I left my car here initially for an interior detail, but was convinced by the manager to have a full detail which costed me $350. I emphasized that I wanted the interior to be focused on because of some stains on the carpets. After the car took 6 hours to be ready for pick up, I was shocked to find that the there were streak markings on the seats from chemicals used- it looked like if you put paint on a wall and let it drip down the wall, there were also black water marks on and all over the seatbelts including the plastic parts where you pull the seatbelt from. I told the manager why these things were not checked before handing me the car after 6 hours, and he basically just ask one of the guys working there who don't speak English to wipe it away. All in all, this place has poor customer services, and even worse cleaning services. Should I have known the outcome would be of such poor standard, I would have never given my car to these guys.

The worst experience ever I do not recommend this place at all not for any kind of service it is a rip off the money they ask you to pay is for absolutely not what you asked for. Took my car there to get it cleaned from inside and outside took them too long to call me and tell me my car was ready I waited over two hours then I had to go check then the guy said I forgot to call you and let you know your car was ready seriously and as soon as I checked the car there were dirts on the seats and marks still there just like they didn’t touch and the attitude was very bad very unprofessional please don’t waste your TIME and your MONEY other wise you’ll be very disappointed wish I checked the reviews before I brought my car there.

Horrific. The service was absolutely horrible. Customer service was disgusting. They were disrespectful and gave me a lot attitude. I dropped my car of at around 10:30 and picked it up 12:45 they forgot to call me and tell me my car was ready. I had to call them and ask if my car was ready. When i picked up my car it looked the same. My car was in their hands for more than 2 hours. I was really disappointed with the results not worth the price and a huge waste of time. I could’ve cleaned my car by myself and would’ve got a better result. 100% DONT RECOMMEND keep your money and go somewhere else. If you still decide to go there make sure to check your car when its done.

Where do I start., these guys did nothing as stated and even worse used old rags to clean and scratched the S#it out of my wife's car. asked for a polish the car had barely been cleaned let alone polished. I cant believe they are still operating. we have tried to contact the manager/owner but apparently they cant give us his contact number. I should have followed my gut instinct and did it myself. attached are just some of the photos of the damage they did. They didn't charge me for the so called polish but still charged me $80 for a wash in and out and as you can see even that was average and it wasn't even busy. ZERO stars..........

I spent $400+ on a “5” hr paint restoration package which was completed in under 3 hours. Still dirty and marks left, no polish as far as my eyes can tell, floor required vacuuming upon pick up being told I’ll do it now no worries…. Overall poor experience and way too expensive. Upon expressing myself, got told to go spend more money on a better newer vehicle. Do not utilise.

Have been here several times and they always do a fantastic thorough job. Yesterday it was crazy busy but they still fitted me in and completed work in the promised timeframe. Car was filthy but now looks brand new inside and out. This is my go-to place for great value, quick cleaning by people who really seem to care about their work.

I have been back and fourth 3 times and was being told too busy. There is no appointment booking system, & only 2 workers on a saturday. One would assume there would be more than 2 workers on a saturday given the car wash is located at a shoppimg centre where people go to shop whilst their car is getting cleaned.

Did a marvellous impeccable van wash. They detailed the interiors and exterior flawless. They were also willing to do it in a short notice. A really great crew and always there to take care of your vehicle making sure you smile on the way out.

Very very bad service. I think my car has lost its value because they used cheap chemicals due to which my paint protection has come off and they have put scratches on my car. Charged 130$ for detailed cleaning: Never ever going back.

Shocked that I paid alot to get detail cleaning done only to see that there was still dust and dirt in the car. I won't be going there again not happy with the service and money wasted on something a 7 year old could have done

SUV taken on Friday. So unhappy with the service. In few words it was a half way job done. The windows are unclean, some seats have dirty marks the boot and wheels are not properly cleaned neither etc…Not recommended at all.

Rip off! Was quoted $199 for a inside out on a Ford Ranger. Was very dirty but the way they spoke and price offered was disgusting. Went to another car was and was given great service and result for half the price! AVOID

Worst car wash. Low quality of cleaning and price is high. Just wipe the car with polish and done. Not happy with the service and price this shop charge like doing something special in cleaning. Never recommend.

Seen better results from other carwash places honestly for the same or lower price. I'd say it's not too bad but not that good either. Duration of carwash is average 1.5 hours as at any other place I know of.

They target young women and over charged. Charged me $200 for just a 30 min quick wash and tried to get me to pay in cash to save some money. Also left soap on my dashboard which I had to wipe myself.

Went on 22/5/23 for standard in/out clean. My car was left with the worst swirling on the paintwork I have ever seen. When I pointed it out I was told it was because my car was black. ‍♂️ Avoid. …

Dodgiest car wash ever. I requested the $35 car wash and because my car had a little bit of dust - not mud, just dust per photo - they tried to charge me $70!!!!! Actually unbelievable

Had a great exterior wash for only 30 bucks. The guys did a great job. We took our other car up there the next day and got it done as well. Great job and we'll keep going back.

Paid 60$ for a already very clean car, which needed bit of vaccum and outside wash. After it was done there was still dust on matts, windscreen and rims. Total ripp off.
