Doesnt deserve 1 star... Please please please do not use!!! I'm one for reading reviews, but didnt this time and really wished i had! I booked my partners car in to be detailed and cleaned, as she doesnt have time with a 5 month old. $200 later and I'm sure my older kids could do a better job. When we dropped the car at 12, we gave clear instructions we needed it done by 2.30 for school pick up. Came back at 2.45, to find the following issues: *car running - who knows how long for *wet seats *heater blasting (assuming to try and dry the seats) *marks still over the car *parts of the interior not cleaned When I voiced my concerns the operators kept trying to clean the car, even when I commented at least a dozen times I needed to go. When I asked for some of my money back, I was handed a mobile to talk to who I assume is the owner, who tried to tell me the areas on the interior were not cleaned was were my spare wheel is kept...... hard when you have a 7 seat car and the spare is underneath.. and the parts not cleaned are where the seats are. I would need to come back after school pick up so they could clean it again, as I got what I paid for... no chance I did....and not practical when you dont live close, if you class an interior clean as cooking spray all over everything, making it hard to hold the steering wheel, wet seats, to the point of my pants looking like I had wet myself and areas completely missed then sure. For a company that always has cars there, this is a case of buyer beware, they appear busy but not hard when it looks like you spend 30 minutes on a car, and move onto the next one. If even one person avoids going here, I've saved them the hassle I went though. Next time hire a local to come to your house as more care will be given. Avoid this company at all costs!

Doesn't even deserve 1 star... I work in the centre and brought my partners car in to be detailed as we are wanting to sell it. Asked them if it was possible and how much it would cost me as it was a 4WD. Was told yes of course, grass and bits of dirt can be trapped in the carpet but otherwise all good. Was also told that if I paid cash he could do it for less $320 being the less amount... ( which i did ) Came back at 5pm to pick up the car (as I finished work at 445pm and needed to get cash out) Got down stairs and they were waiting for me, made me pay and as soon as I left the doors they all quickly locked up and got in their cars. I'm assuming because they did a terrible job and they knew it! Got in the car and there was dry mud (used my finger to wipe and it came away easily) on the door and windows and in the cup holder. The windscreen and windows were all streaky and filthy. The car wasn't filthy to begin with but needed it to be detailed to pass on to a buyer. Went back into work the next day to speak to the owner and he was rude and told me to bring the car back to be cleaned, unfortunately living far away and only going in to fountaingate for work, isn't easy. Also having two young children that require car seats to be taken to and from day care that only my car has doesn't make it possible to change cars. Then he told me to bring my car in for a clean, but who would want them to clean if they couldn't do the job right the first time?! Told me that my business is clearly not failing as we wash 300 cars a week and that I am just after my money back... Then proceeded to ask where I work (obviously wasn't about to give that information to him) WONT BE RETURNING! All my clients will know not to even bother with them either!

I have been to plenty of car washes around the district and time and time again, I come back here. The team are professional, they provide me with a good estimation of completion time and really do a good job. It is disparaging to think that people give this site "1 star", as I am not kidding, I live on a dirt road and have dogs and hay in my car. Today I needed it spotless for an important meeting I have with overseas guests. Explaining this to the assistant, we discussed options and worked out the best outcome for what I needed. I was not disappointed with the result. I wish I had taken a before and after pic. I think it's important to remember we are all human and giving a bit of respect and common decency to a person regardless of the fact that they are providing you with a service, should be a given.

I wish there is zero stars or even minus stars Was there yesterday, added with the quote they offered , I did not say a single word . Confirmed what would be done and left . They said one hour and I mentioned that I have a Dr appointment. Took more than one hour . When collecting the car , it was not cleaned properly, seats are not even wiped, boot not vacuumed. When I asked he started yelling at me saying we have done what u paid for , I mentioned that I did ask him about these jobs before leaving my car and he said it would be done . He vacuumed the boot grumpily . The outside was just done with water not even wiped. Floors not vacuumed properly. I blaming myself for not reading the reviews before going . Will never be back . BAD SERVICE AND UNACCEPTED CUSTOMER SERVICE.

We came in to get a quick wash ( understanding it would be a couple of hours ) the person we interacted with was very pushy on the up sell of a hand polish, I reluctantly agreed. When we got back to the car the glass on the windscreen had not been cleaned properly and the car had streak marks all over from not been dried properly along with various other areas that had not been cleaned to a satisfactory manner. I let them know how dissatisfied I was with the service and to their credit they did say they would fix it, however I did not have the same confidence or time to wait. 2 stars and would not recommend to anyone.

Car was washed fine, paid $300 for this service which included an interior clean and carpets shampooed and my 8month old car stank as soon as I got it back. The products they used makes it smell like a 20 year old car with a dog living in it. Leather seats, dash and plastics look like they were cleaned with cooking spray as everything is slimey. Needless to say I won’t be going back there and may as well done the work myself. If I could give Zero stars I would. Very disappointed.

Although I’m thankful to have this service, prerty much all of my brand new car has surface scratches after having it cleaned here. Also some spots were not dried & now water marks are on the car. Little details were skipped too. Interior was vacuumed and wiped, but not a fully complete job. I feel that this was a retaliation for not taking the offer to polish for $35 extra. It’s a brand new car, it doesn’t need polishing.

been a repeat customer so all the previous times have been ok. the most recent one was more disappointing than others. some tiny corners missed, and the waxing or polishing wasn't the same as previous times. usually there is a protective coating that lasts weeks after, this time round, the dust and rain stained and stuck to the car the day after which was strange. not sure if diff products were used.

Please do not have your car wash here!!! I have my car washed here last week, they took all the coins that I kept in gummy bottle in glovebox. Pretty sure this is called CRIME. However I believe it is an individual issue, the company should still take responsible for it. Apparently if you don’t car cam you are not able to provide proof so they can easily get away with it.

I washed my car from here today, but it wasn’t so quality this time. I have previously washed from here where they did a good job. But this time they haven’t. And the man there was not at all friendly he just didn’t even care about the business. Definitely don’t recommend and will not go here again. Bad customer service and bad quality. Just a waste of money

I can't believe how bad these ppl are. I waited for hour, and after that the car was not even clean just a quick wipe down n that's it, paid $90 for nothing. I will come back for my money i need my refund. I was rushing that y I didn't have time to argue. Never use these scumbags.

My first time at the Car Wash since new management took over, and I am extremely impressed and satisfied! My car has never been cleaned this well before, and the staff are professional and friendly. I highly recommend this business and will definitely be a returning customer.

Rip-off merchants. Asked for an interior and exterior clean. Quoted $280 and agreed, as I was expecting the cleanest car in Berwick. They did a half job, nowhere near worth the price. Mirrors not wiped, debris left, very very poor. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Amazing job. We were so happy that our cars we cleaned to perfection in such a timely manner. They were so fast with a quality finish and fabulous result. The team here are friendly and professional with great service.

Mostly good experience but I did notice that once my car dried there was still a lot of dirt on the outside. Around the boot and number plate was still dirty and the black cladding was also still dirty.

Extremely happy with the service I always receive from them and the way they look after my car! Cannot recommend enough. Thank you for your attention to detail my car looks brand new today.

Very bad I do not recommend anyone to go there. I pay $130 They didn't even vacuum properly or wash the car I open my car door and the dirt was around the car door.
