The customer service there is terrible, slowly consultant who does'nt care about customers ,everyday the system is down you have to budget your whole day if you planning to visit that branch jeez i wonder if ther is a manager ther or every1 working ther is "self employed" they dont even deserv 1 star only cash deposit is better just becase you bringing cash in if not you wait 4 hour on a line of abot 3 ppl before the consultant

This place is balls ... no assistance at all. Only a few clients in the branch but the delay if from hell. No one informing of anything. Stuff is rude except for one guy with a burnt haircut who shows enthusiasm. Never will come to this place again...aarggg!!! They just deserve one star* for beatiful ambience and furniture.

This bank's service is appalling the staff here have no sense of urgency and don't care about they clients. How do you explain queuing for 4+ without any acknowledgement from the staff who keep going to the back ever 10 minutes. Don't think they Deserve My 1 Star

Poor service at Standard bank, Bridge City Kwamashu...when you need help, It's like you are bothering them or something
