Visited this car wash for a basic interior vacuum and wipe over as the inside of my wife’s suv was quite sandy. They had an interior detail package which is priced at $200, which was more than what we were after, so we consulted a member of staff about it, we were quoted $60 to do a thorough vacuum and wipe of the interior panels, which we agreed to go for, After negotiating with the staff, we realised that they offer a “Platinum Wash” package, which happens to include exactly the same interior service, plus an exterior clean, including tyre shine and wiping the door jambs, and guess what? It was a dollar cheaper than the interior vacuum we were quoted! We confronted the guy about this and told him we might as well just go for the Platinum Wash package instead, he insisted very rudely that the interior clean he quoted for, was a more detailed and thorough clean than what was included in the platinum one. We trusted his advice and went ahead with the interior package. Upon returning to the car, we immediately noticed the boot interior still had dirt marks all over the surface, which I was able to wipe off effortlessly with my bare hands, we called the guy over to wipe it off for us, before inspecting the interior cabin. Again, we immediately noticed the rear leather seats were covered in sand, it literally appeared as though they never touched it with a vacuum cleaner, and several surfaces on the inside had the same patches of mud the boot did, it was clearly obvious they spent 5 minutes on the car, because it was brought back to us in no better condition than what it was brought into their workshop. We are extremely regretful to use this service, could of done a better job in my own garage, and would of saved $60. Bunch of amateurs who do not take any pride in their work, nor care about customer satisfaction, or have any customer service skills, definitely the last time we will be trusting this mob with our cars. I paid for the platinum plus wax etc. My car was not dirty just needed a good shine vacuum etc. Paid $95 I was not happy with the finish product. Still had little bits on the carpets and under the driver and passenger seats inside was not wiped properly like it was just wiped with a dry cloth but overall I paid alot expecting a great clean as the condition of my car wasn't bad. The guy tried to charge me more because he said the condition of my car but it didn't have hard stains to scrub etc. It needed a good clean which is why I chose to pay platinum and extra but it was totally not worth the price I paid. I will post this on your website I don't want to get anything free etc. I just wanted a good job of what I paid for. I've always been a customer and this is the first time I've paid this much for a really good clean but I am very disappointed with the outcome I hope your staff understands the value of quality not quantity we all work hard for the things we have. Booked my Prado in for the top detail. It was looong overdue for a clean and had been on many family road trips, school and sport runs and daily drives so it was very dirty and dusty and all the kids leftovers stuck in all the nooks and crannies. Booked in online the day before, was followed up with confirmation text messages and at drop off I was half expecting the guys to hit me up for extra cost because of how dirty the car was, but they didn't. Was ready for pickup on time. Outside, wheel arches, door wells, tyres and wheels all looking clean and shiny. Besides only a couple of missed coffee marks on the dash and a bit of cleaner residue here and there (only reason I dropped a star and I didn't see it till I got home otherwise I'm sure if I had pointed it out while still there they would have cleaned it up), the interior was amazing. The carpets and seats were amazing - took another day to dry out but I was amazed how good they got the carpets and floor mats. No evidence of kids or the road trips. I will definitely be back.

Nice wash, but they tried to charge me more than needed. I asked for the interior/exterior that was $49, they corrected me multiple times saying it was $70 then $59. After showing them that it was $49 on their website, they changed their mind. This wasn't an incident where they got confused either, because none of the services for my car are $70 or $59. Response to owners reply: I did not think my car was that dirty (no mud, dirt, etc.). I understand you might charge more depending on how dirty it is, but this was not communicated to me as the reason for charging more (or that you were even charging more) and you did it for the online price anyway. It seems it was just a way to get more money from me.

I attended Sunday 19/2/2023 at 8:45am Tall bearded guy came over, I said good morning, he didn’t answer Punched in my Rego in his phone I then said I need an interior exterior treatment He opened the car door, looked inside, Said “$79” which it normally is Then walking away from me said, “1 hour 30 minutes” I am a reasonably regular client at this Casey Central site. I will not go back, nor will the other cars in my household He was totally disinterested, disrespectful and displayed zero customer service I was quite appalled really This guy is the face of their business Good luck with that

I called up multiple times, then was finally answered. I ask the lady how much it was for steam cleaning my seats in my car. She asked me what car it was. I said c 220 Mercedes she hung up on me. Call back, I was answered by a man and I asked him how much to steam clean my seats in the c 220 Mercedes now the Man hung up on me Their English is poor and they didn’t even try and answer my question they just hung up. I’m not sure why but it’s very bad customer service. I won’t be going through them ridiculous

Brilliant service, car looks better than ever before. My only gripe is that the constant up selling, I get it, I used to be in retail but when I've booked ahead online and chosen my specific services, don't try and tell me I need to spend another X amount of dollars to get 'this particular' cleaning style than the other. Just please take my car, perform what I've paid for so I can leave with a smile. Your services speak for themselves, outstanding! Just don't constantly be sniffing for more. Cheers

I was very disappointed with my experience yesterday after being a regular client over the years with my cars, my hilux was given a clean & wax on the front half and looks great however the back half (canopy) that is a checker plate has been left with a milky film radomly 75% over it. I spoke to the supervisor who could not give me a solution in fixing this issue and said his boss will contact me to rectify the problem, i've called again this morning yet still no contact. Awaiting response

If you're female don't waste your time coming here, they will only try to rip you off. The guy tried telling me that certain services weren't included on the premium package (which was displayed on a board right in front of me may I add) when I could clearly see that they did. My car needed to be "cut & polished" (it's a new car) I've had my car professionally cleaned plenty of times, to know what needs to be done. All he was focusing on was ripping me off. I had my car washed today (long over due after a road trip!) and the staff were very helpful in assessing what service I needed that was fit for purpose. It was very busy being a Sunday but clearly communicated what was being done, and how long, and went above and beyond to provide an excellent service and finished it quicker than promised. My car hasn’t smelt and felt this clean for awhile. Thank you Star wash Team at Casey central We will definitely be back.

Really professional and great to deal with. I’ve been to a variety of Star Car Washes around the state but by far this place tops it. Car is always immaculate, no window smears, overall always extremely happy. I take my cars here three times a month. Very happy all the time. The guys at Star Car Wash at Casey Central did an excellent job on my truck this morning..They cleaned and polished both inside and out and done an outstanding job considering the state of the inside of my car beforehand and it only took them an hour which I loved..I highly recommend their services and will be returning more often.

I came here at 5:40 but google shows 6pm that’s why I drive from far away to wash my car. The guy here says we close I showed him google says 6pm he’s saying that we are not busy today that’s why Will never come here again

Among other things I had the interior steamed cleaned while it came out okay it did take 48hrs to dry , lucky I had a couple of mid 20's day's , had to sit on a towel in the meantime , it did help soak up a lot of the wetness .

Unfortunately had a mate throw up in my car, took it here to get the interior cleaned and polished (also did the outside but that was just extra). Very happy with the result, car no longer spells of vomit and car looks great

Very poor service. Rude and irresponsible behaviour. There are a lot of better places than this around Casey. Will never go back and request everyone to avoid this car wash if you don’t want to see your car getting fckd up.

Excellent costumer service, I’ve been coming here for the past 1 year and they’ve never disappointed. I ask for quick clean as I’ve got a busy schedule and they make my car look brand new within such short amount of time.

Paint was totally burned after the service. Complained about the incident, but their explanation was it was sun burned and visible after the wash and polish.
