I am a small time landlord. I have 2 rental properties and I'm really lazy tax completion-ist. Doug has been a huge help in keeping me on time and organized as he got me into a routine, and has opened up his doors mid year for any consultation I might have. There is always this embarrassment when you first go into an accountant office; 3 tax years behind with a mountain of paperwork.
