Like this gym a lot. It has all the right equipment and is clean and quiet in the mornings. Only reason I've given it 1 star is because they close on Friday mornings disrupting my weekly routine. I would request the management to seriously consider shifting its off day to align with the standard work week I.e. Monday to Friday.

Excellent gym for the price. No credit card required. 24 hours. Edit, updated 7th May 2021. Quality of service and equipment remains excellent, they've got a good disinfection protocol keeping all machines and weights clean and safe for use, I cannot recommend this gym enough. Best one in Warqa/Mirdif by far.

The gym is open throughout the week 24 hours, but the size of the hall is somewhat small, which means that during the peak period from 4 pm until 10 pm, it will be crowded. The best time for exercise is the availability of equipment from 12 pm until 10 am

Gym is Okay. The coaches are helpful and frankly awesome. However, more advanced machines are needed. Don't get me wrong, the present machines are okay but would like to see some more machines.
