Been here a few times over the last 12 months and each time I’ve never been super satisfied with the detail but also it’s been ok as it’s still a better job that I had the time/ energy for to do myself. But today was honestly a joke. I paid $55 for a detail on the inside only. I completely emptied the car out this morning so it was a blank canvas for them besides my two babies car seats. It wasn’t bad at all just dusty, some crumbs in the foot well and needed a good wipe down and vacuum. When I returned to my car an hour and a half later it was still dirty? They claimed it was finished but inside the cup holders were still dirty, inside the windows hadn’t been wiped (I could still see my dogs nose smudges on the window) there was an actual chicken nugget still sitting on the back seat so they clearly hadn’t even cleaned it properly. The door trims hadn’t been wiped down and when I opened my boot (SUV) it was all still dusty so not even a basic wipe down done? What did I pay for? A vacuum? That I could have done myself and saved $55. I spoke to them and they sent someone over with a cloth and spray to “fix it?” But it needed more than just a little wipe down for me to feel like I got my moneys worth of a clean. I ended up going home and finishing it myself. Genuinely disappointed and will seek a local car detailer now to actually get my moneys worth.

This is a warning to anyone thinking of using this business paid for a star polish vacuuming not even close to being expectable Boot missed all together. and to top off a pathetic job my left hand side guard of my car was damaged they of course denied it claiming my car has marks on it. watched there video for and hour to see there worker get into my car and hit pole on the left hand side guard 1238pm on there internal video. hope you have a better happy new year than me YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!

I will never use this service again. After asking them to please not steal any change in my car. They proceeded to wash my car but when I picked the car up there was still cobwebs on both side mirrors the windows were all filthy the car had miss spots all over it. The inside of all five doors still filthy not even touched. The only thing I was happy with is the internal floors were spotless. Never again

Had my car washed and detailed payed $80 car wasn't even that dirty got it back in a poor condition they have just wiped it down customer service of the manager was ridiculous doesn't get a Polish and then get told to come back in a day or two, to have the car rewashed. This is the perfect example of a typical indian carwash with a poor service and poor attitude.

VERY BAD SERVICE ALL STAFF ARE VERY RUDE WORST SERVICE EVER We gave our car for clenaing promised inside and out with clean seats didn’t even care to clean inside properly. Gave the reason with money charged that’s max we could do. But why you didn’t explain before taking the car just said sorry can’t help you worst service ever. TRUST ME VERY VERY BAD SERVICE

Does NOT deserve even 1 star! A complete waste of money & time. Had to take the car back again and it was still dirty in the same spots. Arrogant and unapologetic. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Quality of work needs a massive improvement. Quality of management needs a lot of work. There is no desire or drive for customer satisfaction.

Charge $90 for car wash and job did like $10, not vaccuum under seats, left most of the spot unclean, upon telling they took vehicle back to do vacuum again, but found still there is lot dirt which was not clean, total rip off, appear magic car wash has gone and new management is not keen.

Great service of car wash in done by friendly staff in star car wash werribee and staf also gave me great discount on their car wash services . Appreciate
