The eggs are cooked perfectly. The bread is toasted to perfection and buttered evenly. The bacon has a beautiful and crispy texture. The flavour of the beans were amazing and the temperature of the beans were perfect for eating when served. There are a million more good things I could say about this place but it would just be too long. Also, props to the staff for being very welcoming and just overall amazing.

very caring staff, when saw us with our son on a wheelchair he ran to open the door for us and offered to put the ramp and helped us to get in. The other staff saw an elderly couple and same, ran to the door helped and let them in. Offered child a glass of milk instead of fizzy drink. Even ready with sweetener for someone with diabetes. So lovely and very pleasant to everyone.

I am a frequent visitor to Star Cafe and have recommended this venue to anyone who stands still long enough to listen to me. Usually pop in for lunch, although Breakfast is sometimes called for and I've been there in the evening for the occasional Diner. The food is excellent, well prepared and presented and of course Delicious. The Staff are lovely and always helpful and friendly. If you haven't tried Star Cafe yet, then drop in some day soon and enjoy a great meal in a busy but cozy atmosphere.

Two of us stopped here on a cold December morning for a Big Breakfast and a warming cup of coffee. We were welcomed by the waitress who, although very busy, brought us our coffees and took our orders, in a timely fashion. The breakfast was well cooked, was substantial, and accompanied by a couple of rounds of toast; it really hit the spot, and at a very reasonable price too.

The staff are always pleasant with excellent customer service, the food is always tasty and yet also affordable. I did try a crafty cafe up the road last year who raised their prices somewhere between me ordering from the menu and having eaten a meal, since then I decided to stick to Star Cafe as they are honest. I use this cafe regularly and won't be going anywhere else!

The restaurant is very clean and the seats are very spacious. The waiter greeted me proactively. In terms of food, the milkshake was average. The pork chop was overcooked and dry. The price is average.
