and cheese (oh my god where has this been all my life?) Wins and fries Chicken and waffles and fries 3x large Rickards red 1 whiskey sour 1 diet Pepsi Total: $95 with tip. Great food. Great value. Found my new favourite bar to eat at after a long shift in my own kitchen.

Such an incredible bar!! We went together on a very busy friday night. The service was amazing, our waiter was so kind and checked on us often, but not too often. We both got the all you can eat boneless wings. They were fantastic! They were perfectly cooked, nice and white inside and crispy on the outside. The dry rub we got was perfect! Absolutely delicious. I cant wait to go back. Even as busy as it was, it wasn't so obnoxiously loud that we couldn't converse well. It was a great experience! Highly recommend giving this place a go. I know we're going back, and I'll be bringing my family in as well.

My family and I had the most amazing experience last night at dinner. Our server was so attentive and sweet, she had brought/refilled our drinks without us even asking for a refill (something that has never happened before and certainly very much appreciated!), the food came out very quickly and as always was delicious! You'll never leave this place hungry and the deals they have are just stellar. Honestly, one of the best dinning experiences I've ever experienced and I can't wait to go back. The managers/owners should let their team know how amazing they are and to keep up the amazing work!

Having been at several franchise operations thought I knew what to expect. That was wrong . The beef brisket dip was awful, soaked in watery dip and enormous amount of salt, inside a soaked bun making it impossible to eat as a handheld, resorted to knife and fork.The beef portion was the smallest I've ever seen. This is served with a large portion of frozen krinkle French fries. The service was very good but the experience for to the food was extremely poor.

Overall Not recommenced I can cook this at home with better quality and for cheaper. [ Only good thing about the meal was the fries, This location needs to train their line cooks nearly every review for their wings and other fried food is bad and for a good reason ] -Ordered fish and some wings- Both got cooked for to long but was still edible still a little bit of a let down, Not even a handful of fries were thrown in but that could be due to it being busy and someone rushing still something to consider ... Sunday evening around 8pm is not a good time, service was slow for us but staff were more than happy to keep serving the extremely drunk and/or high couple sitting at the bar. The woman couldn't form a sentence but she had 2 full pints of beer in front of her. Our appetizers were undercooked mushy garbage as well, i guess the 30 minutes we waited wasnt enough time to cook mozzarella sticks.

All a bit indifferent really. I wasn't going to do a review except the receipt invited it on their website and then doesn't have a way of doing it. Deep fried pickles ok but the serving container was packed with lettuce to give the impression that there is more than there was. Same with the small Caesar salad. It really was small! Cheap tactics. We went here for their Wingsanity. I had two rounds - the Asian BBQ & Honey Garlic. Both tasted great and the wings were covered in sauce. But what really made our night was the service! Our waitress was Keili and she was phenomenal. Very friendly & engaging and always made sure our drinks & food kept coming. We will definitely be back!

It was very good. The young girl was being trained,she was doing very well we don't offten eat out now,we have noticed the increase of meals. My husband had a burger and frys and a beer,I had a wrap and ice tea,with tip $50.,that's half of our grocery bill we should of pick up the food we needed and made our own meal,don't get me wrong it was very good, it just comes down to affordability.

This place is a great place to visit after the game. They have many large screen tv's to watch whatever you are interested in. Even though it is always very busy, the service is excellent. The food is also very good and they have a nice variety of beverages to choose from. Lots of good beer on tap. If you are in the area, you should stop by for some good food and drink

I’ve ordered takeout from here a few times and the kitchen always messes something up with the order. Wrong sauce, wrong items, sauce all over the containers or spilling. The wing poutine is pretty good but I’m always disappointed by getting a sauce I didn’t request on it and it ruins it.

I stopped here for dinner with my family. I ordered ribs and was somewhat disappointed. They were just not there with the tenderness I expected but the flavour was decent. My wife had a really nice salad and both brothers had good burgers. Service was excellent but the music was a little loud for my liking. Hard to hear what we were saying to each other.

The atmosphere here is very inviting and relaxing. The staff is extremely friendly and the servers are polite, friendly and this establement is very clean. The food is excellent and fresh the portions are a really nice size and some of the prices are a little bit expensive but most are reasonable. I would definetly go back again.

This was pretty hard to eat I'm not gonna lie. The waffle was downright offensive to try and chew on and the chicken was a joke. Wish this was the first time I have experienced something like this from here. Go to any other sports bar. Grab as much of that Dill sauce as you need and then go straight to literally any other sports bar.

Great selection of food on the menu and draft beer selection. Location is great for 401 commuters and plenty of free parking. Portions varied per plate as well as presentation.

First experience at this restaurant was not the best. It was when they first opened. But we came again today and food, service and atmosphere was amazing. During these unstable times it is not often that my family and I order out. So when we do, we expect it to be a great treat of a meal. With my order I received about 12 fries, and tenders only half covered in sauce. Very disappointed and next time we plan a treat for my family, it will be elsewhere.

Went for appetizers and drinks. The Caesar was fabulous. Appetizers were good but I was surprised about how much shredded lettuce they put in the bottom of the cone they served it in. It made it look like there was a lot more than what there really was.

Check out there daily deals and you will find yourself coming back to this spot. The staff get to really know you and then treat you like family. Lots of TVs to watch any sporting events that are taking place. Good spot to finish up afternoon emails before your friends come to visit!

Really nice chicken wings. I would even say best in town. Extremely large salad meal as well. I love my sweet potato fries and they do them well. Service is nice but you need to call to book in advance for a medium to large size group.

First weekend back open from the Covid shutdown. The waitress was attentive and cheery the whole time we were there. The summer drink specials my friends had were excellent and all the food came out real quick and was really good.

Love the wings and fries. Like love. Like love toooo much. Everything else is OK, typical St Louis service and atmosphere.

Drama between servers and bartenders sleeping with each other, while they had significant others. Was super weird creepy vibe. Wings are gross, nachos were so salty it was disgusting food.

I would say it was just ok. Chicken pouting was clearly assembled and then tossed in the microwave as the gravy was still jelly in some areas and warmed in others. Kind of a bummer.
