The cleaning condition is terrible when I move in. There are dirt on the floor and the carpet is not cleaned at all. The chair is on the bed and there are some dirt on the bed too. They are very restricted on deposits and rent. They require me to pay two month's deposits one month before I move in and there are very expensive late fee for every single day. They cannot keep the basic cleaning but asking a high price. I regret that I chose this apartment.

Decent experience getting off the green line to attend a gophers football game at Huntington Stadium. Felt safe and was happy to see multiple police officers in Minneapolis observing people and preserving peace in the community. Easy to get on. Easy to get off. No problems finding a seat

This is the light rail closest to my apartment. It is pretty clean compared to other stations and I have always felt pretty safe at this station. The only con is the intersection to the south takes a very long time to cross as a pedestrian.

There's no actual seats, just weird places that you can lean. I usually just end up sitting on top of the trash can

Okay station. Probably better to wait a few minutes to get on the light rail after any Gopher sporting event.

Cleaner than most of the light rail stations. Lot of college kids. Good stop if you’re going to the stadium.
