Took my car for an exterior clean and interior detailing (including steam cleaning). Exterior clean was very poor. When I went to my car I asked the man if I needed to leave the windows open etc and he said no because they did a very professional job and I wouldn’t need to because the seats are dry (red flag). When I opened the front, the seats had clearly not even been vacuumed as there were still crumbs and a Bobby pin etc there, were completely dry and no plastic sheet on the drivers seat. When I questioned this he said they would have been from his pocket. I pushed back and said they clearly hadn’t been done. He then said he would do them and took an extra 15 minutes at which point the seats were damp and there was a plastic sheet over the drivers seat… appalling.

Pretty disappointing, $60 for a platinum wash. No SMS, poor customer service, was given my keys back despite it clearly not being finished... Had to readjust the seats, belts, and close the doors properly. Did an inspection once I'd left and found lots of debris, pools of water, and cleaning product left on the plastics. They vacuumed and wiped the obvious areas, but missed any spots that required more effort, very little attention to detail. If I'd known this was the result, I would have tried doing it myself. I've been to other locations and been very happy, but for this one, I wouldn't recommend, sorry.

Not happy with the service. They didn't put anything back where it was supposed to be. My car mobile phone holder was missing. I was in hospital at the time, but when I got released after losing 1.7 litres of blood and nearly dying, I didn't have my phone holder so couldn't see Google maps or where I was going, when I had my newborn baby in the car, which was very dangerous. I also noticed a lot of dirt and stains were not removed.

Today i drop off my car for platinum wash they called 3 hours later to pick up, i didnt make it issue but we found out they forgot to vaccum back of the car, we have wait extra time to they finish their work then we have mention that they didnt clean probably both inside and outside. İ could clean it better by myself waste of money

Had my car cleaned today vaccum, washed, polished and waxed I was told $200 for my WRX. NEVER again! The outside of the car was still dirty obvious dirt and mud still on the car, back end was dirty, not mention he said it would take 2 hours

Car was still dirty after paying $150 for a small car. It's under new management and let me tell you it's bloody terrible. Car was streaky, still had heaps of road dust, water marks all over the windows. Very expensive for terrible service

For $200 I was expecting My small car to be cleaned well. but I had to go back because of some issue because of the area is dark the assistant can not see were they have cleaned the polish they use on dash was not removed properly

i booked interior detailing and wasted 200$ . i could do it better at home . no communication skills . no professionalism . there is still dust in multiple parts of car which could be removed just by dry cloth .

I use this place here and there, generally ok however the past 2 visits have been no good just a simple wash and vacuum interior. seats were definitely not vacuumed still dirty
